A message from the Aursian Government,

There are lot of brutal conflicts going around the world. The reason? Lack of Democracy. Lack of Freedom, Lack of Liberty. Thats the reason for these wars. The GADN is made for this reason. GADN's main goal is to achieve Democracy around the world. Thats why, The Aursian Government, led by President Aursia has made this alliance. This alliance will promote Democracy & Freedom all around the world.

There will be two threads in this Alliance:

1. The Legislative Parliament
2. The Defence Parliament

In the Legislative Parliament, nations would work on Economic, Domestic, International, and everything other then the Military. They will control every branch of GADN other then the Military.

Thats why, there's a Military Parliament. The Military Parliament will work on the Military. They'll set up budgets. They will pass bills to the LP (Legislative Parliament) to Work on Diplomacy with other nations to achieve military trade agreements/pacts. They'll take most decisions about the Military. But if there's a emergency Situation like a foreign country invaded one member nation or GADN has to take Military Action, then that'll be voten on by the Representatives of the LP.

Since the DI army wasn't accepted in the Aursian military, President Bukhanov decided to recruit them as the Somuriasian-Aursian Democratic Army (in total, the DI army that had been trained by Somuriasian army is 30,000 soldiers)

Isnt one of the treaty parts is that the monarch isnt allowed to run?

Aursi shall be a multiparty democracy with restrictions (bans on advertising in certain regions, 55% tax, 50% less money given for advertising) on rightist parties and bans on far-right and extremist parties. 6. Aursi's first election will be held after half of the year, voted by every Aursian's hand. After this election, the president will be elected. The next election will be held in 4 years. If rightist parties win the elections, oversea alliances should have the power to verify if there is fraud in it.

7. All countries heavily involved in the conflict shall pay 250 Million NSD to the new government for reparations, with those only lightly involved paying 75 Million NSD.

8. The new tax system will be taxing the rich people much more than the poorer.

9. All foreign military bases in Aursi shall be handed over to the new government.

10. A referendum will be held on which alliances to join. Aursi can join GCN as long as they don't try to restore the Monarchy.

11. As Aursia confirmed and agreed, the Socialist Federal Republic of the Aquaria will be taking over Aursi in the reconstruction period of 5 years. The Aquaria will help the projects of city reconstructions, highway improvement, railway construction, airport rebuild, and factory constructions, while socialism is adopted in the period. After the 5-year period, all Aqua Troops and officials should leave and declare the official independence of Aursi, while workers may stay if any of the projects are not finished. The Aursians should have their choice whether to continue the socialist policies or not, and Aursi shall never join the Socialist Federal Republic of the Aquaria, even if the Aursian wants to do so. The Aquaria should have its responsibility to declare Aursi's independence on time. It should be expected to face invasion by the signed countries if they try to annex Aursi.

I thought the treaty that we've agreed of, allowed Aursia to run for an election. However, my PSMVD spy will always tell me about what happened there and if Aursia declared herself as a dictator, the Somuriasian marines will once again landed in Aursi

Also, Somuriasian president has no term limits, because we know that if the leader was good, we don't need to change it (except for the cabinets, they must be changed every 5 years, when presidential election happen). But if they become a bad leader, we can still elect newer leader. The president will be watched by Governor General Li Huang Zhang of the Turkestan Armed Republic. If the president of Somurias declared himself as a dictator, General Zhang has the ability to call all the PSMVD (including presidential PSMVD) to arrest him. However the general of Somurias still have access to the state news, and they will know what is happening. If the report brought by General Zhang was false, all generals of the SNA is allowed to invade the Turkestan Armed Republic. Pretty confusing, isn't it?
