Northeastern Muqaddasia

After receiving permission from the Muqaddasian government the Phenyzian rapid reaction force named Task Force "Crusade" began to cross the border. 150.000 men supported by several thousand mercenaries from TDS, Phenyzia's primary PMC. Columns of T-130 Schild tanks exclusively utilized by the rapid reaction force at the center of it all. Additional ground support was provided by Flakpanzer Scharfschütze Self-propelled anti-aircraft weapons and numerous lighter vehicles.

The massive convoys on the ground crossing the border were further protected by J-21 Kaiser air-superiority fighters, the most advanced fighter in the imperial arsenal.
The special operation to ensure Muqaddasian sovereignty had begun.

Pacific ocean

The Phenyzian wolfpacks may have retreated from the vicinity of Muqaddasian waters to avoid a confrontation with the Janpian navy but with Phenyzia now openly intervening in a special operation the number of vessels deployed had only increased, while they kept avoiding the convoys escorted by destroyers, any merely marked as neutral or civilian would be under high chance of coming under attack as the imperial navy continues the policy of sinking vessels headed towards Muqaddasia, military or not and even those marked with a red cross.

IC: Several Muqaddasi interceptors we’re destroyed. They called on reinforcements, and 50 X-31s took off and tried to engage the enemies.
Muqaddasia launched Operation Slap, in which 300 interceptors engaged enemy planes. 1 million Muqaddasi troops opened fire on the paratroopers, trying to wipe them out before any significant damage could be dealt.

Muqaddasi ships attempted to stop the Galapagosians by firing hypersonic sprint missiles, missiles that flew slowly at first until detection was inevitable, then did a hypersonic sprint to try and get through the defences. The same ones were now used against Janpian and Zarnicovian ships.

OOC: What’s a Hyper-ballistic missile?

OOC: I have no idea also what are the million soldiers equipped with because that seems like a lot to be guarding this one landing zone when your literally at risk of being invaded from all sides.

The paratrooper landings are a complete failure with only a fraction of the soldiers being able to land. The objectives then change from capturing to blowing up any bridges that the soldiers are able to get close to. The naval landings are much more fortunate as during the barrage of missiles the majority of them were shot down either from planes further ahead of the major landing force or by missile systems from Malta. The majority of the landing ships are able to hit Beirut shores and unload their passengers before retreating back to Malta where the normal crusaders are just beginning to arrive. Meanwhile in the air it is still contested as Galapagos and Maqqudashi fighters battle it out for aerial supremacy.

IC: Muqaddasi interceptors try and hold the Galapagosians at bay, whilst the bombers targeted the troops. Beirut was evacuated. The Muqaddasi troops confronted the Galapagosians. Muqaddasi ships cut off the supply line and bombarded the Galapagosians.

The path to Route 1 is soon secure, with tanks and infantry moving down the highway, while artillery soon arrive, moving in step with the armored spearhead. Infantry resort to riding on the tanks or logistics vehicles, the sheer speed of the operation soon picking up again even as the Gonswanzans have to resort to mine-clearing operations to counteract IEDs and, later on, VBIEDs. Granted, the latter has a far easier solution: Just shooting the thing until it explodes.

Even then, moving down the highway is a rather eerie experience given the majority of Muqaddasian operations were to the west, along the Red Sea and the Mediterranean itself. However, the long range of the artillery used helps hammer down smaller, isolated outposts of militias summoned to fight for their government.

Elsewhere, aid arrives to try to curb the spread of the bioweapons present in the area, even if by this point it's being cut down to a whisper, slowly spreading out and threatening a resurgence. While the "first wave" was missed, the looming threat of a resurgence was still present. Hence, even with the armored advance barreling down a highway and spreading out partially to secure the flanks, the more peaceful forces attempt to set up testing stations and hospitals under fire, seldom returning fire just for the sake of a more humanitarian mission.

SIC:
Talks continue between Omana and Gonswanza, with more lobbying for the release of the prisoners, even as future flights of long-ranged bombers are being redirected to avoid Oman entirely, just to ease the tensions present. However, the gov't of Oman digs their heels into the dirt, still refusing to move on their stance against the KTO intervention, but adding on that they ALSO will refuse to support Muqaddasia, either due to sheer distance, internal politics or any number of factors. In any case, they also report that since the intervention had started, per their words, shipping to and from Oman has been reduced.

Gonswanzan negotiators claim that they have nothing to do with it, instead citing that international shipping tends to "naturally avoid" conflict areas almost by nature unless it just so happens to be within proximity to a major shipping lane.

And so this begins another series of rounds back and forth between Oman and Gonswanza, best described as bickering rather than debating.

While artillery constantly pounded the area where the enemy is preventing them from setting up camp, destroying their supplies, and any new recruits.

The tunnel rats who were tasked with clearing the various tunnels used by the enemy were successful with the help of a chlorine and phosgene mixed chemical weapon due to lack of ventilation in the tunnels were able to suffocate the soldiers and head inside to place explosives to collapse the tunnels and also collect any intel they stumbled upon.

In the rear with the supply lines being heavily defend by the echelon troops resulted in causing heavily casualties for the attempts made by the enemy trying to disrupt the lines.

In the skies Oceanian pilots were gaining superiority over the skies targeting any enemy aircraft ranging from their fighters, interceptors and their bombers preventing them from achieving any goals in the skies.

Oceanian T-72s and T-62s using the TAP-3BVM and 113P shells were able to bypass the APS this is because on the shell is a small rocket that will launch itself before the tank shell reaches the intended target allowing it to activate the APS system destroying the APS-counter
Rocket and leaving either the APFSDS or HEAT round intact and incase of ERA a tandem charge warhead on the shell when made contact with ERA will destroy the ERA allowing the the rest of the armor-piercing round to go through. Basically making Muqaddasi tanks a metal coffin to be in.

With Tunneling clearing missions being successful and were able to clear out and collapse many of them forcing them to come out from underground however with reports and photos from reconnaissance aircrafts the enemy has decided to fight the war in the trenches so to quickly clear them out artillery units were gonna dropped a novichok-grade nerve agent known as K-4 not only is it odorless and colorless but also requires special equipment such as MOPP suits and could also kill the victim before they hit the ground and considering how a phosgene-Chlorine mixed gas was used to clear their tunnels the enemy would think it would be used again. Artillery crews instead dropped Phosgene and once it hit the ground and the gas was released they switched over to the K-4 shells and dropped them onto the enemy positions.

In the air the Oceanian still bad superiority especially with the help of Hurricane-Interceptors with their superior performance and maneuverability allowing them to have an advantage over their opponents. Of course other missions besides dogfights were performed this includes bombing airfields, supply depots, oil fields and other things that would help the Muqaddasi in their war effort.

In order to intercept Hypersonic missiles (OOC: dude how the hell are you able to afford these missiles) GPS-Jammers were set up and used as you can’t hit anything if you don’t know where the target is and laser-based CIWs were deployed to fry the electronics of the missile.

SPGs and Artillery units counterattack the enemy artillery positions with K-4 nerve agent being deployed on the charging enemy to cause mass casualties. As for the drone attacking the infantry well they ain’t getting far as again Radio and GPS Jammers were up and running and SPAAs were shooting them down either with their guns or SAMs.

Armed with a MRLS and able to achieve speeds of 140 km/h even on rough terrain and while being protected against small arms fire it was used by the special forces detachment of the intervention force to begin the process of aiding the guerrila fighters and carrying out deadly hit-and-run attacks against Oceanian tanks and other heavy vehicles, each Freischärler that gets in range launching it's missiles in two waves of 8, the sheer volume hopefully being too much for any APS to intercept and if the tanks are equipped with ERA the first wave should take it out and the second then score direct hits on the tanks, or so was the plan of the deployed Freischärlers at least.

Many of the chargers died, but the conventional military and the other paramilitaries were equipped with what was needed to be safe from K-4. Muqaddasi aircraft with high speeds and G-capability (?) were deployed to wipe out enemy aircraft. Chaff and flares were deployed by Muqaddasi aircraft and the stealth interceptors tried to catch the enemy by surprise, as did the stealth bombers. Bastas attacked the enemy armour.

The slugger APS mounted on the T-72B3s and T-62MVs were able to detect the barrage and sent out an explosive buckshot. Incase of any missiles that the tank it was absorbed by the 2-layer ERA with the Zot-1 taking blunt of the damage leaving the Rak-12 on the bottom unscathed and leaving minor damages on the tank however a few did went up in flames from the attack with jets of flame coming out of the turret hatches or the entire turret coming off

OOC: using just straight depleted uranium as armor is bad idea not only is it so fragile and thin that I could destroy it with a HE shell but also very heavy. Composite armor is used as not only made of various materials such as ceramics, metal, plastic, and air but also because it’s much lighter and offers better protection than just pure DU armor my shells could easily pen your DU armor

The area is still jammed with radio and GPS jammers and protected by SPAAs lead to both civilian and smart drones getting shot down. As for the assassination unlike other nations military Oceanian troops don’t carry their ranks on their uniforms making it hard to distinguish who is who.

The K-4 agent while being a deadly Novichoke agent also requires gear to be made of a special certain material as one it abilities is that it can quickly and easily degrade most CBRN gear at n alarming rate a lot of Oceanian Soldiers calls “eating through” affect as does just that so only soldiers from the Oceanian Chemical and Biological Weapon Corp could fight in K-4 contaminated areas due to having the specialized gear.

They began taking over key government positions, and established a beach head. Hisshin jets, being undetectable, attacks all unnoticed flying aircrafts enrouted to the landing zones, making them unable to reach the beaches to attack the helicopters. Hypersonic missiles were countered by LaWS from the docked Voloklava-Class Frigates near the beaches, all thanks to the Hisshin early detection and information pass. Enemy tanks were all pierced and shot down first, thanks to the provided helicopter intel, and the tank's FCS and battle management systems, which enables them to automatically aim at the tank's weakpoints, and AI shoot down. IFV's accompanies the tanks on the back, all of which are escorted by anti-tank crews, MANPADs, and revolutionaries.

Meanwhile, with the newly produced Kinzhal sent to the carriers, the Hisshins began using it to their loadouts. As such, they began bombing factories with the said bombs. They also went in to bomb oil fields, and military supplies.

Attention, the nations of Muqaddasia and Janpia.

It has been brought to our upmost attention and concern, the current state of conflict that is happening between the two aforementioned nations in this communique, the fact that both nations are members of the AFAASA that is most troubling for members of high command, as we have deemed this to be an example of animosity between nations in an alliance, as well as a clear sign of alliance instability, and it is this one particular event is what has spurred us to act. The following is the communique and our actions to cope with the current situation.

From now on, as of May 19, 2022, the nations of Muqadassia and Janpia shall have to be reminded to cease AFAASA-related operations for as long as the conflict holds and their status of member states will be put under close review by all departments and high command of the AFAASA. However, to keep things on a fair level, both nations are allowed to assist other alliance members in anti-slavery military operations by either supplying the militaries of AFAASA member states, or to conduct humanitarian relief efforts in areas affected during anti-slaver operations.

We hereby end this communique by urging the governments of both nations to come to a peaceful agreement and end any further bloodshed, for the sake of relations between alliance members as well as to improve the overall stability of the organization in order to better prepare it for future operations. The Freischärler was designed for hit and run tactics utilizing their high-speed and a MRLS barrage of 16 missiles, it's protection was merely against small-arms fire as the Oceanians would quickly notice, with their 30mm autocannons and MI-24s capable of heavily damaging or outright destroying the vast majority of the light assault vehicles that had turned to retreat after firing their missiles. Some Freischärlers that hadn't managed to fire their entire payload blew up in a particularly spectacular fashion, the Oceanians managing to hit and ignite their stored ammunition.

Meanwhile the main expeditionary force had reached northern egypt and began the process of digging in, as usually the Phenyzians had brought significant numbers of their Flakpanzer Scharfschütze alongside the T-130 Schild tank, the Flakpanzer Scharfschütze was equipped both with autocannons and heavy surface-to-air missiles and capable of detecting incoming aircraft. Combined with the escorting force of J-21 Kaiser air-superiority fighters, a vehicle that's internationally often compared as equivalent to the american F-22 Raptor, the positions the imperial expedition force was taking up were heavily fortified against air-attacks in particular.
It seems the Imperial Military was more than happy to let the Muqaddasian militias do the job of delaying the Oceanians until the Phenyzian fortifications are finished.

While the main force had long-left for Muqaddasia another smaller group was assembling, the special covert operations detachment of the Reichsnachrichtendienst or RND, the primary Phenyzian intelligence agency. This detachment, often refered to as the Einherjar Group, was getting ready to cross the Muqaddasian border and begin sabotaging the supply lines of the attackers.
Despite only being a few hundred operatives strong and officially not even existing, the Einherjar Group was infamous for their ruthless methods both against domestic and external threats, and it was likely that the Muqaddasian conflict would only add to their list of atrocities.
