Name of the character: 4th Viscount of Lubenien-Vittreo Bartholomew Greaves-Galashiels LXV
Age: 17 years, born at 15th April

Coming from a fairly usual family of Lakan military-borne medium-ranking nobles, Bartholomew was born in a family of a retired Marine colonel and a former commander of a destroyer, both treating their son with the same love they’ve treated his two brothers and three sisters, of whom Bartholomew was the youngest one. Being unable to inherit most of the estate as well as only being given a honorary title, he from the get go knew, that if he was to achieve anything in his life, it was most likely up to him and his readiness to work hard for the good of his family, King and country and, finally, himself. Being a noble, most of his life was already decided for him- he only was able to make very small “course corrections” here and there- and one of these “corrections” was his decision to further study technical English in the junior schools- although it’s common for Lakans to learn it in addition to the four state languages, a select few take their knowledge beyond the required minimum- and he was one of them. Upon joining a cadet college at the age of 12, his interest in English was noted- and he was approached by a few Naval Intelligence Bureau officers, who at the time were in need of some technical English translators. A few years later, they’ve pulled some strings here and there, and were able to secure him an exchange studen scholarship in the Nacrad- a perfect opportunity to further strengthen his knowledge of technical English- and most importantly a good way to begin a career in the NIB but a few years later… How could he not accept?

RP sample (optional): Being a fairly motivated student, Bartholomew did more than well in his grades- and although the other students have very often considered an always-uniform-wearing Lakan “the odd one”, they were neither the less in friendly relations. He had even started to understand how their society and class systems have functioned- and while it was a far shot from the borderline feudalistic aristocracy that were familiar back home, there was but one thing he couldn’t comprehend- what they were protesting. Many times they’ve tried it to explain to him, but he simply couldn’t understand why would they care for not being able to rule? After all, none of them were nobles, none of them even came from the high society to begin with! Like all other nobles, he held somewhat of a grief against the nouveau-riches- and yet they were not even rich- they were just ordinary people! They weren’t born to rule, and their current ruler seemingly did an acceptable job at governing their lands- and what could one ask more for?

Visiting as: Tourists, if in name only. The Southgates, happily married for a smidgen over twenty years, have spent just about all of their lives in Saint Eleanor, a Tinhamptonian colony with a population of nearly 300,000**. The were happy to see their children pass out of school in 1969 and 1971 respectively and now want somewhere nicer, warmer and less predicamentier to retire. They're looking at Nacrad as a potential option and - while not planning on seeing anywhere in particular - just want to live their life for a few weeks without much mess, fuss, or disruption.

When did they enter Nacrad?: The 9th of May, 1972.

When do they plan to leave?: Officially, "something like the middle of July" - although Andrew, fearing Saint Eleanor's newly-created National Liberation Front for no apparent reason whatsoever, wants the "family" to stay in Nacrad permanently*** (if they can only get the required documentation together). Don't ask him why he likes the place so much already.

Did you read the rules?: The current roleplay date is the 12th of May, 1972.

Lucy might be irate enough to drive all the way to the nearest land crossing (and no further) and demand an explanation as to why "some protests going on a few hundred miles away" merits these measures - although I can by no means guarantee it, especially if Nac's not super-fond of the idea.

[Hathian Prime]

Name of the character: Konstantin Hauser and Christa Riedel Hauser

Age: 24 and 23, respectively

Visiting as (are they a student? a tourist?): Both are visiting as tourists. At the age of 18, Konstantin left his well to do family for a military academy, and was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the Hathian Army Tank Corps towards the end of a border conflict with the Empire of Korthia. It was during this time that he met Christa, who was working as a civilian mechanic for aerial supply transports. The two eloped just a few months after meeting, but unfortunately, Konstantin’s unit was given orders to launch an offensive. They wrote letters every day, even when the young tank Officer went through 68 consecutive days of combat. Konstantin was discharged for wounds suffered in combat just days before the end of the war. Following this, the two officially married each other, much the chagrin of his parents due to Christa coming from a farming background. It was during this time after the war that Konstantin began suffering from constant nightmares and depression, along with anxiety due to his experiences. Christa suggested a trip to a few nations as a nice change of pace, seeing as how Hathian Prime had lifted the restrictions on its citizens and its borders. In the first steps of the journey the changes in the man were very noticeable.
He had become like his old self in a sense, returning to his more joyful and outgoing self. He discovered his passion for travel and began finding himself along the way. Christa was overjoyed to see the progress, and she found herself in awe of the world beyond her nation. The chances of a farmer such as herself ever seeing the world outside of rural Hathia were slim. The couple landed in Nacrad as the last leg of their journey before they would return home.

When did they enter Nacrad?: I’m planning on RPing their landing and arrival to a hotel, if that is alright. I can change this if need be.

When do they plan to leave?: The couple plans on staying until May 30th, seeing as how they wanted the last stop to be the longest one.
