The bodyguard of Damien Milner was also diagnosed with Bipolar. He was supposed to be on meds, but due to work stress, he couldn't take them regularly. He would start laughing like a madman. He didn't mention Bipolar while Damien recruited him, or maybe Damien knew, but who knows? He would bring out his gun, shoot Helmin and then shoot himself in the chest. He said before falling, "Oh my, my Ancestors would've loved this scene, Helmin is dead."

Like an average senile Janpian old man, Helmin quickly brought up his SAR-5 rifle and in just a span of 3 seconds, he loads the 5.45 mag, charge the ammo to the chamber, check his gun safety, and properly aimed down like a gentleman. With his lips, he said

And with that, he only fired a single shot to pacify the shooter, before he can pull the trigger

The other bodyguard that was with him would order the other 2 to shoot at Helmin. The other one tries to be slick and tries to go through the behind to hit Helmin in the neck.

Representative Lopez, annoyed by the shooting gallery, decides to take her leave while also stealing the name plate at her podium to discard of it, but also taking the pistol with, perhaps to take it back to Gonswanza for reverse engineering. Given the faulty gun however, she makes sure to leave quickly, out a goddamned window by breaking the podium, then taking a chunk of it to clear out the window prior to jumping out into cover.
