1. Lower the number of members in Security Council to around 3 or 4. Article IV

2. Remove the World Assembly Part in Security Council voting thing. World Assembly really doesn't matter.

3. In Article X write it like this, Elections are held every year (OOC: 1 Month)

But a better way to advertise that is less likely to annoy thread owners is to get active. Do stuff with ITOFN. Does it have a council? Make the IC, start discussing whatever the council is there to discuss. Plan and execute RPs. Make news posts and such. Maybe make a dedicated ITOFN news thread

We do have a council, just at the moment it is inactive, there is an IC just not used. I think we just need to make the Alliance more active on the world stage and just in general more active
