Aoanaluan peace keeping forces have just arrived at Kuwait City, and Yanbu, with some making their way to Al Faw and Jeddah with some supplies of humanitarian aid. Their vehicles and tents will fly a red cross and an Apanaluan flag.

Muqaddasi aircraft, especially those with very long missile range, patrol the air to ensure that no Janpian aircraft can get through. MANPADS are used to destroy the helicopters. Muqaddasis, armed with Knightmare Lites and upgraded IDSF robots boost the defences of Jeddah and paramilitaries use hit-and-run attacks on the enemy. AFVs and IFVs such as the Batal al Watani and the Tharba are used to attack enemy infantry and armoured vehicles with their anti-personnel weapons and (against armoured vehicles) their long range incendiary weapons. Swarms of small drones armed with bombs attempt to destroy the helicopters whilst artillery bombards the enemy. Muqaddasi ships bombard Yanbu and Jeddah. Anti-drone guns are targeted by rockets and missiles.

OOC: I’m assuming that the Route 1 thing is in Kuwait and Al Faw Peninsula, because Gonswanza did a lot of the damage and until recently I didn’t know what Route 1 was. And what about the mines?

IC: The heavily fortified Muqaddasi positions opened for on the enemy with rockets, tanks and drones. Patrolling aircraft engaged Janpian ones with long range missiles and deployed chaff and flares, and MANPADS were used to attack the enemy. Muqaddasi helicopters attempted to come from the side and strike the enemy tanks from there.

Incoming Muqaddasian Helicopters were quickly detected by the ships nearby, giving them a heads-up, and destroying them with the use of RIM-161s. Tanks continues on pushing it, followed by IFVs. Revolutionaries escorts the IFVs, and taking every building one by one. They use raiding equipment, along with BAE armor taken from Gonswanza. Meanwhile at Al-Faw, due to the place being a flat terrain, IFVs and Tanks were heavily used, using the dug up cover for a hull down position. Though enemies are constantly bugged by the Hisshin jets, who launch their guided munitions towards laser tagged enemies. SAM and mobile radars were also sent, in order to detect enemy aircrafts, giving the Hisshins a heads-up

Amidst the fighting in some parts of the city, government buildings captured by Revolutionaries began flying the new flag, proclaiming the People's Revolutionary State of Muqaddasia. Furthermore, they also used the cities' PSAs to spread propaganda, and notices for Muqaddasians to surrender. Janpian songs (battotai les go!) began playing, hoping to boost Janpian morale, and lower the enemies.

IC: Muqaddasia, having worked during the whole war on beefing up their cyber defence, launch a massive cyber attack to take down Janpian websites, including The Front and the government website. Muqaddasi robots are used to attack the enemy and “suicide robots” are used like suicide bombers. Muqaddasi aircraft rise up, attempting to get air superiority. SAMs are transported from other parts of the country and start firing on the aircraft. AI-guided drone swarms are used to overwhelm the enemy. Fast tanks do hit-and-run attacks and the IFVs continue using incendiary weapons. Artillery is fired at enemy tanks and IFVs. Small suicide drones, too small to be countered by anything except guns, are used in the hundreds to strike the radars, enemy ship air defences and SAMs.

Muqaddasi music is played back, especially “Uqatilu lil Abadu Laka Ya Hussain” and “Li baladi, li baladi”. Muqaddasis in Yanbu and Jeddah protest, damaging roads, putting themselves in front of troops and tanks, attempting to block oil from coming to the Janpians or contaminating it with sugar. Several took down the flag and burned it, crying that the only revolution was the one against the Communists.

Soon, a video tape of Gonswanzan forces stealing fine art and other valuables got out, and as the Gonswanzan Forces moved to there next city, They where soon intercepted by what appeared to be a man with a suit and a bullet proof vest on. Soon over the hills however came a wave of troops, Some with shotgun's, Ballistic Shields, and some with Assaults rifles. The man with the bullet proof vest took out his microphone "Alright! We don't want to harm you." He shouts firmly and strong. "We just want the Stolen Valuables, and nobody gets hurt." he begins walking over there with his right had raised and speaks through his megaphone in his left. "Now. I'm on your friend here, I just don't want you to make any stupid dictions." as he says that, MG crews and snipers are taking up postions, and two choppers come into view. Slowly the man comes down the hill and puts down his megaphone as he comes in ear shoot. "See son? we just want the Stolen stuff back, nothin else."
The man stops right in front of the man, who was holding a valuable vase, and holds his hand out. "We'll? come on. don't leave me hanging."

Given the chaotic retreat, plus a massive gagglefuck of infantry in BAA, paired to scant reinforcements pushing in, theres a rather awkward standoff, but the troops soon chuckle and move for safer positions as a few comply... By tossing the valuables into the air and scrambling. Precious vases, frail works of glass, even some copies of the Qua'ran. They didn't bother to take the "peace keepers" seriously, but they were well within range of artillery, in case Neptunvian forces got smart... Though BAA would also offer an edge over their weapons, snipers aside.

Though what happens after that is another heavy barrage of artillery some distance away, with the city going back under the torch.

Not that the situation was any better at Baghdad, which is still burning.

OOC note: Sniper rounds may or may not have the capacity to penetrate their armor, it depends on the caliber... But honestly? The sheer energy on impact should be enough to cause serious injury or even death.

The truck is then fallowed by another, and then another, soon Five trucks worth of men are picking up Fresh ink canves, Sharted vases, and slightly bruzed bronze statues. They may not be whole, but atleast there still in there country. "Oh and son!" The man turns to face the Negotiator, now looking at stairing back at him with a sharp eye.

Western Iran

As Imperial forces finished their rapid retreat from egypt they finally reached the Iranian border, immediately beginning to dig in again there, much more confident now that their supply lines won't be at risk again, and with imperial air assets now being able to reach them much more easily. It seems the Phenyzian strategy was shifting away from kicking KTO out of all of Muqaddasia towards keeping them out of the east and preventing that region from falling into the hands of the enemy.
Behind the newly established Iranian frontline, armored trains from Phenyzia would begin making their way towards iran, filled with mostly cold war era small arms and light equipment as well as instructors of the Imperial Guard. The trains were being moved towards larger towns, offering the local authorities to arm and help train any volunteers in the east who wish to take up arms against the invaders and defend their homeland.

A few armored trains moving towards the Phenyzian lines however were also carrying TRKW-3 ballistic missile launchers and Flakpanzer Balliste II long-range anti-air systems, the imperial military was preparing to begin directly striking at the KTO held areas in the west.

Furthermore, the cyber defenses such as the password algorithm is put to a good use. Password of databases and servers were changed by the said algorithm, every 10 minutes, with each password being 16 letter password. Suicide robots were quickly turned down, by using the same anti-drone gun against them, then being defused under protective closure. Though of course, the early attacks of suicide robots has killed a few soldiers, who are slow enough to act against it. Muqaddasi aircraft attempting to gain altitude were quickly shot down by Hisshin aircrafts, who continuously deploys chaff, hiding them from radars. Small drones were countered by the ship's CIWS, or LaWS. Artillery were counter positioned, and were fired back by ship long range cruise missiles.

The logistics line, being secured by revolutionaries, arrests anyone who attempts to block oil, and also contaminating it. Those who tried to take down the flag were arrested. Though with the lack of space, prisoners were sent to the beaches to be briefed. If the beaches are filled, some will be sent into the ships for holding them. Government buildings continues on playing Janpian music, and also telling Muqaddasian fighters to surrender. Tanks continues on pushing, now securing the entire cities, along with the outskirts. They now arm themselves for another offensive across the desert, and Mecca. They aim to get on Riyadh as quickly as possible.

Meanwhile at Al-faw, tanks and armored columns continues on pushing along route 1. Attack helicopter rages on the air, while all of these are under Hisshin aircrafts. They aim to capture New Najaf, along with Riyadh simultaneously. A small expedition force were also sent to Kuwait, to boost up its defense.

As the forces regroup, the shelling pushing closer into the core of New Najaf, there is a pause, before armor starts rolling in again, with even more artillery fire. A TU-160M2 is sortied out once again, though the nearby airbase also offers heavier support from J-105s and J-102s, paired to attack helicopters, a relentless assault upon the city, under a hail of fire. Losses begin to quickly mount for the defenders, beaten, battered, broken, and hopeless. Yet, even as some militia members attempt to surrender, or even flee, they are instead shot in the streets. Some can say it was due to the crossfire, others could claim that there were intentional executions. In either case, there are people dying left and right, as the Gonswanzans roll in, soon moving infantry into buildings to try to demolish tunnels or even storm the tunnels themselves to engage whoever was unlucky enough to stay down there. Impromptu demolition charges are made from mortars and plastic explosives, being just enough to cause tunnels to collapse.

Yet, the campaign continues, slowing down slightly, as aircraft above hammer down on the core of the city, dropping bombs and rockets into the city itself, in hopes of reducing it all to rubble. Effectively razing the capital of Muqaddasia, as the flags that once flew overhead were full of bullet holes, burned and damaged from combat.

And yet, Gonswanza keeps on fighting, bravely, with little regard now for losses on either side, even if the brave troopers from Gonswanza were practically wading through bodies, using the corpses of defenders as sandbags in the streets, assuming they weren't already mangled to hell by artillery or machine gun fire.

Muqaddasi aircraft deploy their own chaff and flares, and are always on the patrol, firing very long range missiles at any Janpians they find. Drone swarms are abandoned in favour of advanced stealth drones.

The taking of prisoners only encourages the Muqaddasis, who tell the Janpians to surrender. The civilians flood the streets, protesting against the Janpians. More attempts to take down the flag are done.

Muqaddasi troops fire ATGMs at enemy tanks from all directions, and Muqaddasi tanks continue firing. Helicopters with DIRCMs are brought from further north to counter the tanks. Muqaddasi IFVs continue using very long range incendiary weapons.

At Al-Faw, MANPADS and SAMs (brought from Iran) attempt to counter the enemy aircraft with ARMs being used against enemy radars. Muqaddasi IFVs, tanks and aircraft do their own push to stop the enemy. RPGs and ATGMs are used extensively.

[Gonswanza]

ISIC:
The operators in Oman soon break into the prisons, taking no prisoners, killing guards and witnesses as they move through, keen on securing the aircrew. When they are found, however, a gunfight breaks out, forcing the forces to pull the Gonswanzans into cover and engage, before they are quickly dragged off into the night. The alarm is not raised, though more Corpse Command units soon push in, part of another plan entirely, keen on setting up a shadow war.

Gonswanza is due to bring hell to Oman and the rest of the ME, with pure intent on destabilizing it, much for Gonswanza's own gain at this point. A cruel measure to ensure that their control is almost absolute, with a known presence.

IC:
The battle for New Najaf continues, though aircraft from Baghdad Int'l soon move to strike against offending forces along Route 1, as the armored trains pull back to support the Japanians.

Indeed, New Najaf is effectively lost, though the heads of gov't have since long fled the city, making it an iconic objective rather than a proper one to ensure the collapse of Muqaddasia and an end to the war through capitulation.

However, forces continue to roll in, with the coming night ending yet another day under crippling artillery fire and fighting.

ISIC:
As the first group pulls out of Oman, securing the crew, the second group that was pushed in soon prepares their attack, planting demolition charges in an oil refinery, while also planting evidence of a Muqaddasian strike. Cameras view the incident, but the agents appear as civilians, workers, even. With forged identities purpose made for the mission and even a detailed mess of information fueling the false flag operation, everything is go for the strike.

The men soon slip out as quick as they had came, without leaving a trace.

And so, the submarine slips away, ready to deliver the crew back home via a transfer to a more incognito craft, while the units are to be taken elsewhere.

In the early hours of June 5th, 2022, the Orpic refinery in Muscat, Oman, soon explodes. Declared a state-sponsored terror attack, Oman quickly looks around for someone to blame. Yet, a Muqaddasian passport left at the site along with various memorabilia from Muqaddasia are soon found as well, with a manhunt for the supposed attackers.

Gonswanza uses the move to condemn Muqaddasia for their actions of state-sponsored terrorism against Oman, of course.

The news would soon reach around, even if it is questionable. Not that anyone else could possibly be blamed, short of a terror cell within Oman, that presumably was being funded by Muqaddasia

By the early hours of June 7th, 2022, Gonswanzan forces finally storm the center of New Najaf, raiding the palace and ransacking the city, turning over every last stone, pebble, and twig to seek out the leaders of Muqaddasia as the city finally falls to them. The new flag of occupation is raised, while the streets ran red with blood. Yet, the Gonswanzans considered this a limited success, before pushing south to swing down for nearby territory, expanding their own claims down to the border with Saudi Arabia. Aircraft from Baghdad Int'l however are held back by orders, but these orders are soon revised and changed to allow for air support.

Today is a strange day, for Gonswanza. They've won, mostly, but at what cost?
