The Plan had succeeded and the DPF was now on the cusp of vicotry, and as plans were being drawn up for the capture of Constle and Pelaine and Tehril someone would come forward with an ingenious idea.

See as the protests were getting harder and harder to deal with the food situation hadn't improved one bit for the government forces and now, with all the grain shipped over from Welephilostopia and loaded onto planes, the next idea would be put into action.

All the supply planes would be escorted by fighters and they would drop over government controlled cities, not bombs, but food marked with the 3 letters D.P.F.

It would be hoped that when the starving masses of the government saw the food being offered by the DPF they would protest more and potentially even soldiers would defect.

The D.P.F. soldiers would have their advance accelarted against the Government troops, it seemed that their soldiers had lost bassically all fighting force. Morale had plummited to increadibly low levels, and soldiers were deserting at massive levels, some were even defecting to the DPF. Due to all this the army that the D.P.F. faces was a skeleton of its self. The war would soon be over..

Rioting got worse and worse with each passing day, the aid comming from the D.P.F. woukd be fought over. But the lack of aid from the Government would also anger the crowd. The D.P.F forces would launch a targeted airstike on government infrastructure but instead of dropping bombs they would drop paint to strike fear, the dropping of food would continue and would be spread to all cities.

The Welephilostopians would ask D.P.F high command to send an ultimatum to the cities they were hoping to capture which would contain the following message:

Please fellow citizens, lay down our arms and accept graciously for our troops to enter your city, we will not prosecute anyone who lays down and surrenders however those who resist will be imprisoned.

If you accept this offer you will be given food, water, medical supplies just to name a few of the necesseties that your so called government has neglected to send you.

The Enemy troops were mostly gone, only a few die hards remained, many had left, or defected. It appeared to be over now, the Government was dying, the war was bassically won. Then the demand was sent...

All over the country, this message was played, dropped from planes, and sent all over the Internet. The Rioters, would begin breaching Government building all over the country, now in ever increasing numbers, first major one to fall would be the Parliment Building, with rioters entering at 1:33 PM, then it was the tressury at 1:56 PM, after that the Prime Ministers House (sort of like the white house) at 2:19 PM.

The last building, with the P.M. still inside issues this statement.

Attention all Hidrandians,

I, along with the Cabinet of Ministers I am with. Unfortunatly, surrender the D.P.F., for the good of the Nation, and to stop the Bloodshed. I along with my Cabinet, send condolences to the people we are abandoning to the Barbarous D.P.F..

The CWVD was now in the capital with it's commander making a speacial request beforehand to his counterpart, he congratulated the D.P.F on their victory and aksed if a medal or citation unique to hidrandia could be bestowed upon either the men or officers of the CWVD.

The D.P.F. council would award the CWVD, with the highest Medal that could be possibly given. Along with this, the CWVD troops were awarded with some money, and were also branded as Hero's of the New Republic.
