OOC: if they cut of the relations to the one side out of I don’t know what reason it wouldn’t be neutral as now only one of the two would have relations. But if they would cut it of for both it wouldn’t be fair as you are punishing someone for something another one has done. But if you punish nobody it also wouldn’t be fair as you are not punishing someone who has done bad thing. It’s an dilemma.
