"The NRI understands the concern of the Commonwealth of Hintuwan. Perhaps that aspect of the Rapid Response Force overstepped the bounds somewhat. Perhaps an amendment to this resolution may be in order. We change the wording of parts 1b to 1d to:
"1b. Subjects all KTO member states to provide at least one of the following unit types 1 brigade-sized unit of ground personnel to the Rapid Response Force, 1 fighter air wing, or 1 naval vessel to the Rapid Response Force.
1c. null
1d. null"
"That way each nation will only need to provide one of the unit types listed, causing less of a burden on nations' militaries that do not have the capacity to support all these requirements.
"Additionally, the Caesar has ordered the Minister of the Navy and Naval Chief of Staff to look into providing one of the Republic Navy's Foreign Interest Defense Command's Battlegroups to the Rapid Response Force to alleviate the need for other nations to provide warships. These ships are already on open sea patrol, and would be redirected to use with the KTO. The only thing that would need to be provided are amphibious warfare vessels since the New Roman Imperium does not have any in its inventory.

Rep. Maximoff I'd rather we seek out our own standards, overhauling the entirety of the Gonswanzan military to fit a standard and extending it to aircraft and other vehicles will effectively knock Gonswanza out of its wars for an extended period of time, forcing Gonswanza to resort to first strike doctrine via nuclear weapons, along with deploying said nuclear deterrent to scare off any would-be attackers seeking to take advantage of the downtime.
