I just really, REALLY want to RP some field surgical ops- I’ve read all about this stuff back in the day because I was always dreaming of being a medic and because for whatever the hell reason I loved playing as one in Arma (some servers go out of their way to have medics be VERY realistic)

I’ll give you a watered down version also I do most of my shenanigans on the KTO server

Istenfia (KUN) got their arm ripped off and got beaten with it so internal bleeding and possible broken bone or two might be present and also loss of vision in one eye

Nadia (Gons) got their hand pulverized think of a banana and mash it without peeling its basically like that and they also cut it off

OP, can I give Anna-Lena some equipment not listed in the Wikipedia page I’ve linked but equipment which no other less is commonly used by battlefield and SOG medics? Namely- blood transfusion equipment (she even has refrigerators where to carry blood and plasma for this operation) and some basic surgical instruments.

Just a side note- the severed arm alongside the pieces of Nadia’s hand that were deemed to be “saveable” have also been sampled and put into cryogenic storage unit because maybe PMT medicine will allow to regrow new limbs and shit- better save as much as we can of the patient. She has also applied occlusive dressing to her chest because pneumothorax

You don’t want to know what badly made stumps can devolve into- gangrene, further sepsis or additional infections… I’ve seen and smelled this shit IRL and you can trust me from my personal experience that this is no joking matter
