Rep. Maximoff: I could propose that Laura Ortiz send for Peacekeepers to maintain order, though given recent developments in Hawaii, perhaps it would be best to send them with actual Gonswanzan military units to keep them in check... Though aid can also be delivered over time, in the form of rations and medical aid. In return however, it would be nice to have some land purchased for Gonswanzan industrial development, be it mines, factories, or refineries. Something to help stimulate the economy.

He turned his attention to the boardroom. "Concerning the conflict with Aursia, the Confederate Navy is monitoring the situation. Since I have yet to see a formal declaration of war, I do not suggest we activate Resolution Number 5 which is the KTO Humanitarian Assistance Act. Furthermore, I am to report that the Confederacy has been working behind the scenes to diplomatically negotiate issues with member-states. Currently our President, for example, is meeting with Janpia and Yitanka. That is all I have to report at this time."

Rep. Maximoff: Gonswanza is willing to take in refugees and displaced persons, so long as they are capable and willing to work. That is standard policy for refugees and migrants, after all. I'm not the one who made the rules, but the one who did is currently deceased. Sadly.

Without the mediocre and utterly futile restraints from Muqaddasia, it allows us to use it as a springboard for operations within the arctic circle, or any local areas in the northern hemisphere like in Russia or Sweden. Rather neat, truly, though Laura Ortiz and Parliament are demanding assistance in building up the island and delivering your own supplies to kick things off, as Gonswanza intends to install anti-air systems and coastal defenses to ward off a counter-invasion.

Rep Ivan: "I try to see if I can convince a few officials back home to allocate some artic troops to the island along with some resources they might say yes to resources but as for the troops it gonna take some time they don't want to leave the artic undermanned due to "defense reasons" although the chances of anyone attacking our positions there is unlikely they just don't want to risk it but I see where my connections can get me"
