Moments after the Novayan fleet began their assault, another massive group of ships began to thunder into the battlefield. The UNSC 4th Armada, commanded by Admiral Ada Tyran, has arrived to defend Hyrule. Two-hundred eighty-four warships, led by the Venture, immediately powered engines and closed-in to MAC-range…

4th Armada
4 ‘Eligius’ Battleships
3 ‘Punic’ Supercarriers
15 ‘Artemis’ Battlecruisers
12 ‘Athena’ Command Cruisers
15 ‘Marathon’ Heavy Cruisers
18 ‘Autumn’ Heavy Cruisers
38 ‘Halcyon’ Light Cruisers
21 ‘Eion’ Light Carriers
14 ‘Ferrus’ Heavy Destroyers
52 ‘Hyperion’ Destroyers
92 ‘Paris’ Frigates

Immediately after exiting FTL, an officer relays their findings to the rest of the bridge. “Admiral, the Covenant forces are already engaged in-battle with the Novayan fleet!”

Admiral Tyran, smugly - “Looks like the Covvies made more enemies than we originally thought! Continue on our attack vector, fire all MAC-s when in-range. Target priority is their battlecruisers. Hail the Novayans and let them know we’re here to help.”

The UNSC fleet would quickly transmit on an open frequency to the Novayans, declaring their intentions to assist. Moments later, they finally entered MAC range - and began to unleash a torrent of fire down on the Covenant fleet from yet another angle. The aliens were now stuck in a crossfire between two separate Armadas. Once again, the Human fleet seemed content with firing from a safe distance while their fighters and bombers occupied the deadspace in-between. Now, with an even larger number of heavier warships, the volume of fire dwarfed that of Blaskowitz’s fleet over Remnant. Even the UNSC’s frigates contributed to the rain of fire, their spinal Mass-Accelerators being able to reach even at extreme ranges…

The UNSC had stood by while one kingdom was attacked - it would not do the same for another. Here, without reinforcements, Tyran speculated that the Covenant forces would surely be destroyed - trapped between two fleets, and occupied with surface operations.

Still, she intended to be prepared. The fight was far from over. “Keep an eye on the long-range sensors - I don’t need another Covvie armada dropping right on top of us…”

Hyrule System
Battle for Hyrule

While overseeing the battle and directing Novayan naval commanders from the bridge of the Monarch Fortitude, the Battle Commander's attention has been distracted by the communications officer, who called out to him. "What is it, Lieutenant?" The Battle Commander asked, approaching the right data pit. "We have been hailed by an armada!" The Lieutenant replied, "And they seem to know of us Novayans, sir!"

Another armada, who contacted the flagship of the Novayan armada, KNOWS of the Novayans? And judging by the information provided to them, they appear more willing to assist. Nevertheless, the Battle Commander alarmed the Lord Admiral of what is happening, and it was agreed between the two that proper communications must be established with whoever these humans are.

"This is General Alexander William Hux, current Battle Commander of the Monarch Fortitude armada," came the voice of the Battle Commander via transmission to Admiral Tyran, "you will talk to both the Supreme Commander and I. I will continue focusing on the battle, though I may join in for several seconds; and, to correct you, we have just started the assault on the unknown purple-colored warships."

Then another transmission, distorted (to mask the Lord Admiral's voice) yet more comprehensive, reached Admiral Tyran. A voice stern yet calm would be said from the transmission, "This is Borealis Norsoutha I, Lord Admiral of the Crusader Sector and Supreme Commander of All Novayan Forces in the Milky Way Galaxy. I have heard your intentions to assist us, and we may be able to accept it." Then the Lord Admiral spoke to the UNSC admiral in a much more serious tone, "Who are you? How did you know of we Novayans? Where did you get this information of the Novayan Stellar Commonwealth? Identify yourself and your armada immediately, and state your purposes."

First contact between the Novayans and the UNSC turned up sour, unfortunately. How the UNSC managed to know of the Novayans' existence, every Novayans may not know, but the Lord Admiral himself intends to find out.

No Alien Left Behind

Postby Kovunanto » Sun Apr 24, 2022 6:16 am

This is a first drafted post of the war, here it goes:

The Kovunanto's armadas are being crisscrossed, and are now engaging not one, not two, but three this time. A 3 to 1! The Novayans showed up and is ready, followed shortly by the UNSC from their own territory, as the Kovunanto are aware they're so close to their borders any closer than the orbit of Hyrule would bring more hair-raising fears to their citizenry. They have brought up its second, namely their 4th, to the fray. The Allanean Resistance is still right below both armadas of the Kovunanto Navy. With over five-hundred thousand so far of aliens already given up its lives to protect the cannon fodder of Ganon's armies, and still have around like three-quarters more that are still within the warships, the third wave has been sent, bringing in almost all of the crew down to join in the night battle. With so much going on around the Kovunanto Navy's current position over the planet, that would mean if they get destroyed, a lot of wreckage would fall upon the planet's surface and oceans, which would create an environmental crisis of the ages.

One by one, the Kovunanto ships are going down, flames and smoke seen on the damaged hulls, with Shipmasters and their crew scrambling to return to fire at whatever threat posing to them. One by one slowly in return, the Kovunanto Navy retaliated, time and again, as they have with such experience for the longest time in their countless expendable lives of every caste. Some smaller surviving corvettes and destroyers are ordered specifically by the Fleetmasters Rokun and Yah to get rid of the nuisance that is the Resistance, by attempting to shell at it, to keep the battle odds even. Firing in everything the aliens can throw at it for the rest of the armadas, all the while spitting in alien tongues various emotions, with pride, rage, and courage in their mouths. Such is the way of the Kovunanto, never retreat, never disobey orders, and punish their enemies, with no regard for their own lives. They are still engaging, and the supercarriers, being pressed into their conventional batteries, are unable to deliver their massive firepower yet because they're too close to the advancing Novayan and UNSC's fastest of their ships. They needed lots of space, the right timing, and angle to line their shots, and unfortunately, they can't do so now. Even worse, the Golden Reclamation still hadn't been fully repaired by the Huragok within the last few hours since the previous engagement, with just 80% hull integrity now reduced to just 35%. The Ardent Condemnation received moderate structural rupturing, at 60% hull integrity with shields fully down as well.

On the ground, the stranded soldiers of the Ardent Condemnation has found something not seen in ages within the destroyed boulder on the unknown beach close to the Zora Domain. They're going to find out and ordered some Bokoblins and Moblins nearby as support to head inside and see if there's any Sheikah relics, or anything that would prove the existence of even more relics, structures, anything that would teach their history of the planet. Then again, a rockslide cuts off the escape of the small detachment, cursing at nature for it, not the Hylians.

Master St Luci 'Demacee: "We just passed right through something, and where did this leads us? We're stuck! We're inside, and we are not going back! We're going to starve unless we find an alternative exit! Alright, whoever's still with me, let's go find the relics there. It might give us a chance to give the slip on our enemies here. You got your torches?"

The Bokoblins have them, and they responded with affirmation, the Moblins prepare their big clubs.

Master St Luci 'Demacee: "Good! Let's move. Unggoy, these are Bokoblins and Moblins. They're friendly."
Flip-Yap: "How strong you are, Moblin! If only I can--"
Master St Luci 'Demacee: "Quiet, you little grunt! Don't tick them off! We need to find the relics. Stick with us. Lena, what do we got?"
Grand Servant St Lena 'Vitellai: (Translated from Latin) "This might be one of many shrines. Don't mind the fairies, they do no harm to us. What matters to us the most is they seem to be dormant at the moment because, for some unknown reason to neither us or to our monster friends, they serve as waypoints. A means to teleport around in the blink of an eye, to get past something that would otherwise would shoot at us without so much a thought."
Master St Luci 'Demacee: "Hmm, so they're teleportation shrines. How many? Is this just only one?"
Grand Servant St Lena 'Vitellai: (Translated from Latin) "No, Master. There are numerous, but all of them are dormant. The Sheikha have really built these masterpieces, similarly to what our ancestors did, marvel geniuses of their work, it could rival someday had they taken off and did the same long ago. Even if they're dormant now, there might still be something."
Master St Luci 'Demacee: "Then why are ALL of them are dormant? Traps not set off yet, no surprises unlike last time?"
Grand Servant St Lena 'Vitellai: (Translated from Latin) "Correct on that. But it will be very time-consuming to get what we need without blowing off the very architecture that needs preserving, and what's really hidden around it. Some are even difficult for even the most staunchly loyal of us to find them. And... there's one other big problem to throw in."
Master St Luci 'Demacee: "What!?"
Grand Servant St Lena 'Vitellai: (Translated from Latin) "That only one person on this planet that is still alive and is willing to protect these ancient works. That means... none of us is gonna touch them, they're simply too hot, even for our armor of our calibre. The very textures of these... these things crafted by the Sheikah are very metallic to a degree that if the structures come back on, then they'll get really hot. A superheated beam on these things could withstand the blast, but they can get thrown into the bottomless pit or something worse, and we ABSOLUTELY don't want that to occur. Hence, Master, we can't really just drill it straight down to affect these hot objects. Maybe if we can get our Huragok--"
Master St Luci 'Demacee: "We don't have time to send in Huragok to handle these dangerous objects, and the fact that they're only a means to be protected against us in one way or another, means we have to find some other way to get the Sheikah Relics. Are there other structures besides shrines like this to go after as an alternative?"
Grand Servant St Lena 'Vitellai: (Translated from Latin) "We could try going after their greatest machinations! They're going to use it against us on their surface! That's what we're here for! If they use it, they're going to defeat our ally!"
Master St Luci 'Demacee: "Men, and the Unggoy! Listen up! The shrines apparently have been deadlocked of all their relics before we even arrived! They knew we're on to this by their perceptive visions that are equal to my Grand Servant's understanding of such visions. The Sheikah to our understanding are just as technologically advanced to our ancestors, and we need to find some way to fight against Sheikah technology, since they too have long vanished. We need to contact someone, somewhere on this very planet that might give us insights on what to do with these holy artifacts. Only our Huragok will extract them safely without a single drilling beam from space, but it will be a very time-consuming process."
Grand Servant St Lena 'Vitellai: (Translated from Latin) "There is one. Astor. A Prophet, like our three High Prophets. Maybe he can be useful, and a powerful strategist, too. He's the sole mastermind behind these legions of monsters, so we must help him. Get in touch with him and whatever his own religion is doing, and we can coordinate our next moves on the ground."
Master St Luci 'Demacee: "There's still the matter of our pilot of our Phantom. By now, he may be waiting for us just outside. We need a Lynel, or something bigger to clear the rockslide behind us, or we'll starve out!"

Meanwhile, the Kovunanto and Ganon's legions are just unable to breach the Zora Domain, as by now Mipha, Sidon, the princess, and the knight successfully held out long enough for Mipha to be accepted to pilot the first of four Sheikah Great Beasts when things get too heated. Kovunanto's ground and air forces just couldn't do too well for the night. The space battle will still rage into the second dawn, and the two Fleetmasters Rokun and Yah still alive commanding the Kovunanto Navy by dawn will soon order the troops their next big move. It seems that now that the Zora Domain is still under hostile territory, the Kovunanto has just lost yet another hundred-thousand, adding up to six-hundred thousand. Vehicles both ground and air of the Kovunanto are littering the perimeter of the Zora Domain like paperweights, frustrating even more the logistics on the ground for the aliens.

The next move the Hylians are going to make, is to get to the active volcano of Death Mountain, and because of the active volcano's iconic ring around it, Kovunanto's commanding officers are advising their Shipmasters, themselves included to not deploy troops too close to it, but rather find a way around the lava flows to prepare for the next assault there later. The battle remains on the second day, and the moon is just setting on the horizon. So, the lessons learned now to the Kovunanto is that the first search wave failed because all shrines are deadlocked long before arrival by a prophetic vision. Now, the Great Beasts shouldn't be piloted as the first fallback objective of many to come, continuing on their armada-wide practice of restraint on their beams until further notice. This gives yet a major sigh of relief for the Hylians, for now.

Landing Zone Beta, Second Wave

The Allaneans had prepared for a tough fight.

Yet no training could have prepared them for the slaughter they ended up partaking in.

The enemy's weapons were short-ranged, and their technologies forced the Covenant to traverse many miles under fire before they could engage in combat with the Allaneans. Yet they were many.

Allanean artillery took a terrible toll in blood for every yard that the Covenant forces passed. Entire fields became blanketed in submunition explosions. Glide-bombs burst overhead, sowing bomblets like hail. Black, noxious smoke rose to the skies where enemy tanks burned.

Yet the Covenant forces rolled forward as a mighty wave – across the minefields, through the fierce fire of plasma support weapons and rifles, through the clatter of sentry turret armaments and the hiss of laser fire.

And this wave impacted the Allanean trench line.

As the Covenant came close, the Allanean soldiers did what they were trained to do – they threw their hand grenades across the lip of the trench, and, as soon as the explosions rang out, jumped out and counterassaulted.

Of the next half-hour, Benedict Davies remembered only snippets. He remembered unsheathing his officer's sword, the forcefield glowing blue around the steel. He remembered fighting outside the trench, and then inside the trench, and then somehow outside again, plaspistol and sword, the forcefield hissing as it cut armor. He remembered seeing his men fight, too – Petrov, with his support weapon, firing at a squad of Unggoy, Merton, crawling down the trench, his left leg a bleeding sump, Hardy, throwing grenade after grenade. He remembered the ringing in his ears, and seeing a burning enemy gravtank – who the hell makes an open-top tank? – come to a halt atop their trench line.

And then, somehow, there was silence.

His platoon gathered around him – twenty-seven men now instead of fifty. He was seated on the lip of the trench, with his back to the ship, looking outwards – he did not remember why – and tasted blood in his mouth.

On the field in front of t hem, clumps of corpses lay, burning tanks, smoldering tree stumps. It was difficult to believe that he could no longer hear the ear-bursting rattle of constant gunfire.

"What happens now, Sir?"

Well, at least it wasn't because he was going deaf.

"Get a detail and take the wounded to the medics. Everyone else – prepare yourself . They'll probably start again soon."

The second wave of the enemy attack had been repelled – but a third one was yet to come.[

Orbit

Two broadcasts were made – one addressed to the coalition fleets, the other to the Hylians.

Coalition broadcast: All coalition craft, this is the FKS Resistance. We are leading an evacuation effort at the planet. However, our ship is heavily damaged and only one escort is left. Requesting assistance immediately. If we do not receive assistance we will be soon forced to depart.

Hylian Broadcast: [i]To His Majesty the King of Hyrule we send our greetings. We are even now working to rescue your people. However, we are aware you are in possession of a number of powerful, and sacred, artefacts. We suspect you do not wish to entrust them neither to us, nor to your enemies. We are willing, however, to assist you in their destruction either by orbital strikes or by casting them into the system's star. Please advise as to best course of action.

The Third Wave at Death Mountain and Beaming It Up

Postby Kovunanto » Mon Apr 25, 2022 3:51 am

The following dawn, the traveling party of the most venerated of Hylians, the princess, Impa the royal advisor, and her legendary knight-in-arms had rested and are preparing for their next trek, one that will surely bring about severe dehydration and sun exposure. Bracing for the high temperature zone around the active volcano, they met Daruk, who’s more than happy enough to assist them, they just had to activate his Great Beast. A towering man of many kilograms strong with not just his arms, but his girth, as is all Gorons, the Kovunanto and Ganon’s legions must be wary of this man. The Gorons can’t be captured this way because they’re too large, and the Kovunanto don’t have such tools to capture bigger foes.

However, what the Gorons do have to contend will be the Sangheili, the Jiralhanae, the Mgalekgolo, Bokoblins and Moblins, and whatever else native around Death Mountain. The Sangheili caste had long experience with the heat and will have no trouble fighting the Gorons. The Jiralhanae has the brawn and their animalistic natures, and will match up the strength and resilience to the Gorons just for this. Mgalekgolo bodies don’t concern themselves of the heat thanks to their auto-coolant insulation on their backs that serves as supplemental energy yet still serve as a weak point, and surely their arm cannons if they fire will do way more harm than in temperature climes. The diversion is set, and the Kovunanto’s ground forces are ascending upon the mountain at almost the same time as the party. The Unggoy and Kig-Yar castes are opted out of this particular phase of the battle, because of their smaller bodies and dislike of the extreme heat, but at least the Gorons and the party will also have to deal with an insectoid nuisance never seen before that can fly, and can sting harder than their bites, the Yanme’e.

Due to the extreme heat around the active volcano, not a single Banshee will be upon the Gorons, to make it look like a fair challenge. Could this be yet another region of Hyrule? With the active lava flows and the hot air all around, even then, there cannot be any good ground for a landing zone, so the Phanroms will just have to deploy just on the edges, as instructed by the Fleetmasters and have them trek through the dangerous zone to get to them. Ground vehicles of small types won’t do it either because the ascent will put them at risk of stalling at a high enough angle. That is where the biggest land guns are presented:

The mighty Scarabs.

Just only seven, and released with perfect timing, they are positioned in a hepctagonal formation, readying from all sides of the mountain to ascend and attack any Goron in the vicinity. In total, the majority of the third wave is perhaps going to make up for the treacherous climb when they get there, a whopping 1.5 million for this particular diversion. To stop the Gorons and the party from activating their next Great Beast. On the other side of Hyrule, near the Zora Domain, a Lynel has finally come to destroy the rockslide after what appears to be a couple of hours, with the Sangheili Pilot was able to commence a seething talk to the duo and the rest of the squad.

The third wave is in, and are marching slowly through the mountain. They're poised, and ready to fight the Gorons.

https://youtu.be/iitSAsHhodM - The Champion Daruk EPIC Version (Legendary Difficulty)

Sangheili Pilot: “You never rescued me yourselves! How could you manage to get inside that thing on your own!?”
Master St Luci ‘Demacee: “Pfft, we noticed that the shrines, all of them, of all of Hyrule long before we set foot here to invade are locked. Not even our excavation beams will do a thing, and didn’t call the Huragok due to time constraints with other foes attacking us above!”
Sangheili Pilot: “Well, that does it. Come, warriors! We must regroup. We got some surviving Phantoms ready to load us back in. We head for the mountain next.”
Master St Luci ‘Demacee: “Impossible, you say! What happened?”
Sangheili Pilot: “Our forces near the Zora Domain expected a full-on response, and by the sight of one of these things, the Great Beast, it fired upon my men! With precision the likes of which can even bring down a city!”
Master St Luci ‘Demacee: “There are no cities anywhere in this kingdom, but maybe some villages, and then just their castle, their king, and their royal guards! And even worse still, they’re trying to leave. We’re trying to keep away that ship just above our heads *referring to the Resistance* from ferrying off the locals to where we can’t get to them!”
Grand Servant St Lena ‘Vitellai: (Translated from Latin) “Pilot, if we can’t stop the activation of the Great Beasts, then we must seek out Astor, he may be able to assist. We can’t just stand out here.”
Sangheili Pilot: “We must head for the mountain by our Fleetmaster’s orders at once! We can’t delay! Let’s move out and reposition!”

The squad makes it back to the Phantom with the other Phantoms after surveying the rest of the beach only to find mass corpses of their own forces laying dead from earlier. They will arrive to the outer edge of the mountain in about twenty minutes.

Meanwhile, as the sun just barely above the horizon is rising up, at almost 06:30 local time, the Kovunanto’s corvettes and destroyers though unable to stop the Resistance from finishing the broadcasts, they do however within moments are preparing to crowd the ship, with the closest of the corvettes and destroyers unleashing close-range munitions to spread the fire through their decks, maybe even attempting to board them, slay whoever is commanding that ship, even if they don’t they can simply destroy what their ship has that can set off the limping hull. As they’re doing so, panning back to the rest of the armadas, Seraphs and Banshees are deployed en masse to deal with the screeching mass of enemy fighters, easily recognizable by their shape and function from the previous encounter.

The supercarriers Ardent Condemnation and Golden Reclamation, with a still working supercannon, are looking for a way to clear the space so they can prepare to fire. The maximum range is a staggering 300,000 km, and a light-speed attack if they can fire, and only at a narrow, straight line of one degree, no need to bring out a holographic protractor, the Fleetmasters are coordinating with each other calmly even in the face of their crews’ lives put into danger.

Whilst the corvettes and destroyers keep focusing on the lone Allanean ship, the supercarriers and carriers focus on the real threats targeting them. One supercarrier on the UNSC, and the other on the Novayans. To ensure they can fire simultaneously, they must time their attacks at just the right moment and angle. With their smaller ships helping the supercarriers clearing the path even as more damage is carrying through their decks and the Huragok doing its best to repair their hulls, the supercarriers will continue to hang on despite the fires raging.

Fleetmaster Rokun ‘Revumee: “’Turalamee! We’re almost ready to fire! Our supercannons are still functional! Let’s hope they don’t change their trajectory.”

Fleetmaster Yah ‘Turalamee immediately responded.

Fleetmaster Yah ‘Turalamee: “We heard you, Rokun! Even if they decide to come close now, we can still fire. We can’t abort protocol once we fire! Our shields are still down, but we can do it to lend all our power together to break them! Make them bear the light!”
Fleetmaster Rokun ‘Revumee: “Then we are ready to proceed the charging process. We should be ready. Fighters! Stay clear of our line of fire, we’re going to take these big ones down at the same time! Do not engage the big ships! Take out the ones shooting at you. We’ll do the rest!”

Sangheili Crewmate 1 of Ardent Condemnation: “Charging the supercannon!”
Sangheili Crewmate 1 of Golden Reclamation: “Prepping the batteries!”
Sangheili Crewmate 2 of Ardent Condemnation: “Choosing target!”
Sangheili Crewmate 2 of Golden Reclamation: “Battery charge at 100%!”
Sangheii Crewmate 1 of Ardent Condemnation: “Our batteries ready and target locked!”
Sangheili Crewmate 1 of Golden Reclamation: “Target is highlighted, cleared, and they are locked on!”
Fleetmaster Rokun ‘Revumee: “Steady the shot! Don’t fire until I say so!”
Fleetmaster Yah ‘Turalamee: “Wait for it... and...--“
Fleetmasters Rokun ‘Revumee and Fleetmaster Yah ‘Turalamee: “NOW!”

The two supercarriers facing their respective targets lighted up their supercannons to the maximum, displaying a bright white glow. Traveling at light speed, it heads straight for their designated targets, the 4th Armada of the UNSC, and the Novayans’ Monarch Fortitude. The ten carriers of the Kovunanto Navy also lighted up their beams after lowering their shields, albeit a bit smaller to supplement it in case the bigger ones didn't make it to their intended targets. The Fleetmasters and Shipmasters of their respective ship types waited impatiently within the span of only a second or two from their supercannon beams and carrier super-beams just fired to see if they get hit confirmation in front of their command bridges’ windows.

The Remulian fleet of Rosen was already halfway into the UNSC territory when they received the signal casted by the Allaneans.
—What should we do, General?—Asked an Eosapiens.
—I think we should get there and help them, pilot: In how many hours we should we get there?
—In fact, General: we will just arrive to the location in 5 minutes.
—What are we waiting for? Let's go, gentlemen. Those Allanean ships wouldn't save themselves.

The 250 ships change their direction and speed towards the planet were all the action was taking form.

------------------------------------------------------

Rainbow Dash was commanding a fleet of only 50 imperial ships. Her mission was to try to disrupt the chain of supplies of the Kovunanto, slowing their conquests, and gaining some valued time for the Coalition army to push back the forces of the alien menace back to their place. It wouldn't be an easy task: RD knows that the supplies of the Kovunanto were heavily defended, but she had to try to complete that mission, an entire sector depends of that.

Hyrule System

The Monarch Fortitude was indeed been hit by the supercannon beams and carrier super-beams. But the supercannon beam was blocked by the shields, and the carrier super-beams that breached the shields only dealt minimal damage on the juggernaut's armor before the shields regenerate. However, it is only enough to piss the crew on-board the Monarch Fortitude.

Hidden from outside viewers and only accessible to a few select individuals Lord Admiral Borealis I sat on his throne-like command seat as he watched his armada unleash hell upon the unknown armada. He lets his officers do the strategic planning and tactical operations, and he will only intervene to make a decision. Surely, he should just sit back and watch but only intervene to make a decision for his officers, but now that his vessel was slightly/minimally damaged, this is the moment of truth. With a single swift motion, he pressed the comms button to talk to the battle commander directing the battle.

"Battle Commander," said the Lord Admiral, "I want you to notify Sanctuary Naval Fleet Headquarters that they have my full approval to requisition more forces. Have a few of our thaumaturges send telepathic messages to the men back at Sanctuary, and then contact the other two naval fleet headquarters at Serena and Trapper. They must know what is happening."

The Battle Commander nodded and barked the order to a few thaumaturges. And then came the Lord Admiral's voice to the commander, "And Battle Commander." He turned his attention to the hologram of the Lord Admiral. "I hereby authorize limited use of combat psychics and thaumaturges to sow chaos among the enemy warships' personnel. Turn the unknown forces on board their ships against each other."

"And see to it that the juggernaut's full arsenal be unleashed upon them. They will know what is like to experience the full might of the Novayan Stellar Commonwealth bearing down upon them. I hereby authorize limited use of paratechnologies."

The authorization for the limited use of combat psychics and thaumaturges has been passed to the captains of the Novayan capital warships, and soon enough a small number of combat psychics, their powers magnified by thaumaturges, would spread chaos, insanity and madness into the minds of every Kovunanto leaders and soldiers - ESPECIALLY the Kovunanto leaders present - on board the purple warships. The Kovunanto won't know what will turn their leaders and soldiers against each other, however, for the combat physics and thaumaturges.

At the same time this has happened, the Monarch Fortitude's heavy plasma batteries fell silent, its glows disappearing altogether. Then, a white glow emanates from the barrels of the heavy plasma batteries. The first shots fired from these heavy plasma batteries were white, and the power of these white plasma projectiles dealt great damages on the Kovunanto ships, and BOY did those white projectiles hit hard.

"All forces, this is Lord Admiral Borealis I on-board the Monarch Fortitude," came the transmitted/broadcasted voice of the Lord Admiral to the Novayan ships and combat spacecraft, "the time for the destruction of these foes is now. Show no mercy. Burn them down! Shatter their ships! LEAVE NONE STANDING!"

And with that order, the Novayan armada brought more hell to bear upon the Kovunanto armada. Projectiles, energy bolts, missiles and torpedoes scream towards the purple-colored ships as the Monarch Fortitude's full arsenal is unleashed upon the enemy. On the orders of Battle Commander Hux, some of the juggernaut's heavy plasma cannons began firing at the Kovunanto supercarrier. And since the Kovunanto carriers did lowered their shields to supplement the supercarrier's beam with their own beams earlier, that makes it very easy for the Novayan warships to pick them apart.

Oh, and the Novayan armada only suffered about 19 ship losses (1 super-battleship, 2 battleships, 8 destroyers, 6 corvettes, 1 frigate, and 1 light cruiser), some to the supercannon beam in an attempt to protect the Monarch Fortitude, some to the carrier super-beams also in an attempt to protect the Monarch Fortitude, and others fell to enemy fire Fortunately, 70 Novayan warships, hastily assembled at Sanctuary and arriving separately in groups of three, came just in time to plug the hole in the Fortitude Group. Though their upgrades were incomplete and even a few were missing a few or a lot of weapons, they're more than enough to plug the hole.

- 2 battleships
- 3 carriers
- 20 corvettes
- 10 frigates
- 25 destroyers
- 3 cruisers
- 3 battlecruisers
- 2 heavy cruisers
- 2 light cruisers

"I apologize for our arrival, Battle Commander Hux," came the carrier commander's transmitted voice to the Battle Commander, "we were hastily assembled an hour or so after the Monarch Fortitude's armada left for the unknown star system. We haven't been able to complete our retrofits, but at least we will contribute everything we have to ensure a total victory." Battle Commander Hux nod and ordered the assault to continue.

????, ????

"Sir, we have information from our agent on board the Monarch Fortitude. They are engaging an enemy armada that have been giving hell upon the people of this world."

"So, this war is getting more interesting. Have my officers notify the Admiralty and High Command and pass this information on the battle to them - they will know what ships the enemy used, what weapons they have, and so on."

"Understood, Schattenfuhrer." There was the sound of heavy boots stomping on the floor, then it gets distant. And then, there remain only silence.

"It is time the Ordensstaat joins the hunt. Glory to Novaya. Death to the enemy of the Free Worlds. Viva la Vida."

A Messy Time Paradox Imminent

Postby Kovunanto » Tue Apr 26, 2022 12:32 am

In Orbit and on Surface

https://youtu.be/nsL8s0sYg-c - Black & White 2 Music - Deity's Last Stand

Uh oh, someone has set up the Kovunanto the biggest logistical flip. Even Master St Luci 'Demacee and his Grand Servant St Lena 'Vitellai are beginning to resist going frenzy. The musical cue just went from supposedly epic to downright intense. All in once within moments, the Novayans' arrival brought in more than just showing up to tear the armadas apart, they brought in their psychic powers. Lena isn't afraid and is a psychic too, and being a very powerful Grand Servant with such fervor as her Master, she is trying her hardest alongside him after all her years spent in this unusual field that only the most talented of the Kovunanto can ever muster to resist going frenzy.

Fleetmasters Rokun ‘Revumee and Yah ‘Turalamee, along with the Shipmasters of around less than 420 ships, or way less now just not so lucky. After all, the former thankfully deployed Master St Luci ‘Demacee and Grand Servant St Lena ‘Vitellai to the surface of Hyrule to conduct a relic hunt and to stop the royal party, but even then, that wouldn’t fully guarantee their safety on the ground. Mgalegkolo and Yanme’e are the only ones so far on the ships during the chaos to be completely safe, with the latter getting ready to dispose of the enraged traitors en masse, usually Unggoy, Kig-Yar and some unfortunate Sangheili who don’t recite the Writ of Union constantly and quickly enough in their alien tongue.

As the third wave just began the ascent to Death Mountain with its seven Scarabs when the psychic wave kicks in, the Scarabs and their small crews, Mgalegkolo, and Yanme’e are the only two castes of the ground invasion force that are naturally immune to this because they don’t have a mind, and therefore are completely unscathed to continue the ascent. Jiralhanae are already frenzied by the heat before the psychic wave due to their natural rage, and thus will just attack with reckless abandon. Sangheili will try chanting relentlessly the Writ of Union as fast as they can in alien tongue to resist temptation to go frenzy, with a fair success rate of 70%. The Kig-Yar on a few platforms watching over the active volcano’s outer edges are at highest risk and started sniping their own, forcing immediate retaliation from the Scarabs to use their long beams to dispel their own snipers, which is now useless in picking off distant Gorons.

For Lena, instead of trying to recite the Writ of Union in her own tongue, she immediately looks up to the general direction of the Novayans responsible for this messy phase of the battle and attempts to correct it with her own, by using her own psychic powers to drain the very lifeforce out of each Novayan on their armadas straight at their vital organs. Was she an ancient vampire in a past life?

Master St Luci ‘Demacee: “Ah, never forgetting that my Grand Servant had lived long enough to master psychic powers since we last trained. But come on, snap out of your mind! The Novayans are trying to mess up our plans entirely! They can’t change the past! COME ON!”

Then, Master St Luci ‘Demacee realizes something is about to happen from straight above, forcing him to grab Lena by the hand to flee.”

Master St Luci ‘Demacee: “RUN! GLASSING BEAM CHARGING!”

Grand Servant St Lena ‘Vitellai’s life siphoning magic just interrupted, and now there’s a time paradox just waiting to happen that the Kovunanto truly doesn’t want it to happen. She looks on in horror and gasps for comforting air.

Grand Servant St Lena Vitellai: (Translated from Latin) “BY THE PROPHETS, NO, NO, NO!”

The glassing beams of the Kovunanto’s own armada are turned on due to the Huragok being influenced as well by the psychic powers of the Novayans. It begins to charge unwittingly straight down all over the planet and indiscriminately start leveling the planet against their will. In total violation of the practice of restraining the use of absolute assured destruction protocol on a holy world, the Noble Prophets Velia, Rouya, and Chaya will demand a trial as soon as the battle ends.

Master St Luci ‘Demacee: “Quick, Lena, to minimum safe distance! No time!”

The duo ran as fast as they could carry their alien legs with, leaving behind all their squadmates to jump into the nearby river flow away from Death Mountain to escape the extreme heat just as the glassing beam’s outer edge of impact hits where they last stood. Lena uses her psychic powers to glide him over to the other side, now witnessing the Kovunanto’s own beams unleashed on the planet indiscrimanately. The duo are beginning to feel worried for their own safety.

Grand Servant St Lena ‘Vitellai: (Translated from Latin) “I got you, Master! We’re getting out of the mountain to the next part of Hyrule! We are not aborting this, we must tell Astor what’s up!”
Master St Luci ‘Demacee: “No, we are not leaving while these armadas are ruining our days. We are meant to die together on this land so that they won’t know where we actually come from!”
Grand Servant St Lena ‘Vitellai: (Translated from Latin) “If they can change the past, then so too does their future, and ours as well. They wanted to end our crusade at their earliest. We will not let them foil prophecies that has happened, and we will not let them change history to their own ends!”
Master St Luci ‘Demacee: “Then accompany me to Astor’s last known. He may be nearby, in hiding, with his own advisors. We still have a chance to do our part! To retain our honor even at the slightest!”

The duo now needs to find Astor, while all their friends are struggling to fight back against the Novayans. The Novayans are now considered the highest priority after the UNSC, and needs to be destroyed. For now, the duo highest-ranked Sangheili managed to escape the frenzied grasp of hostile magic and is searching for their contact.

The efforts of the third wave immediately failed before it even properly starts, and the second Great Beast has been activated successfully by Daruk, eliminating all seven Scarabs and the duo’s friends, stopping the ascent, but not before also nearly setting off the volcano which could potentially destroy Hyrule too early. After the short burst of chaos, all units of the battle that survived the period of frenziness snap out of their insanity. Ground units not with the duo are forced to fall back to Hyrule Field. The Minor Prophets of the two armadas, identified as Forbearance and Restraint, were caught in the crossfire of traitors and the Mgalekgolo, right before nearly the entire two armadas of the Kovunanto also going down from their own plasma batteries. Those are just Prophets responsible for making sure that the orders of the armadas go as planned, only now they're dead, the morale of both armadas won't even matter because they're already wrecked and are falling to the planet one by one.

~* * * * *~

Realizing that the Novayans are more than just a threat to this battle, but a threat to the entirety of the Kovunanto due to the presence of psychics onboard, the moment those supercarriers and seemingly the two armadas went down, a fourth wave is underway, three armadas of 800 more ships are closing in very fast in 15 seconds rather than just one more armada coming in at one minute. It's unclear whether the 4th of the UNSC really did hit, or not. The Kovunanto really wants Hyrule, but to continue their mission, they need to wipe out the Novayans clean first. Three of the five remainder Masters and Grand Servants fitting to do mind battles with them will do the pinching right. Purveyor of Absolution, Seeker of Sanctity, and Incorruptible Thunder not as supercarriers, but the first-time dreadnoughts meant for desperate battle situations only, led by their respective Fleetmasters Khoto 'Rozamee, Vekan 'Matanee, and Fuso 'Vokamee. Out of the 797 other ships, will be 200 destroyers, 150 battlecruisers, 100 cruisers with 50 light and heavy each, 80 sentinel-class ships, 70 executioner-class ships, 50 provisional ships, 30 carriers to make up for supplementary firepower, and just 17 excavation vessels. This is just enough to pierce through just about any UNSC-affiliated fleet, even the Novayans. While the dreadnoughts are dwarfed by the supercarriers by size, it makes up for it in destructive firepower by the dozens of energy projectors on each of the biggest ones. This is by far the maximum alertness level of the battle the Kovunanto can ever escalate at this point.

But, there's still two nations to face with, Allanea's two ships, and the newly joined Remulian imperial ships. Taking out Novaya's fleets first as the next move as a cohesive force the instant the new armadas enter slipspace is now the highest priority secondary objective over all other objectives of the mission. And they must do it from 300,000 km away. The Kovunanto doesn't care how many lives are lost to the enemy as long as the mission gets done proper, they will have fewer of themselves at the end for the coming trial. They will never leave neutral Hyrule airspace until it's done.

The sheer onslaught of the enemy fire had been too much for the Resistance to take. Damage control teams moved to hold back the flames, and then to open as much of the ship as was possible to the void. Evacuation commenced anew, with lifepods, teleport circles and shuttles all taking the brunt. Of its crew of a thousand, perhaps a third were killed, and of the survivors, many bore injuries.

There was respite. The Covenant assault on the Allaneans ceased for now, and they had taken the time to repair their defenses, to usher as many of the locals as they could to the freighters.

The situation was growing more and more urgent. Freighter captains made the final checks on their engines.

Once again, they repeated their broadcast, over every available frequency.

To His Majesty the King of Hyrule we send our greetings.

Time was running out.

Rosen fleet was finally at 43 seconds from the Resistance. The situation seems calm, but Rosen feared that their advacements towards the Allanean ship could be taken as an hostile movement, so, she decides to open a channel.
Hello, this is Rosen, General of the 34th Remulian fleet. We are fighting against those Kove..Kovi..Kova...those aliens, that means we are here to assist you and help you in whatever we can. We can say that we are your allies in this fight

All the 246 ships deacelerated, and stopped, 30 km far from the Resistance to avoid damaging more. Their sensors were active to locate some Kovunanto ships that would try to attack.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ilia and her men were finally ready for action, their next course of action: try to reach the Novayan fleet and help them in their battle against the Kovunanto. It would take 32 minutes to get it there, but they were ready, and praying that the Novayans could resist that time.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
RD fleet was still far away from the supplies route of the Kovunanto, and it would take her, and the rest, another two hours to get there, so, they decided to plan the opperation of disrupt the chain of supplies while they try to avoid losing ships from the defenses of the supply fleet. It wouldn't be that easy to cripple the Kovunanto forces that way, but they have to try.

The OSDF could only watch as the battle between the UNSC and Kovunanto rages on knowing they could be the next target the Council of the OSDF has decided to mobilize their fleet and assist in dealing with the alien threat rather than suffering the consequences later down the road. However with some of their ships in other parts of the system they would have to rely on the 122 ships that were nearby until the other ships arrived.

Throughout OSDF shipyards and ships both soldiers and personnel were either watching or listening to the radio while going about doing their normal task.

“On behalf of the OSDF council has declared that the Kovunanto threat needs to be dealt to protect humanity and within few hours the order of mobilization from the OSDF council was issued to every base, shipyard, and ship to be prepared for deployment and war. The Council has also decided to align itself with the UNSC and has grant them access to our shipyards to allow them to perform any repairs and let their crews rest until their next war.”

“You know the last thing I be expected to fight was aliens I was expecting to fight other humans” one soldier said while eating some cafeteria food

“It’s space you don’t expect a lot of things in space” another soldier replied

————————

Orders were relayed to every ship’s captain to be ready and vigilant for any enemy activity while the captains of the OSSC Dubro and Tycho were told to have a plan for everything and anything as those ships were equipped with experimental weapons and losing them could be a blow to the OSDF power and morale so losing them was not an option.

It Takes Three to Dance

Postby Kovunanto » Tue Apr 26, 2022 7:58 pm

> skipping above IC post, this is the first filler post of the war

In order for the Kovunanto to continue its normal operations and get over it, and damning the consequences afterwards by their Noble Prophets after the small bit of glassing misfire from the previous armada on Hyrule, the new three armadas must engage all hostile fleets before they can proceed to their next fallback objective: stopping the third Great Beast on the Tabantha Frontier zone from being re-activated, a large region covered in snowbanks in which the Unggoy loves. For the next few hours, the Kovunanto Navy's fourth wave with three Masters and Grand Servants now engage in first-time mental warfare along with the assistance from the ground by Grand Servant St Lena 'Vitellai with her life-draining psychic powers she trained from her previous life.

Meanwhile on the ground, the duo decided they are going to forage around Hyrule far away from Hylian outposts and villages with aid from Bokoblins and Moblins whilst searching for Astor to keep their spirits up. Hyrule Field is about to receive another dose of violence from the third wave of mainly Jiralhanae, Sangheili, Yanme'e, those nasty larger-than-life mosquitoes as tall as humans that can do more than just give stings, a few Mgalekgolo pairs, a few thousand Unggoy and Kig-Yar, and no vehicles this time. They are actually going to try and salvage anything that aren't completely destroyed from crash landings so they can find the nearest Kovunanto warship to land back in and regroup. Otherwise, they will fight to the death in order to survive. About no more than half a million (one-third of the full third wave's 1.5 million ground reinforcements) are descending upon the same landing zone once again after failing to climb the first bits of Death Mountain.

https://youtu.be/G4WevEoNXn0 - Hold the Line | Full Version |

This will go on for the next several hours. If successful, albeit the chances are slim, especially up in space, then the next set of normal operations will begin in earnest on the third day or on the second night at the earliest, which will be a half waning moon.

The King of Hyrule has just issued another humanitarian corridor decree, along with reiterating his neutrality stance. However, he worries that his royal forces won't have enough time to reach the flying city tomorrow to assist the Rito peoples, so he relies on the party to travel there to see Revali. It will take them a day to get there, and the Kovunanto aren't going to take any chances as well. Ground forces of the third wave should be arriving near Hyrule Field shortly after the long stretch, with no vehicular support with them, but they do have more Bokoblins and Moblins as assistance, including a few Lynels, towering equivalents of Kovunanto's Mgalekgolo, and bigger than a Moblin, even taller than a Mgalekgolo, but no taller than a Scarab.

What's scary about these Lynels is that they're immune to all elemental magic, even accidental friendly fire from plasma shots from the Kovunanto. However, bullets, mortars' shrapnel, normal melee strikes and arrows, and frag grenades' shrapnel will do, just that explosions won't even affect them and can't be ragdolled due to their size. Lynels are the toughest yet of Ganon's ground armies, capable of not only resisting the elements, but can shoot fireballs, launch back thrown grenades and mortars with his mighty club like baseball swings, slamming, strafing, stomping, and even teleport short distances to evade danger with a short cooldown. The Lynels at the rear of the third wave are red, the common color for these rare creatures, only no more than ten, and can hit very hard in both melee and ranged, about a quarter of the standard artillery range. This is their answer to artillery.

Hyrule System

Once the Kovunanto armada was shattered, Battle Commander Hux ordered a number of ground units to be deployed onto the planet below. And knowing full well about the presence of other human forces, he decided to communicate with the Allanean and UNSC forces. "Human forces, this is Battle Commander Alexander William Hux of the Monarch Fortitude armada, second-in-command and Deputy Supreme Commander to Lord Admiral Borealis Norsoutha I, Supreme Commander of All Novayan Forces in the Milky Way Galaxy. I wish to know who you are, and if possible, we will help out."

Meanwhile, Lord Admiral Borealis I communicated with the officers administering the Serena and Trapper Naval Fleet Headquarters. He ordered both Naval Fleet Headquarters to begin large-scale construction of orbital and planetary military, resource and industrial infrastructures throughout the Serena and Trapper Sectors. He also authorized both Naval Fleet Headquarters to begin requisitioning and transferring supplies, active and/or reserve military units, and construction ships to their respective sectors. Finally, feeling that the enemy might come back, the Lord Admiral authorizes full use of thaumaturgy and thaumaturgical combat units.

Oh, and also, the Lord Admiral orders two more fleets to reinforce his armada. Already, 115 ships (19 corvettes, 13 frigates, 42 destroyers, 10 cruisers, 8 light cruisers, 5 heavy cruisers, 5 battlecruisers, 5 battleships, 5 carriers) were already sent to reinforce the armada. As for the full use of thaumaturgy, Novayan ship officers were authorized to use thaumaturgy and paratechnology. This means the use of thaumic shielding, activation of the thaumaturgical reinforcement symbols, and even a few military-grade artifacts designed to sow chaos among the enemy warships and turn said enemy warships upon themselves.

The Lord Admiral sat back on his throne, grabbing his plastic cup of cold chocolate-flavored bubble tea and took a sip from it. Realizing what kind of threat posed by the unknown enemy, now designated the New Threat, he tapped on the comms button to talk to Battle Commander Hux, "Commander Hux, send the reports to the Grand Marshal, President-Chairwoman and Empress through Sanctuary immediately. They must know."

The Battle Commander nodded and had the combat reports sent to Sanctuary Naval Fleet Headquarters, which would then send said reports to the three individuals.

Hyrule

Dropships containing Novayan combat units flew towards the surface while combat spacecraft protected them. In the skies, a number of Novayan warships began selective orbital bombardment, targeting large Kovunanto ground units while combat spacecraft handled with enemy air units and bombed said ground units. The first unit to touch-down is a squad from a Lord Admiral's Military Reservist company, which proceeded to secure the landing zone, which is located near where allied forces were at. Most of the combat ground units were regular troops, but there existed another kind of combat unit: thaumaturgical combat units.

Though fewer in numbers, they make up for it with thaumaturgical techniques and capabilities. To those unaware, thaumaturgy is basically more stronger than magic, and there is a saying among Novayans: "Magic is temporary, but thaumaturgy is forever." Because it is a more advanced version of magic, thaumaturges have all the means to help their comrades, and have abilities not even the Kovunanto or Hylians ever dreamed of.

And when the first thaumaturges touched down, they made sure to consecrate the landing zones' areas first in order to prevent any sneak-ups by Kovunanto forces. Of course, by consecrating the area that mean putting up an antimemetic effect on those who observed it. Kovunanto forces and their Ganonite allies who saw the Novayan landing zones will be unable to remember what they saw. Even a single glance or a glimpse of the landing zones would make them unable to remember what they saw of the landing zones. The Hylians and their allies will NOT be affected, since the thaumaturges made sure the effect affects only the Kovunanto.

A number of dropships and transport ships were sent to evacuate the Hylians. Combat spacecraft and soldiers will help defend the evacuation.

???? Space

Three fleets, whose ships bore resemblance to the Novayan warships (aside from the dark hull, the lightings were purple), gathered before a massive space structure. Ships, spacecraft, dropships and even freighters awaited for it to activate. Two Novayan fleets, recognized by the red lighting, soon joined them after exiting warp space. They were followed by 100 transport ships, freighters and even modified cargo ships.

"Men and women of das Ordensstaat, hier spricht Ihr Schattenführer," came the voice of the Schattenfuhrer, broadcasted to the assembled armada. "You are all gathered here to embark on a great mission, a mission unlike any other. As you may all know, the Monarch Fortitude armada have fought against and prevailed over the unknown enemy that sought to destroy everything. Do you think you can allow the enemy to wreak havoc over the entire galaxy?

"NO!" came the cries of millions of military personnel.

"Do you want the enemy to destroy everything?!"

"NO!"

"Do you want these monsters to kill EVERYONE?!"

"NO!"

"Then let us aid them! The enemy shall know the name of the Ordensstaat! They shall learn to fear us! They shall learn to suffer under the Black Sun! Glory to Novaya! Death to the enemies of all life!"

And so, the massive space structure opens up to open what appear to be a wormhole. The ships that gathered soon entered through the wormhole. Their intent clear: to help the Lord Admiral's forces wage war against the unknown enemy.

"And this is what the mission reports have said," said Grand Marshal Borealis III to a number of individuals in the room: President-Chairwoman Saku Otonashi of the Saiyanese Stellar Federation, Empress Julia Claudia Constantina of the New Roman Empire, United Nations Commissioner Nicolae Carpathia on Interdimensional Affairs, and United Nations Secretary-General David Munoz. "Clearly, whoever this alien enemy is, we need to prepare," Borealis III added. He called them here to discuss the matters regarding the so-called 'New Threat' and presented them live footage and pictures of the battle on a few tablets.

"If I may interject, Grand Marshal," said Commissioner Carpathia to him, "I remember that those ships look like the ones used by the Covenant from the Halo game franchise, if you take a closer look at this," he pointed his hands on a few pictures. "I trust that you have solutions?"

President-Chairwoman Saku raised her hand, "Excuse me, but we have but a simple solution: we need to prepare for an inevitable conflict with this New Threat! We need the UN to give the Triumvirate military access and temporary defense pact! We may not know what the New Threat's all about, but we're going to prepare regardless. We NEED to militarize in order to prepare for this war!"

Empress Constantina speaks up, "Exactly. An all-volunteer military force, appeasement and diplomacy may not work if the New Threat is truly hostile to all of us. Therefore, I may also suggest that, due to similarities between the New Threat and the Covenant, we might need to do research on the Halo game franchise first and see how best we'd be able to fight the hostile threat."

"I will head back to the United Nations Headquarters and launch an emergency meeting immediately to discuss the New Threat," said Secretary-General Munoz to the three before turning to Commissioner Carpathia, "Commissioner Carpathia, will you head to the Military Staff Committee and notify them?" Commissioner Carpathia replied, "I would love to, but right now coordinating and discussing with the Novayans, Saiyanese and Nova Romans is my top priority, and I'm not the United Nations Commissioner on Interdimensional Affairs for nothing. I will, however, send a few of my subordinates to deliver the reports to the UNMSC. Grand Marshal, what does your MSCGM say?"

"The Military Staff Committee of the Grand Marshal is already debating on the matter at hand, and they intend to alarm the Novayan government, Admiralty, General Staff and Federal Parliamentary Assembly," came the Grand Marshal's reply, "and it's gonna get very messy once we passed the reports up the food chain of command. And by very messy, I meant the Federal Government will launch a furor in the Void Coalition's emergency meeting. However, what I can promise you all is that I, Saku and Constantina - the three people who first founded the Triumvirate four years ago - will deploy whatever military unit that can be spared, which is going to be a huge hassle."

"And why is that?" Commissioner Carpathia asked. "Lord Admiral Borealis I had a huge preference for heavy military spending that would result in military overreach and, surprisingly, an excessive global, interstellar or interdimensional military presence. And since he's calling in multiple units to strengthen the NSC's military presence in the Milky Way Galaxy, I'd say that is the most extreme case of an excessive interstellar military presence." The commissioner nodded and replied, "That's understandable."

Then Borealis III's tablet rings. A new report was delivered to the Grand Marshal, and when he reads it, he looked upon it in shock. "What's wrong, B3?" asked Empress Constantina. "The world...the world the New Threat invaded..." muttered a shocked B3. "What? What is it!?" Saku asked. "The report...it said that a few Novayan soldiers talked to the locals who're being evacuated... And the world they're on...is Hyrule?!"

It took a few seconds for Saku, Constantina and Carpathia to register what B3 had said, and finally registering it, they all shouted, "WHAAAAAT!?"

Yes, that means Hyrule did exist.

Seven Aces to Bring It Down

Postby Kovunanto » Wed Apr 27, 2022 9:33 am

The next day, the Rito peoples have informed their leader standing on top of the flying city he calls it home on the frontier zone, the capital of the Rito, of an incoming royal party to see him. Calling it utter nonsense and a waste of time, as long as he rules the Rito capital, he won't allow the royal party to pass, and not only that, he sent in several dozen of his wingmen to deal with them. As a sort of deterrent at first. The Rito peoples aren’t hostile to Hylians, it’s just that they’re unwilling to make diplomacy momentarily with their royal superiors.

https://youtu.be/jwE2sYDuHeM - The Champion Revali EPIC Version (Legendary Difficulty)

What the Rito wingmen didn't even know is that Kovunanto's fourth wave armadas are on the way. The Noble Prophets deep within Kovunanto space totally not involved in the warfare behind closed doors and now, behind recently shut national borders across many light-years of space, has also decreed that all access points like hyperlanes, gateways, and the like are to be restricted to themselves and their allies, if any. This also means that the Kovunanto has just made an overhaul to the KBN, and immediate enactment of all manner of anti-magical, anti-psionic, and anti-thaumaturgic as well as other means of the word "anti" inhibitors, shielding and cloaking technologies, and their Border Policy set to Closed Borders to All Human Colonies and Neutral Worlds whether or not the warships in space has made contact, 100% effectively preventing all hostile and neutral ships of any kind to simply cross over to Kovunanto space. Not even personal teleportation moves from their enemies can slip past Kovunanto borders, either, as that would look ridiculous on the KSN headlines. With that out of the way, the Kovunanto can now deal with the Novayan and Remulians with relative fairness.

The three Masters and Grand Servants onboard the three Fleetmasters' flagships named Master St Ramo 'Savumee, a female Field Master Sangheili in purple armor with a Romanian tongue that might aid the Kovunanto in translating the relics to her own tongue like Grand Servant St Lena 'Vitellai into Latin armed with a sword infused with nanotechnology from the last three centuries and seven years, and is an expert in causing electronic interference with hostile ships and making their AI go rampant, if there's any. Entrusted with the former Orthodox faith from her previous life into strengthening the Great Journey, her presence will raise the fervor of all Kovunanto armadas within the current system range or ground forces up to a thousand meters to a point where not even thaumaturgics or paratechs of any kind can even harm them, as long as she is alive.

The other two Masters are Field Master St Tsu ‘Tsumiai in black armor, one that can slice groups of armies be it man or machine in a single sword swing with perfect angle precision in melee, and her mastery of various chi-type thaumaturgies allows her to bypass all manner of hostile thaumaturgic shielding and inhibitors with almost no effort, but against animated beings she is an equal in skill and agility. And lastly, Field Master St Jysa ‘Sattinai in bluish-white armor, is the pinnacle of thaumaturgic logistics of the three, and mastery of commanding multiple Servants means that should his own Grand Servant happens to die, all his Servants will immediately take revenge through instant teleportation straight into the enemy positions within current system range, bypassing the need to breach the hangar bays, atmosphere, terrain, or even the tightest security doors altogether.

Their respective Grand Servants assembled are St Kaza ‘Korumee in black-greenish armor made to withstand psionic poisoning and thaumaturgic-induced diseases, one who has sought out the other tribes of the Sangheili until he found them. Previous life thought to be something else to his own people, but can be a force to be reckoned with now that he has an energy sword infused with synthetic poisons that can surely kill a man upon skin contact. Veto ‘Navumee in red armor, one that his name itself can use his powers to stop an entire hostile armada from attacking for a short time to give a breather as well as being proficient in deceiving and taunting the enemy. And lastly, Daze ‘Tefumee in purple-whitish armor specifically trained in making enemies feel very confused, inducing lightheadedness resembling a drunken state, and hallucinations of their own evil spirits that although will do no harm to them, will be used as distraction even to those with no prior history of such episodes.

Now that the three Masters and Grand Servants are assembled, debriefed of the situation, and the three armadas all ready and positioned at 300,000 km away, they are ready to engage them at this range and will do whatever they can to stay at this maximum range to sow back maximum chaos and damage. They will definitely counter any and all forms of the Novayans’ tactics at full potential with authorization from their Fleetmasters with lethal force, without delay to protect all armadas and any surviving ground forces.
Grand Servant St Lena ‘Vitellai will be offered maximum protection from any and all aforementioned tactics, and she will use her life-draining powers only towards the Novayan personnel in space, by bypassing its shielding and straight for the vital organs to sustain herself.

And of course, staying at 300,000 km is where the dreadnoughts will waste no time combining their energy projectors at the behest of the trio of Fleetmasters to rain down the maximum pressure, but three times that in force towards the Novayans, along with the 30 carriers and all its fleet power with the combined team effort of the Masters and Grand Servants in pulling out their ace moves.

The ace moves of Masters Ramo 'Savumee, Tsu ‘Tsumiai, and Jysa ‘Sattinai to augment the supercannons of the armadas for increased wattage use and damage are Thunderwave to give a better electrical charge to make up for the drawback in a longer cooldown for a single shot use, lasts until manual deactivation. Sphere of Chi augments the plasma batteries by having homing properties that can lock-on to even the most agile of hostile craft, damage remains unaffected. Lastly, Mirror Image can use the mind to perfectly create a double illusory of an entire armada to attack the other, and can do harm with the same damage as the real enemy, and will last until it is dead.

The aces moves of the Grand Servants Kaza ‘Korumee, Veto ‘Navumee, and Daze ‘Tefumee are the following. The first is Poisonskin, which will make the Grand Servant impervious to all forms of thaumaturgic and paratech poisons. The second is Aura of Denial, which can cause total breakdown of all hostile thaumaturgic and paratechs completely and utterly in current system range, and is permanent, and the last one is Cloudkill, inducing a smokescreen for the armadas’ afterburners that leave behind a lethal dose of coughing that will last until the smoke clouds dissipates on its own.

To top it all, Grand Servant St Lena ‘Vitellai’s ace move for the seventh is Mass Teleport, which can cause up to 70% of the crew members that are not Shipmaster or Fleetmaster on all three armadas to near-instantly board all enemy armadas within current system range with absolutely no need to march in or use vehicles to do it within just a third of a second, with the Huragok AI being used to hack into enemy armadas’ ship controls to do the betraying. Not only that, but will also cause all of Ganon’s forces all over Hyrule and any surviving ground forces of the Kovunanto, except herself and her Master as well as other Masters and Grand Servants to instantly teleport straight into the enemies’ faces to ambush them, which may require tremendous rendering power, but all that can be done in just one-third of a second. And these aces will be used immediately without hesitation, all at once.

The Novayans and Remulians are going to have the nastiest return of the favor.

Ilia finally was 1 minute, 30 seconds near the Novayan fleet. She decided to try to comunicate with the Novayans just to clarify that they were at their side.

Hello, this is Ilia, General of the 44th Remulian fleet. We are fighting against those Kovunanto, just like you. I think that make us allies, no?

The fleet was preparing to deacelerated in the meantime, trying to not crash into the another fleet.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
RD fleet was still in their way to the Kovunanto. All the crew were bored, so, they decided to begin a conversation.

—So, commander?—asked a Romiunian.
—Tell me, Ryun'li.
—Do we know where are their planets? I mean, to not get near there.

That question inmediatly made the blue pony realizes that she didn't know where to attack, in fact, she didn't know where those supplies lines would be.

—Oh, great, NOW you told me that!!
—If i can sugest something— said a female dinosaur —we could stop here and send some drones to map the situation.
—And what will happen if they destroy those drones?— Asked the female pegasi.
—You know that the drones transmit every piece of information to our ships, right, commander? —asked an Stone Axer.
—You have a point: everybody, prepare to launch some drones, we will stop here, and what is the nearest battlefront?
—As far as we know, we are closer to both Rosen and Ilia fleets.
—Hmmm...interesting. Call Trada ship: tell him that he will lead 25 ships to Rosen position, i will lead the rest to Ilia position.

After sending the drones, the two fleets were travelling to their new locations.

—What will happen if we get there when the Kovunanto attacks, commander?
—Let's say that we will be the reinforcements our allies will need in that time.

Exhausted, some injured, some carrying their dead, the Allaneans withdrew to the freighters - Infantry, marines, the crew of the wrecked warships, alike. Escape pods were collected. Where it was feasible, the Allaneans picked up wreckage of enemy tanks - and in orbit, grabbed ship wreckage with tractor beams.

The freighters rose, as rapidly as they could, to the Karman Line, and, in three flashes of light, the freighters and cruiser were gone.

Hyrule System and Hyrule

On the Lord Admiral's orders, all orbital bombardment is to be halted, though precision airstrikes still needed to happen; fortunately, the precision airstrikes involved using semi-auto cannons on Kovunanto ground forces. As for the reason why selective orbital bombardment is to be halted, Lord Admiral Borealis I got a message from Grand Marshal Borealis III, who decided to inform him that the rules of war must be followed to the letter - any buildings or locations of religious significance is to be out of harm's way UNLESS it is necessary. Fuck, the Lord Admiral's been horrendously cucked of his plans to demolish the enemy ground forces through relentless orbital bombardment. At least it beats boredom from being extremely efficient and thorough in destroying his enemies. The King of Hylia will find the Novayan warships ceasing their bombardments (for now), so that's a good thing.

Many Novayan military personnel, both on-board their ships and on the surface, have begun making their prayers before the upcoming battle, praying to a god they know only as "the Worm". To many, especially the Hylians, that sounded like some sort of whack-job god, what kind of worm did the Novayans made it their god? It is through this that rumors abound that whoever sees a Novayan praying to the Worm will find said Novayan glow in a purple hue, only stopping when they finished their prayers. The rumors were unconfirmed, though.

Meanwhile, the Monarch Fortitude armada received more reinforcements - about 197 warships arrived separately in different groups.

- 28 corvettes
- 21 frigates
- 57 destroyers
- 19 cruisers
- 18 light cruisers
- 17 heavy cruisers
- 10 battlecruisers
- 10 battleships
- 10 carriers
- 4 superbattleships
- 3 supercarriers

At the same time, the Monarch Fortitude began manufacturing a few ships to reinforce its armada. Because the Monarch Fortitude is a juggernaut-type warship, it is capable of producing ships and even spacecraft, though that would require crews to main them.

However, while the Kovunanto's aces had the powers and technologies meant to strip the Novayans of their paratechnologies and thaumaturgy, it doesn't mean completely. If anything, thaumaturgy and paratechnology is far advanced, well beyond anyone who thinks so. How long did they advance their stuffs, nobody outside of the Novayans' home dimension knows. What the Kovunanto won't know is that the paratechnologies have angelics, solid-state drives which contain angelic powers - they are more efficient, stronger, powerful, stable and predictable than demonics.

Battle Commander Hux, who is discussing with the Lord Admiral and other officers on the , had received a transmission from Admiral Ilia, who commanded a Remulian fleet. "This is General Alexander William Hux, Battle Commander of the Monarch Fortitude armada and Deputy Supreme Commander to Lord Admiral Borealis I, Supreme Commander of All Novayan Forces in the Milky Way Galaxy. The 'Kovunanto' you said were also your enemy? Then that makes us allies, but how much do you know of the 'Kovunanto'?"

The Battle Has Been Joined Once Again

And when the Kovunanto arrived with a much bigger armada, the Monarch Fortitude armada went to work, though many were surprised by the massiveness of the Kovunanto armada, and they have a dreadnought or a few of them too! And the results? Ship officers began reporting fluctuations or influxes as well as reports of their paratechs' and thaumaturgy's effectiveness being reduced. Shocking! However, reports have also mentioned their paratechs and thaumaturgy's capacities had been reduced by 5-20%, with some mentioning a rare 30% decrease in capacities.

Regardless, it won't stop the Novayans. Even with their paratechnological and thaumaturgical capabilities reduced by a moderate small amount, that doesn't really mean the Novayans' own advanced technologies were reduced. If anything, that just left the mundane weapons still active and deadly. Oh, and for the thaumaturges, well most of them were Class-C through Class-A, and they are quite numerous. The few but most powerful of the thaumaturges, the Class-S thaumaturges, were basically not affected by whatever stuffs the Kovunanto have and, in fact, unintentionally allowed said Class-S thaumaturges to pinpoint the locations of such devices.

As for the Kovunanto's aces, they'll have to fight against not one, not two, but many Class-S thaumaturges, whose powers were a hundred and a thousand times over strong. Even if they can fight just one Class-A thaumaturge, they'll find themselves getting destroyed by just one Class-A thaumaturge. Sure, they can distract him, but the problem is the Class-A, Class-B and Class-C thaumaturges that will help the Class-A ones. Fighting multiple Class-A thaumaturges is basically something the Kovunanto aces find to be outright suicide due to the former's powers.

Meanwhile, Novayan ground forces assisted in evacuating the Hylians. The Monarch Fortitude armada will be very busy fighting the much larger Kovunanto armada. Already present were a number of Class-A and Class-S thaumaturges employed by the Novayan Navy. Their powers were more than enough to break whatever effects the Kovunanto's devices and powers have. That also means denying instant teleportation into the Novayan warships.

The Kovunanto will really need a huge, stiff drink right now.

????, Milky Way Galaxy

A portal opens up and swarms of ships began exiting, all five fleets. These were military warships, followed by civilian ships. Their hulls dark, but three fleets glow purple lights while the two fleets glow red lights.

"We have arrived, and it is time to join the hunt." One by one, the five fleets warp-jumped towards the Hyrule System, where the Novayans.

The group of Kovunanto aces finally stepped into the capital city of Hylia. Crowds be fleeing, Allied and Kovunanto soldiers standing on different sides. The group of Kovunanto aces strolled down the street just to face a Class-S thaumaturge. They try their powers on the thaumaturgy, but it's not very effective...

And so they did the one thing they do, they attacked the thaumaturge, who's staring down at them in their pathetic attempt at wiping the thaumaturge all the while looking like Senator Neil Armstrong. That thaumaturge must be built different.

Meanwhile, some jackass decided to sing some song, with accompanying music and chorus that came out of nowhere, just to point how futile it is to fight a Class-S thaumaturge.

Standing here,
I realize
You're just like me,
Trying to make/turn history

But who's to judge,

I think we'll both agree

That violence
Breeds violence!
But in the end,
It has to be this way!

Meanwhile, some folks, Kovunanto soldiers and Coalition soldiers watched the whole thing while eating popcorns and drinking softdrinks.

The previous engagements over the planet had dealt a number on the UNSC’s forces. Although the Coalition forces had routed the enemy fleets for the time being, the Humans had lost a good portion of their ships - and one of their supercarriers was left reeling after the blast from a Covenant Supercarrier’s axial cannon. Still, they remained combat-effective, and continued to make efforts to stamp-out remaining resistance alongside their newfound allies. Unfortunately, the 4th Armada was not equipped to support a ground operation - without any significant infantry or ground-equipment on hand, it would be of very little help to the battle raging on the planet’s surface…

During the first battle, the Novayans had sent a transmission to the UNSC flagship Venture - asking them how they knew of their existence. In truth, they did not - they could only discern their name. And the fact they were a friend, as they shared the same foe. Admiral Tyran ordered a response to be sent to the Novayans…

“--We know only of your name. However, it is no surprise that here and now, we share the same foe. We will give our enemy something else to worry about.--”

Suddenly, an officer on the bridge of the Venture would shout to the Admiral worriedly. “Commander! More Covenant ships on sensors! Another fleet just exited FTL, about 300,000 kilometers out..!”

Admiral Tyran: “Move our ships into position to support the Novayan fleet! Put our ships within MAC range and start giving those Covvie dreadnoughts some Human hospitality!”

Pulling back into formation around their own supercapital warships, the Human fleet rocketed into position beside the Novayans and began returning fire. However, at such an extreme range, they would be notably less accurate. Still, the Covenant would likely be unwilling to fight this battle at a distance - the Coalition had Space supremacy, and that would not change unless they properly routed the defenders.

With the Covenant hellbent on wiping out the Novayans, Tyran decides to make a bold move. The frigates and destroyers, alongside the fighters and bombers, made a wide-burn to flank the Covenant forces should they attempt to close the gap with the other Coalition forces…

The Remulian fleet recieved the Novayan message, and they were ready to answer.

Not much, really. I think we know as much as you, but we have some drones investigating them. We will know a little about their locations...if those drones aren't destroyed first.

—Ok, boys. Prepare weapons: let's charge the gravity guns, if any Novayan fleet gets in the way, change weapons, we will only attack after they attack.
—AYE, AYE, MISS.

Ilia and her crew were excited to get there.

Fourth Wave Imminent, Slicing the Hostile Armadas

Postby Kovunanto » Fri Apr 29, 2022 12:55 am

Gerudo Desert

The Gerudo Desert, a vast stretch of land guarded by an all-female species of their name, including their leader, is already chasing down the royal party to no end. Not even hiding in the rocks can save them from the high noon sun. Urbosa should still be in the palace, but it is quite far. Armies of Gerudo identical in their body type, to the hair, and the attire, armed with long spears and short swords, the royal party will have to prove themselves once more like what they did with the Rito peoples.

Neither the Kovunanto’s armies or Ganon’s armies are in sight anywhere in the desert. Despite a few scorched holes from the previous bombardments, it doesn’t deter the royal party’s journey to find Urbosa, the final champion of four. Gerudo are aware they’re coming and are hunting them down, but somehow the Gerudo aren’t hostile to Hylians, just that a false alarm within the palace ordered her Gerudo warrior armies not to let them anywhere closer to her palace. This begins the desert portion of the battle far away from the real battlefield.

To the Kovunanto, they’re totally unaware of what’s going on in the desert zone. To their Yiga allies though, the plan seem sound at first. It seems to be working, temporary.

https://youtu.be/ARwjNL4z6A4 - The Champion Urbosa EPIC Version (Legendary Difficulty)

Hyrule Castle, Plaza (From the perspective of the Masters and Grand Servants, extra scene)

The scene fades in on Hyrule’s capital streets, the Masters and Grand Servants along with numerous Bokoblins and Moblins are staring down at the face of a stronger foe they never even encountered in their whole lives. Being the best strike team going up against even one of the S-class units will be worth far more than anyone can bet their currencies on. The Masters and Grand Servants introduce themselves briefly to the S-Class unit with honorable intentions due to such a presence, even after rudely attempted to greet them with their best moves. Obviously, that didn't do too well.

Master St Luci ‘Demacee: *alien tongue* “Well what we ourselves got here, team! We have a worthy adversary! Formation assemble!”

As the team of four Masters and Grand Servants get into position whilst surrounded by other high-ranked Novayan thaumaturgies, A-class, and S-class, identified by their armor models, they ready their melee weapons infused with their specialties they trained throughout their lives.

Grand Servant St Lena ‘Vitellai: (Translated from Latin) *alien tongue* “Even in the face of death at the sight of one such as you, there’s no way you humans and Hylians alike can defeat us!”
Master St Tsu ‘Tsumiai: (Translated from Japanese) *alien tongue* “We will fight honorably to the last! With my sword arm at the ready with such lethality on my blade, we are to defeat them together! Rout whatever’s left of this city, and find their King! Put an end to his reign!” *She readies her melee weapon*
Master St Ramo ‘Savumee: (Translated from Romanian) *alien tongue* “Despite having been outflanked and outmatched in such a field of combat of a magnitude far beyond simplicity, we are the response to their specialties, and as long as I’m here with you, team, we will not break, nor fail to do harm! We shall encourage these Worm believers to duel with us all fair and square, no matter how many or how powerful they are!”
Grand Servant Daze ‘Tefumee: *alien tongue* “No matter how intimidiating they are, we are honorbound to destroy them!”
Master St Luci ‘Demacee: *alien tongue* “Then let us fight them! To glory or death! For the Great Journey!”

The musical cue from the singer is interrupted by a mid-boss fight theme.

In Hyrule Orbit

https://youtu.be/t1J-EV8z-ho - Two Steps from Hell - Armada

In space, two hostile armadas still standing soon to be joined by the Remulians will make it a three-to-one engagement. Fortunately, the Kovunanto maintains its maximum range and firepower necessary to defeat their foes in the fewest with the aid of the Masters and Grand Servants’ multi-tasking enhancements to their abilities, whether they are at their respective command bridges or on the surface helping Ganon's armies and the Yiga Clan with their logistics, it doesn't matter. Ensuring that the three armadas will receive the aid to Ganon’s armies as well as the Yiga Clan quickly, Phantoms are deployed to go down towards the planet, noticing only the Novayans on the ground this time around, as one of their allies has made the withdraw, and will not be chased down. Destroyers and cruisers will engage and tear through any remaining enemy ships one by one, it doesn’t matter how many ships the UNSC or their allies the aliens can count themselves, but they are more than willing to give them their own taste.

The Kovunanto Navy even at the fourth wave of seventh are still giving themselves a fighting chance and are fearless, so fearless, as part of their religion, they will make their enemy fear the full returning move. The Fleetmasters on the three new armadas like the rest of the Kovunanto Navy won’t care what happens to their lives, as long as they are trying to get the job going as normally planned.

The biggest vessels, the three dreadnoughts, 150 battlecruisers, and their thirty carriers waste no time in unleashing a counter response to stop any advancing hostile human vessel, sending in all their Banshees and Seraphs to engage the fighters in kind. Seraph pilots attempt to destroy the fighters’ shields and outflank them with their speed, and Banshees will use their fuel rod gun mode by thinking ahead to ensure that the fighters’ shields stay down to maximize their damage. The Seraphs are formidable by themselves with their locking-on capabilities as secondary fire and they have very good shields. If they find themselves outflanked, they'll use maneuvers to get behind or zoom past them that are not unlike those used by experienced pilots from past conflicts. However, because now the path between the juggernaut and the three armadas is crowded, the supercannons and carriers' main beams cannot be fired, and will try to reposition for a better angle, however slow these beastly things of such size can move. They'll take whatever sort of damage along the way, and the Huragok units will be dispatched on each of their warships to be ready for any openings, fires, and electronic failures.

It is possible that these Fleetmasters are too faithful that they will coordinate with each other in tandem to rend whole enemy armadas into pieces. They have to be wary of the Remulians getting close, as if they take too long fighting two armadas by the next half-minute or so, then they have to contend with the Remulians, too.

Hyrule System

"Understandable," came the garbled transmitted response of Lord Admiral Borealis I to Admiral Tyran. "Increase damage output! Tear them apart!" Battle Commander Hux barked to the Novayan ship officers, who then relayed the general's orders to the weapons systems officers. The damage output and attack speed of the Novayan warships had increased tenfold, slugs, energy bolts, missiles and torpedoes screaming for the Kovunanto warships. The fact the Novayan warships had on the dorsal (as well as port and starboard) side(s) their weapons batteries which vary in size (only corvettes and frigates use small weapons batteries) really help.

"Pour more firepower into them! Shatter their shields and destroy their armor! Tear them apart!" The Lord Admiral barked from his throne room to the bridge crew via transmission. And when the Kovunanto dreadnought and carriers had to reposition because their supercannon and super-beams' line of fire were blocked by the armadas, that meant the Monarch Fortitude will focus its firepower on the shields that blocked their line of fire on the dreadnought and carriers. Kovunanto fighters will find themselves equally matched by their Novayan counterparts, whose pilots piloted the Skelters. These Skelters are combat spacecraft that comes with variable-swept wings - or rather, variably-geometry wings in order to easily transition and travel in atmospheres and in space. It is said that they were once behind other advanced combat spacecraft due to its lacking any retinal tracking pivots, limited capability to hover and that its cannons were controlled with a "modular articulating ballistic system" which gave it limited traverse, but improvements made to the Skelters made them more tougher, more capable to hover, and more deadly.

It was the varying arsenal that made the Skelters a problem to deal with. Because of its generic yet continuously improved design, the Skelters became the multipurpose combat spacecraft of the Novayan military and the backbone of aerial and aerospace warfare. Various weapons systems for the Skelters were made including: three missile pods which carry large numbers of Omnidirectional Missiles, railgun cannons that can be mounted on the wings or ventral side, bomb pods that dispense bomblets, and so on. Some of the Skelters present have also been seen utilizing paraweapons and thaumic weapons systems. Also because of its design, the Skelters can be equipped with technology, paratech or even a combination of the two, and several were seen using them. Also, like their Kovunanto counterparts, the Skelters also have shielding.

Novayan warships will also contribute to helping the Skelter pilots by unleashing their flak batteries, flak artillery, and anti-aerospace missiles firepower upon the Kovunanto combat spacecraft. The amount of flak being poured will be deadly to anyone, and the shrapnel from the missiles and flak can and will be the end of anyone. Shrapnel and flank can bypass even shields, and those not having protective methods for the combat spacecraft might see the glass get penetrated and then shattered, exposing the people to the harshness of space.

Oh, and some Novayan warships will have the opportunity of firing their weapons at the Kovunanto dreadnought and carriers just to damage them. A few Novayan warships rallied some other Novayan warships to aim for the carriers and dreadnought with some or all of their firepower, and unleash their firepower upon the enemy carriers and dreadnought they did. And while the whole battle is going on, few or some squadrons of Skelters, equipped with stealth techs and stuffs (such as cloaking, sight-based and hearing-based cognitohazards, and anti-radar stealth capabilities), snuck behind the Kovunanto armadas with the clear intent of taking out the dreadnought's and carriers' thrusters. The sight-based cognitohazards applied makes them literally invisible, while the hearing-based cognitohazards applied makes them literally unheardable or unhearable or whatever. And once the Skelter squadrons have their sights on their prizes (the Kovunanto dreadnought's and carriers' thrusters), they would attack. Missiles, bombs, slugs and energy bolts will hit the thrusters, disabling the enemy warships and give the Coalition more time to destroy the Kovunanto armadas.

How or why the weapons of these few or several squadrons of Skelters were able to hit the enemy dreadnought's and carriers' thrusters despite their shields being up, nobody knows. The Lord Admiral and his staff officers, on the other hand, knew of the weapons these selected squadrons used - specialized thaumaturgic weapons only available to the most loyal and most competent of miltiary personnel. No one but the Lord Admiral and his staff officers know of their existence.

Yiga Clan in Gerudo Desert, Ongoing Space Battle

Postby Kovunanto » Sat Apr 30, 2022 10:24 am

Gerudo Desert

After a few hours fighting against Gerudo warriors, the royal party finally manages to reach the palace, but the fake Urbosa decides to halt them in its tracks, saying that she's thwarting their destiny. The real Urbosa snaps her fingers and zaps the fake one with a controlled lightning burst of up to thousands of amps, incapacitated for a half-minute. The real Urbosa immediately recognized Zelda from their past encounters, but the reunion was shortly ruined when a seemingly male voice comes out of its mouth, the disguise has been ruined, revealing himself as Master Kohga. He then summons a dozen of his Yiga and commands them to kill them off, excluding himself. He disappears, and almost immediately, 699,988 more of them are already all over the entire desert readying to overwhelm the Gerudo people and the royal party. Some of the Yiga are Blademasters, the equivalent of captains that can do more hurt with their bigger twin katanas, and are taller than the rest of the shadow ninjas. Nevertheless, even with these numbers, the royal party, and now with Urbosa acting as a team captain, orders her Gerudo warriors to defend their lives with her against the swarming Yiga.

They now have to fight their way out of the palace and straight for the Yiga citadels. Again, no reinforcements from the main battlefield, as of yet. Once they manage to cut down a majority of these reinforcements, a natural monster native to this environment pops out of the sand. A Molduga! The Yiga Clan are far too scared to fight this thing, and are running off before they get crushed and eaten whole.

https://youtu.be/zBabAhL8yS0 - Intense Battle Against the Molduga (Phase 1, 2, and Weakpoint)

Once the Molduga has been taken out of the desert, Master Kohga was taken to safety by Sooga. By late afternoon, Urbosa is ready to pilot the final Great Beast. Now that all four Champions are reunited and their Great Beasts ready for action against the Calamity, there's no better time than returning to Hyrule Castle immediately before they get themselves killed. It seems that even though the four Champions are eligible to ride the Great Beasts, they're not properly ready for use just yet. Tomorrow, Daruk and Mipha will depart along with the legendary warrior and Zelda with some Hylian soldiers, assuming there's no more of either the aliens or Ganon's forces. Peace has been restored to all four major domains: Zora, Goron, Rito, and Gerudo.

Hyrule Orbit

Fleetmaster Fuso 'Vokamee: *alien tongue* "Steady now, Fleetmasters! We just might--"

The engines suddenly got cut off. Sources indicate there might be invisible enemies about. Huragok are already on it to get the engines running again within seconds.

Fleetmaster Khoto 'Rozamee: *alien tongue* "Fleetmaster Fuso! We're all taking damage! Shields still up, though!"
Fleetmaster Fuso 'Vokamee: *alien tongue* "DRIVE THEM BACK! Even as our own bubbles of holy light protect us, it might not last forever!"

The Seraphs have countermeasures, but only for so much mitigation, Banshees rely on their somersaults and fast diving attempts. While Banshees suffer the most, the Seraphs held on. Kovunanto vessels and fighters has just received aid from one of the abilities Master St Tsu 'Tsumiai has on her sleeve, and that's Rapid Fury. Rapid Fury is as it name suggests allows all vessels and fighters increased damage on their plasma batteries by a multiplier of thirty, and fire rate increased to match the Novayans. Given that this is on Legendary, the card is influenced by it. Now that the Kovunanto are truly fearsome with this ability, it cannot be negated. In case it somehow does reduce its effectiveness, Master St Ramo 'Savumee applies Majestic Fire, one that will supplement the damage, is to give all fighters a temporary incendiary buff that will set any unshielded enemy fighter or hostile vessel a raging fire that can spread quicker than an ordinary fire. Master St Luci 'Demacee almost immediately applies Lightning Round, buffing normal attacks from friendly vessels and ships to chain together for more damage and is loopable, which can create a seemingly infinite combo of lightning damage capable of destroying shields at light speed and back, and then it repeats itself until it is destroyed, and nothing can repel it nor turned against. Finally, Master St Jysa 'Sattinai will combine these three Aces together to create a Super Ace, that is way beyond any S-class ability at his disposal, that it is considered a team ultimate. Rapid Lightning Round of Majestic Fiery Fury, this move combines all of the above and makes every single enemy hostile vessel, ship, personnel, and if they have AI within current system range turned against one another instantly, cannot be repelled, and cannot be turned against, and lasts for a full five minutes.

The Grand Servants would like to turn up to beyond eleven as well to aid their Masters should it not work or otherwise backfire on one or all of them immediately. Grand Servant St Kaza 'Korumee will deliver a very nasty poison by injecting hostile personnel's minds using his own psychic powers that will surely make them unfit to be physically active, called Achilles' Weakpoint. Grand Servant St Veto 'Navumee will perform Psychic Anti-Bubble Jammer to jam all hostile ships' shielding techs and its upgrades that will lower them to 0% and make them fully vulnerable for quite a while. Then, Grand Servant St Daze 'Tefumee will cause familiars of all shapes and sizes induced into hostile personnel's minds and have these familiars actually attack their mental state. Finally, Grand Servant St Lena 'Vitellai will call upon her gargoyle self and begin to wreak havoc unstoppably against anything in her path with her flight, and she doesn't require to breathe while in such a form, given her time spent as an ancient vampire for hundreds of years.

To aid her in this, she will use her mighty claws bigger than her alien hands to swipe and do some real hurt to anything but the strongest alloys. Her thaumaturgical powers will be enhanced to the point she will be a mythological creature of absolute terror, can spawn blood stars rapidly out of her hands to home in on the most agile of ships, red missiles from her shoulder cannons to home in with 360-angle turning capabilities on hostile missiles, and red-black shockwave blasts to disable even the best hostile ships' shielding. Her speed is unmatched and can even cloak herself too into a cloud of angry, demonic bats that can bite ferociously quick straight through the hulls like termites eating through wood, as well as sucking in the blood of enemy personnel it makes contact with to sustain herself. She will still get to use her life drain psychic powers as a fallback to drain the blood flow out of enemy personnel's vital organs completely dry.

Even in her gargoyle form though, anything bright that gets into her will hurt her, and she cannot regenerate herself in this state. It doesn't even help that the sun is always present in space, and she will have to fight even more aggressively to sustain herself or she will up and vanish with no remains. No one will know if she will be there in case she turns into a cloud of smoke, and no one will be there to bury her. Her size in gargoyle form mode will be as big as a castle, and she can at will decide to go back to Sangheili form with a 24-hour cooldown.

Fleetmaster Fuso 'Vokamee: *alien tongue* "They won't bear for the inevitable unthinkable we have now."

Hyrule System

"They are increasing their firepower! Strike their thrusters again, but make to destroy them! And shatter their weapons! " Barked Lord Admiral Borealis I. The squadrons sent to damage the dreadnought's and carriers' thrusters then launched a wave of attacks from different directions, targeting both the thrusters and weapons systems to render them unusable or destroyed. "Increase our ships' firepower! Tear them apart!" barked Battle Commander Hux. The Novayan warships soon increased their firepower in an effort to outmatch the enemy warships. However, for the first time, the Novayan armada began faltering under the increased firepower of the Kovunanto. "Sir, we're being beaten back! What are your orders, sir?!" one of Battle Commander Hux's subordinates shouted.

The Battle Commander opened his mouth and barked a new set of orders. While this is happening, Battle Commander Hux begun receiving reports that some of the ship crew members began experiencing physical fatigue and mental dementia. After checking up with a Class-S thaumaturge, who confirmed psychic attacks from the enemy, he relayed the information to all fleet officers. "Understandable, General Hux," said the Merdinan armada commander, "and we have brought ourselves quite a number of thaumaturges who specialize in whatever thaumaturgical sorcery the Kovunanto have. Thaumaturges, if you please."

A number of thaumaturges the Monarch Fortitude armada brought with them bore artifacts and relics that appear to be made in the last century or so, but when they used such things, they negated whatever nightmarish abilities the Kovunanto have, mitigating them by about 50% effectively. A number of thaumaturges, who utilize different ranges of abilities (holy, unholy, thaumic, cosmic, eldritch and whatnot), something the Lord Admiral forgot about, went to find the source of a form they can clearly identify to be a transformed form, and it is quite evil. Fortunately, thaumaturges specializing in Light-based and angelic-based abilities may no doubt find the form and make whatever it was to suffer.

Finally, a worthy opponent! The battle between Lena and the holy-based thaumaturges will be legendary!

Hyrule

Two squadrons from the Monarch Fortitude armada and Merdinan armada entered the Hyrulian atmosphere with the express goal of finding the royal party. Intel from Novayan combat ground forces, who acquired them from their cooperation with the Hylians, have led the two squadrons to Gerudo, where the royal party's at. Like the select squadrons sent to damage and later destroy the dreadnought's and carriers' thrusters and weapons, the two squadrons were equipped with stealth techs and stuffs that included cloaking, stealth tech, and sight-based and hearing-based cognitohazards, rendering the two squadrons invisible to the enemies; not even the squadrons' shadows can be seen by the enemy. Only those fighting against the Kovunanto can see and hear them.

And it didn't take long before the two squadrons finally came upon the royal party. The Novayan squadron leader then broadcasts to the royal party via radio, "Greetings, allies, and I see you are still fighting the Kovunanto, so we will aid you to head back to Hylia. However, the situation has changed; the battle in space is evermore turbulent, and the enemy aliens, which you may or may not address as the Kovunanto, is willing destroy everything. However, we do not know why they are doing this, and until then we will have to find out."

The Novayan squadron leader then says to the royal party, "However, what we do know is that both armadas have big warships that may render a region or the whole planet to slag, but now both armadas, including two other allied fleets. The Lord Admiral is also conducting an evacuation of any Hylians willing to get the hell out of dodge and head to an evacuation zone. We cannot promise that we will protect your world, but what we can promise to you is how the Lord Admiral is willing to force a stalemate and utilize overwhelming firepower and, if possible, evacuate everyone of you and your relics to a star system far removed from conflict." The two squadrons then followed the royal party, and the Novayan squadron leader said, "We await your response."

Meanwhile, back in Hylia, Novayan ground forces had begun evacuating a number of Hylians who may decide or wanted to evacuate. Novayan soldiers also have to make sure that any Hylians who got lost in the wilderness were to be found and delivered to the awaiting evacuation crafts that were waiting to pick them up and then head out.

Earth, Sol System-ANIME

As a result of a war far, far away from the Sol System (and the Sol Sector), the United Nations had begun drawing up plans for a defensive war in collaboration with the Novayans, Saiyanese, Nova Romans and later Logresians and Seleucians. The plans consist of the following:
- A series of multilateral coordinated military exercises between UN forces and Novayan, Saiyanese, Nova Roman, Logresian and Seleucian forces
- Fortification of various population centers to prepare the peoples of the Sol System to prepare for an outright but purely defensive war
- Para/technology-sharing groups and projects commenced to give the peoples of the Sol System a fighting chance
- Construction of underground bunkers, train tunnels and mountain bunkers, in addition to underground railways to help transport supplies, manpower and equipment as well as shelter people who do not wish to fight
- Assistance from the Powers-That-Be to help ease the people's fears, worries, concerns and anxieties as well as utilizing the help from the Powers-That-Be for a short amount of time
- Use of every biomes and environments as training grounds for military units to train in order to know the environment and give them a greater fighting chance of resisting the Kovunanto
- A few large-scale, several medium-scale, or numerous small-scale construction projects will commence in the Sol System and the Sol Sector, with plans for deep-space extreme long-range detection sites to be built throughout the Sol System's neighboring star systems
- Modernize and equip the Terranian militaries with modern military equipment, and retrofit their nomadic cities with powerful shield generators
- Establish the Originium Control Network to control the growth of Originium throughout Terra
- Improve the military capabilities of the still-recovering world of Aeras by providing upgrades to the medieval Aerasian nations, tribes and settlements

Relic Race is On, Yiga Clan Ambush, and Lena's Determination

Postby Kovunanto » Sun May 01, 2022 6:51 am

Hyrule

The royal party's advisor Impa will relay all the information from the Novayans to the king in a hurry, so that the last stretch of evacuations can go ahead as well as unlocking all the deadlocked relics that the Kovunanto hadn't touched yet, but with so few Hylians left now (no more than 5 million already due to mass slaughter), and only so few villages left standing, it's only a matter of time before the Kovunanto will eventually cave in and authorize the glassing on the seventh wave. Technically still on the fourth wave, this will give the citizens of Hyrule the last chance to agree to leave.

At the same time, this means the Yiga Clan and Kovunanto's forces interpret this as a second go-ahead for the relic hunt. The fourth wave is already on the ground, along with the Yiga Clan readying to ambush the royal party, by announcing their declaration of war only against Hyrule. They won't go any further than that, as that's their purpose. Tens of thousands of Yiga ninjas and Blademasters have been teleported instantly to the royal party's current location. The rest of the scene then plays out as normal.

Kovunanto's Fleetmasters gives the fourth wave squads consisting of approximately 30% of the total surviving crew out of almost 21 million strong on the ground to go after the relics before they get taken away. Extraction vessels are permitted for limited-scale beam use. They need to get into low orbit and calibrate their extraction beams. But with so few extraction ships, the process will be painfully slow, because there's so many underground shrines all over the planet, and they might accidentally by chance hit a holy structure that they don't want to hit. The rest of the crew are still in their armadas and fighter craft engaging as usual from above.

Hyrule Orbit

The Huragok has just done the engines only for the weapons' systems being offline. They're already on it to get it back on within seconds, too. Now that the weapons' systems on every vessel are back on, but with only 50% of its enhanced power, that leaves the three armadas to dish out 15x the firepower, and only 5x faster fire rate. Still, the Masters and Grand Servants who isn't Lena will keep trying to re-buff their armadas and fighter craft efficiency, confident that the battle is somewhat in their favor, but space superiority is still technically a 3-1 with the Remulians and the UNSC still being present. Now the battle is in its fourth day, and the moon phase is just a little behind the sun, everyone on the Kovunanto armada's command bridges momentarily stop what they're doing and look out into the distance. The sun is about to have an eclipse. Lena senses it too, and now the sun is about to be blocked by its own satellite, her own effectiveness has increased tenfold for the duration, which will only last about an hour and a half. She temporarily regains the ability to regenerate her shields and not fearing being burnt by the natural source of light. The Kovunanto didn't do anything to the star, it's a natural phenomenon.

Then, Fleetmaster Fuso 'Vokamee snaps out of his mesmerization of the eclipse and gives encouragement to Lena. *alien tongue* "We're all counting on you, Lena! Don't let us down. Take yourself to the enemy!"

https://youtu.be/z28lwyQjuTY - Two Steps from Hell - Black Blade (Lena the Eternal Nightbringer's Theme)

The Grand Servant does not look back, and doesn't say a single thing other than giving out a huge fear-inducing roar to announce herself. Her gargoyle form name is Lena the Eternal Nightbringer, identified on-screen. After her roar scene is finished, her own health in purple hearts and shield bars as purple are activated on her visor behind her gargoyle self so that she can see. She doesn't hesitate to take care of the annoyances the Kovunanto's many Seraphs and few Banshees have now. She uses her vampiric vision to detect even the shadowless, invisible forms through the spectrum of bright reds to dark purples. Even if she can't get to them, she will track them, and issues commands with guttural sounds to the fighters now that they're able to track and kill even the stealthiest craft, but only while she has this vision mode activated. Next, she launches her 360-degree red missiles as supplementary aid to ensure that the Seraphs know where to hunt down these sneaky craft with their buffed laser projectiles. She does this by turning on small buttons on her shoulder cannons that can launch all at once with heat-sensing motion tracking. Not forgetting that all her abilities are treated the same way as the fighters, so the abilities from other Grand Servants and Masters, including her own Master are also applied to her, as well as the penalties induced prior to her transformation.

Not for long though, as her Master will now grant her increased resistance from holy attacks using Thaumaturgic Stimulation, enhancing her resistance to no higher than 50% against all forms of thaumaturgic attacks. Master St Tsu 'Tsumiai grants her increased physical hardening by 50% against anti-air defenses and fighter craft in general with Hardened Stone. Master St Ramo 'Savumee will enhance her elemental resistance with Aetherial Bane, which blocks 50% of it, and lastly Master St Jysa 'Sattinai will allow her to summon the Sword of Destruction, the relic she obtained from Remnant as temporary melee assistance that will definitely swipe away a whole vessel or ship in two, all of which lasting about five minutes. Since the last one doesn't belong to her as that's a relic, she will only use it as a last resort, and only while in her gargoyle form, and only if the Novayans push her enough into this state, or if her shields are fully down.

Too bad she can't speak her Latin while in this form, so she resorts to using sounds a gargoyle actually sounds like as a means to communicate with her teammates. She may be as tough as a dreadnought, but the shields are only a bit tougher than a regular Sangheili, so she must act aggressive, but very careful not to get hit, as every single little blister on that stone form can hurt just as much as her ancient vampire form does, even more so from any bright sources on contact. Yet, she's ready, poised, and with the Sword of Destruction at her call as a last resort only measure, she will start with her aforementioned powers, then will escalate to blood stars and shockwaves, and if all else fails, she will summon the sword relic and deliver some vessel-killing mayhem.

Grand Servant Veto 'Navumee then uses a reversal card, Aura of Reversal. This negates all the penalties the Kovunanto has just suffered, removing it entirely, and regains the 30x damage and 10x fire rate. It also means that whatever previous cards that has been negated before are now brought back, keeping the leftover duration that was there back in effect for all the surviving vessels and fighter craft. This applies to Lena also in her gargoyle form, and what used to be just 50% the Masters and Grand Servants thrown in to aid her are now 100%! Shields on all friendly vessels are recharging again and are now over-shielded with the Huragok's passive overshielding aura, but exact percentages are unknown, with their normal shield color now a bright greenish-blue bubble. The only way to get rid of the overshields is to board the vessels and kill all the Huragok responsible for it, which they themselves also being overshielded. All the personnel, Masters and Grand Servants who isn't Lena are also overshielded in case of being boarded. With this annoyance out of the way for now, the Kovunanto's biggest vessels are really helping Lena tearing apart the numerous Novayan fleets being thrown at them, yet are still trying to reposition after restarting the thrusters to a better angle, which is almost complete. It won't be long before Lena will inevitably resort to the ship-killing weapon summoning.

As for losses, the Kovunanto only lost just a few vessels, mainly destroyers and cruisers, other than the here and there hull damage on the flagships just barely even 10% sustained, which is minor. Not bad for the strongest wave ever assembled yet, but still technically the fourth wave of seventh. The three armadas are down to about 770.
