We will begin voting on members of the council. Candidates are Muqaddasia, Aursi, Aquaria, and Janpia. Please telegram me your vote witn the following form:

OOc: Well, noone voted basically, so I'll skip this one for a vote on passing the new charter, and appoint all candidates council members. IHS and Aquaria are also now permanent members

The charter is now under voting. All council members, Janpia, Aursi, Aquaria, Muqaddasia, and me, will have extra voting power at the cost of our votes being final, while others may change their votes but will only be able to have one singular vote. An investigation will be done into frequent vote changes, new members may not vote, and votes should not be based on ideologies.

Its a very poor way to do it. It easily can be rigged.
