Roman Government Condemns GCN Bill at Vote

New Rome, Roma Province, New Roman Imperium – In a press conference today, Caesar Gallus Paesentius Belletor, along with Foreign Minister Calpurnia Ticinia, Internal Minister Numerius Cornelius Orissus, and Education Minister Gaius Trebatius Scato condemned legislation currently being debated and voted on in the Global Confederation of Nation’s Legislative Assembly. “The New Roman Imperium does not condone to breaking of national sovereignty that this bill shall do if passed” stated Caesar Belletor. This condemnation has not come as a surprise to most given the NRI’s stance on national sovereignty.

The group also revealed, publicly, its reason for resigning its observership with the GCN in favor of membership with the Kalisight Treaty Organization. According to Foreign Minister Ticinia, “GCN regularly oversteps its bounds as an international organization and forces its policies on sovereign states. The KTO is merely a defensive organization of democratic nations, much like the International Freedom Coalition, and more closely matches the ideals of this great nation.”

The group also stated they are not against the contents of the bill itself. The NRI’s own educational policies match very closely with many of the points. The press conference ended with them reiterating the reason for the condemnation is the overstepping of national sovereignty rather than the contents of the bill. As Education Minister Scato “Nations have a responsibility to ensure their youth are properly educated. But what works for one nation’s culture may not work for another. A massive global body cannot dictate how every nation in the world must educate their children.”

some Alevilvians are permitted to land at a government friendly province and are escorted to the town used as a capital, along the road they see mangled bodies and destroyed equipment and vehicles.

When they enter the capital they see under-equipped, low-morale soldiers. The soldiers escorting the Alevilvians ask who the leader of the Alevilvians are, and to follow him to see the general in charge of the province. The others are shown a large field and told they could set up camp there. The aircraft are transported to a battered air strip, with large holes in the runway.

The Other Alevilvians who got to the capital meet fierce resistance from militiamen, they use captured military weapons, and use a large system of wooden bridges from building to building to get away from any attack. The protesters unite under one leader, Heroga steiner, a former member of a radical anarchy group, he tries to organize the protesters, but some continue to loot and fight on their own.

The battles rage on. Los Angeles falls quickly, with a surprise delivery of volunteers from Mexico, joining the Gonswanzans. A mild surprise, but a welcome one, for sure.

Yet, on the outskirts, the national guard tries to hold back the waves of tanks and bodies from the Gonswanzans seeking to move out into the suburbs, tearing away at the ideal "American Dream" even with desperate and staggered militias and gangsters trying to strike at convoys. Gun trucks are seen on the streets, tearing down the impoverished, the hungry, the angry, and the wounded without care. Los Angeles is on fire, as her streets run red.

In San Francisco, Monsoon class ships shell the inner city, as infantry push deeper, using helicopters and APCs to roll up into ambushes, houses are leveled with thermobaric munitions. Incendiaries are used heavily, with fleeing civilians brutalized by the invading forces. It's a scene out of hell, though more Gonswanzans are pouring in, keen on taking the valley area even if it means practically flattening everything in their path to do so. And yet, in spite of the resistance, they march on.

Not long after Krieg had ceased sending anyone to Nuxipal, the human rights violations in the territories of Krieg worsened. In one night, in the city of Beijing, after rebels set off a bomb near a convoy of Leman Russ tanks, guardsmen opened fire on a crowd of Chinese civilians in retaliation. Witnesses of the event that weren't colonists were dragged off in the night by men with gas masks resembling skulls. A similar occurrence happened in Tibet, with a bomb going off just next to an Imperial APC, except this time, Krieg tanks opened fire into crowds, flamethrowers assisting them.

Breaking: Roman Government Tenders Resignation to the Kalisight Treaty Orgnaization

New Rome, Roma Province, New Roman Imperium – In a press conference today, Caesar Gallus Paesentius Belletor, along with Foreign Minister Calpurnia Ticinia announced that the NRI had just tendered its resignation to the Kalisight Treaty Organizaion. "by the Cabinet's and my direction, minutes ago, our representative to the KTO, Caecilia Tasia, tendered the resignation in the alliance's Boardroom. This is in protest to several instances of non-democratic nations being allowed into the organization. The organization was built as a mutual defense alliance of democratic nations. The recent acceptance of several non democratic nations has made this government question how firm that conviction is" stated Caesar Belletor.

The two went on to state that they would look into creating a new defensive alliance for democratic nations "This is an area that has a gap in the current situation of geopolitics. We will be contacting democratic allies to see what feelings they have toward this" added Foreign Minister Ticinia.

Muqaddasi protests have continued raging, with Aquarian support in Muqaddasia falling to 2% and Marajarbian support more or less staying the same at 82%. Both the Sovereign and the President pressed that Muqaddasia were leaders of the GCN and ULIBOR, and condemned the constant ignoring of this fact.
The conflict between the CRM and Muqaddasia has continued, with 800 being killed in action on the communist side and 200 on the Muqaddasi side. 50 terrorists have been executed and 500 have been imprisoned. The communists have fled from Kuwait and tried to set up bases in the Arabian desert. Several movements copying the CRM in the Caspian coast and in Palestine have been brutally crushed. Anti-communist protests sprung up in all the region capitals, attracting 120,000 people in total.

Krieg had another meeting of some of its officers, including Colonel Freidrich Jurten himself. No journalists were allowed anywhere near, soon mobilizing forces in North Africa, mostly on the border with Egypt. The goal this time wasn't the entirety of Egypt, but simply its proximity to the Suez. The attack however, had not commenced yet, with Krieg preparing. It began riling up its soldiers yet again. At the same time, Krieg troops were keeping surveillance of Southern Europe, their plan not exactly clear yet.

As the Alevivans arrive, Ukcrossian communists attack and successfully hold several forts along the coast of Chekvon bay. The Communists receive a large amount of support, and many join their ranks. The military, receiving information about the communists gaining influence near the capitol, quickly send a small force to attack one of the main forts by the bay. The communists repel the force and use the captured equipment to attack chekvon, they gain a small amount of ground, before being pushed out by the organized militias, seeing them armed with military equipment they mistake the Communists for military supporters.

The Soldiers at Handensburg quickly start to construct defenses around it, hearing about a possible warlord strike force nearby. They send out 2 recon squads to investigate. Instead of a strike force, the soldiers find squads of dead Ukcrossian guards in the forest, and lingering pockets of poison gas. Some soldiers flee, while others drop hacking and coughing till death. When the soldiers return with news of the gas, the men and civilians panic, handing out gas masks and getting ready for a gas attack. After waiting for 2 days, they send another recon squad, better prepared this time. They investigate around the bodies and find gas-grenades. They take back multiple of them to research. They also find a vent. The soldiers are confused on whether the grenades or the vent released the gas, and report back all the information back to the general in charge of handensburg, General Frank Victor.

The militias in Chekvon after pushing back the communists start to try and establish some sort of order inside of the capitol. They form a rag-tag police force and start repairs on a nearby prison.

Jack and 113 scoped out the building which intel said contained a server farm, and the NOC list they needed to recover.

113 began outlining his plan: "Alright here's the plan; you take out those two mooks guarding the entrance, while I cut the power. We have roughly 90 seconds before they realize the facility is compromised. In that time, we get in, and find a computer access terminal, where I plug in this program that will search all nearby computers for the file we're after. You stand guard, while I get the file. We the trigger an alarm, and escape in the ensuing chaos." Then he noticed Jack wasn't next to him. "Denver? Denver?" he whisper-shouted.

Jack Denver's plan was different. He walked up to the fence, and climbed over. He snuck up on a nearby guard and knocked him out, taking his gun. Then the swaggered over to the door of the server building in a rain of gunfire. "This door?" He asked 113, now making his way to Jack. Before 113 could replay, Jack shot the lock, kicked the door open, and tossed a smoke grenade in. Then he signaled 113 over.

113 was still involved in the back-and-forth of shooting with the guards, who had called in reinforcements on a military truck. He finally made his way into the building, and went straight for the computer. After a few seconds, he shouted: "Denver, I've got the list!" Jack was still looking around, when he heard 113. But before Jack could head over to him, the reinforcements burst in. "I got this!" yelled Jack, opening fire on the reinforcements, who reciprocated. Then a voice was heard outside.

"Nein! Cease! Halt, you idiots! Zat is ze server farm! You will shoot ze computers!" shouted the voice.

The reinforcements moved aside as an old man in a graffiti-ridden lab coat walked in.

"Renaud!" said 113 defiantly.

Jack burst out in laughter. "This is Renaud?! A-hahaha!" Jack continued laughing. "Dude looks like Doc Brown on drugs! There's no way this crazy old man is some villain, much less the feared Renaud!" Jack said sarcastically in a break from his laughing, pronouncing Renaud's name in his cheesiest French accent impression. "Listen, dude we're just picking up this list thing, you know how people are always loosing stuff, right?" said Jack, while discreetly getting a thing out behind his back.

"Who is zis idiot?" asked Renaud.

"My trainee." said 113 begrudgingly.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa! I'm not your trainee Agent Smith." retorted Jack.

"No, you're the new one, that makes you the trainee." replied 113.

"Darn right I'm new, you're so dang old you gotta put WD-40 on your friggin joints every morning!" quipped Jack.

"Oh, shut up!" said 113.

"No, you shut up!" responded Jack.

"No, I'm the one that told you to shut up first, you YOU shut up!" countered 113.

"Both of you shut UP!" shouted Renaud.

"Good point, I'll just skip to the part where you guys blow up, and we make a speedy escape." said Jack, tossing a grenade at Renaud and his goons, while shooting his grappling hook at the roof. He then cut a circular hole in the roof, and climbed out with 113 in tow. The grenade that Jack had thrown turned out to be a smoke grenade, which only stunned the bad guys for a bit.

On the roof, Jack leaped off the roof, using his grappling hook wire to glide across the complex, and over the fence, in a stunt that looked straight out of Just Cause. 113 followed suit, making their way to the car. Jack got in the left door, only to remember that it was Europe, and the driver's seat was on the right, meaning that 133 would drive.

"You got the list right?" Jack asked 113 as they sped away.

113 showed him the USB drive.

"Sweet." said Jack.

"Now we just turn in the list, Renaud gets arrested, and we all get promotions." said 113.

As it would turn out, things would not go according to that plan. Not at all.

[World of Krieg]

Krieg troops were almost finished preparing on the border of Egypt, unaware of the pure hell they would experience. Marauder Bombers and Thunderbolt Heavy Fighters were ready to go, with tanks including the Leman Russ and Baneblade on the border, concentrated on different points. Artillery was in the rear, awaiting the orders to fire. The main concentration was near Sallum. A unit of Guardsmen in gas masks that looked like skulls arrived on the southern half of the border, awaiting orders.

[Gonswanza]

With growing worries overseas, Gonswanzan industries are working overtime to produce munitions and supplies to try to fuel the various wars. Export orders for mines and other things are flying off the shelf, as the country sinks its teeth into the game of global conflict and domination.

In the skies over Egypt, Gonswanzan aircraft fly overhead, relying on air defense modules to fend off attacks along with limited electronic warfare, dropping in mines, weapons, mortars, and ordinance along with pamphlets of propaganda to encourage resistance.

In Sri Lanka, dissent is cut down and resistance removed by force, as posters discouraging resistance are soon plastered over every wall, statue and fence. Billboards show a scene of a horrid beast bearing the markings of resistance, with a peacemaker fighting off the beast in defense of the common, helpless citizen. It would only delay the inevitable at this point.

In Hawaii, anti-American propaganda explodes onto the scene, though breakouts from camps have now occurred, a future conflict on the horizon for the small island chain. Alas, the resistance is still horribly outnumbered and out-gunned.

On the West Coast, landings continue with slow progress made. While the first target zone, the Central Valley, was falling rather easily, other regions further north continue to resist Gonswanzan advances, forcing the deployment of the Special Warefare Division who resort to a variety of agents against the population. Radios are alight with panicked reports of chemical weapons, as the bodies continue to drop, corpses piled high into mass graves which are later set alight on the outskirts of cities, cloaking urban areas in a dense, heavy haze of soot.

Operation Fire Eagle is still ongoing, even with other wars occupying Gonswanza's time and resources.

Upon Egypt beginning to be supplied, Krieg commenced the attack, the main force steamrolling through Sallum, now splitting into two. One of the 2 forces went to go through most of Egypt, however was being slowed down immensely, especially from the Khamsin. The other force was going along the coast to take any area it could. The men in the Skull gas masks were performing Stealth Operations to sabotage Anti-Air defenses, with Marauder bombers moving in and bombing these areas, Thunderbolts escorting them. The Leman Russ tanks were having to be repaired near constantly from the Khamsin damaging the fuel intake. Going by the current progress, it was likely this was going to be a very long and deadly war. The main force was getting constantly ambushed, with a small task force nearly at Siwah.

They also expressed their anger of their recent classification of the CRM as terrorists. The People's Marshal, Yorischa, has stated that killing people that goes against their government has long been a tradition of the GCN. Furthermore, the Party estimated that over 100,000 to 400,000 has been killed by the Muqqadasian Government. The Chairman of the Ministry of International Communications, Helmin Akinov, has called out to the politically persecuted people of Muqqadasia, to seek asylum to the Janpian Government where they are free to voice out the ongoing political turmoil at Muqqadasia. The Revolutionary Council is now considering to launch a naval blockade, disallowing trade on the region.

People's Marshal, Yorischa Juneschen showcases plans for Project: Horizon IV

Project Horizon is a well known term for Janpian naval development. Its original purpose is to modernize the aging Revolutionary Fleet, replacing old systems, and updating the combat management systems. The fruits of Project: Horizons can be seen in the Janpian naval development and warships, such as the Janosche-Class Aircraft Carrier, and the Katyacha-Class Guided Missile Destroyer. Not to mention, the upgrades of the Revolutsiya CMS, allowing Janpian warships to have a much more robust interception rates, coordination, and detection rates. So far, there are 3 successful Horizon Projects, making Janpia one of the strongest naval powers.

In a meeting at the Party Central, the People's Marshal stated that she will launch Project: Horizon IV, that will increase Janpian surface fleets to guard the vast oceans within its borders. She further stated that the Naval doctrines were changed from underwater supremacy, to ocean supremacy during Karmiya's term. Meaning, she plans to further replace submarines as the captaincy of the seas, providing more support to the surface fleets. She unveils a plan that includes new OPV (Offshore Patrol Vessel) class, a new sub-branch of the JURN called the Revolutionary Maritime Guards, and additional logistics support ships for the Revolutionary Navy.

As communist movements continues on being suppressed at Muqqadasia, some armed Janpian agents dubbed "water trolls" reached through the shores at night. They arrived with the use of midget submarines, that was sent from a small formation of Magochyo-Class attack submarines. They've contacted the CRM movement, for a possible uprising and liberation from the Muqqadasi Government. Heavy funding began flowing from unknown sources, towards the CRM accounts, allowing them to source their weapons of choice. The agents plans on bombing specific government buildings, stations, and assassinating people who were noted to have killed some CRM members. They wear gloves during operations, and were trained to move quickly and blend along with the crowd.

Naval Blockade
As part of PM Yorischa's initiatives, they set out Janpian Sea Fleet - Naval Detachment 12, 22, and 50 towards the Arabian Sea and Mediterranean Sea. These ships are part of the naval blockade settled up by the Revolutionary Council in response to the recent killing of CRM members at Muqqadasia. These ships includes the Katyacha-Class Destroyers, Union-Class Destroyers, a few Voloklava-Class Frigates, and the Magochyo-Class attack submarines that were sent to transport the "water trolls". They entered the territorial waters under freedom of navigation. Radars actively looks on for any ships or possible attacks. Civilian ships were challenged by the ships to identify themselves, and their intention. The detachment fleet were also ordered to turn away any commercial ships. Commercial ships that persists were warned with guided dummy drill missiles flying overhead of them, before crashing into the sea.

Krieg has begun to advance further into Egypt, now reaching Siwah and Marsa, with the force on the coast making their way towards Alexandria. Krieg has continued their push through the desert toward Lake Nasser. The force moving through the desert has been taking losses from ambushes, coupled with their tanks having to be fixed nonstop due to the Khamsin. That force also has been moving slowly, unable to advance too quickly. The force moving along the coast has been taking few losses, moving at an excellent pace.

The Communists quickly re-organize after the failed attack on chekvon, and prepare for a second strike, as they deem the militias to be supporters of the military for attacking them. They start by using captured artillery on the buildings, causing large civilian losses, and causing many civilians to flock to aid the militias. The communists then start by entering the city and immediately clearing any standing buildings. This causes a slow but steady advance further into chekvon. The militias, used to ambushing tactics, are unprepared for close quarters face to face attacks, and due to their lack of training (The communists have members that are ex-military, meanwhile the militias kill any who are even related to the military.) and lack of modern equipment, with most militiamen armed with rifles, and outdated automatic rifles. The militias flee until the communists reach the village square, where they meet militiamen armed with much more modern equipment, and in entrenched positions. The two sides get stuck in a stalemate, as whenever the communists attempt to attack the militiamen, they get gunned down, and when the militias try to advance, they get mowed down, as they leave their more well defensive positions.

THE AQUARIA SUSPENDING THE VISA-FREE PROGRAM WITH MUQADDASIA

Due to a constant protesting against the Aquaria in Muqaddasia and the severely fallen relationship with the Medinaist government, the Federal Government of the Aquaria is now suspending the VISA-FREE program with Muqaddasia until any further notice.

The capital Tokisaki Metropolis has outbroken a protest against Muqaddasia and Muslims, which is believed to be organised by the Aqua Christian Democratic Union (CDU) and the Liberal Democratic Party. It is estimated that about 1 Million citizens participated in it, mainly supporters of those Parties. About 231 Muslims are hurt during the seemingly-worsening protest, and the Aqua Federal People’s Liberation Force is on high alert to stop any persecution of the Muslims and give shelter to those who think they might be persecuted by the Christian and the Conservatives.

President Grinberryall condemned the Muqaddasian protesters and the government. “The Medinaist Government has been spreading false and serious propaganda to be anti-Aquaria for no reason at all. I generally do not care about the cold war between the GCN and KTO, willing to continue the Gaullist Diplomatic Policy to maintain peace and cooperation with any nations. However, as long as they are still pet dogs of the Marajarbian Federation, they can't give up the Cold War mentality. We can cut off the diplomatic relationship with Muqaddasia whenever we want.”

The Federal Government has stated this the crisis would never affect the relationship between the Federal Government and both Islamic Association (Shia) and Islamic Democratic Party (Sunni). However, if they have any cooperative relationship with the Muqaddasian Medinaist Government, it is encouraged and suggested to be severed. All Aqua citizens are advised not to go to Muqaddasia due to the obvious racist and hateful feelings there. All Aqua embassy staff are evacuated yesterday. Muqaddasian citizens in the Aquaria will be protected by the military if they requested by calling 119 on the phone.

THE AQUARIA SUSPENDING THE VISA-FREE PROGRAM WITH MUQADDASIA

Due to a constant protesting against the Aquaria in Muqaddasia and the severely fallen relationship with the Medinaist government, the Federal Government of the Aquaria is now suspending the VISA-FREE program with Muqaddasia until any further notice.

The capital Tokisaki Metropolis has outbroken a protest against Muqaddasia and Muslims, which is believed to be organised by the Aqua Christian Democratic Union (CDU) and the Liberal Democratic Party. It is estimated that about 1 Million citizens participated in it, mainly supporters of those Parties. About 231 Muslims are hurt during the seemingly-worsening protest, and the Aqua Federal People’s Liberation Force is on high alert to stop any persecution of the Muslims and give shelter to those who think they might be persecuted by the Christian and the Conservatives.

President Grinberryall condemned the Muqaddasian protesters and the government. “The Medinaist Government has been spreading false and serious propaganda to be anti-Aquaria for no reason at all. I generally do not care about the cold war between the GCN and KTO, willing to continue the Gaullist Diplomatic Policy to maintain peace and cooperation with any nations. However, as long as they are still pet dogs of the Marajarbian Federation, they can't give up the Cold War mentality. We can cut off the diplomatic relationship with Muqaddasia whenever we want.”

The Federal Government has stated this the crisis would never affect the relationship between the Federal Government and both Islamic Association (Shia) and Islamic Democratic Party (Sunni). However, if they have any cooperative relationship with the Muqaddasian Medinaist Government, it is encouraged and suggested to be severed. All Aqua citizens are advised not to go to Muqaddasia due to the obvious racist and hateful feelings there. All Aqua embassy staff are evacuated yesterday. Muqaddasian citizens in the Aquaria will be protected by the military if they requested by calling 119 on the phone.

IC: Muqaddasia responded by cutting off all diplomatic relations and requesting a summit in Wallowis. All Aquarian citizens were welcomed to visit Muqaddasia in either religious or unreligious tourism unless having committed a crime or have protested against Muqaddasia. Protests intensified in New Najaf City with the government resorting to sending the police to protect the few Aquarians in Muqaddasia just in case. The fighting against the communists continued, with a defeat seemingly being imminent for the terrorists with over half their bases destroyed and 1,000 people either killed or captured, half of their force.

Politically, Sealand has started to comment less on the cold war and the current sentiment on the Galapagos has started to ease. However, Sealand is unwilling to negotiate with the KTO or its members for the most part, only focusing less on the KTO and the Galapagos due to both side's lack of interest in actually participating in the cold war. Sealand has thus focused its attention on the potential for a slaver crusade, officially condemning Fenwick for their possession and disregarding of slaves. Militarily, Sealand has finished revitalizing its series of fortifications, and now deems itself ready for an attack should one occur, such as from Fenwick.

On the moon, the government has announced that elections are about to begin. Following this, several parties are planned to be formed over the coming weeks. It is currently unknown what the political landscape will look like. The economy of the dominion has expanded greatly, as the population soars, education receives more funding and average quality of life increases, though corruption is rampant and wealth inequality is massive. A few major cities have begun to form in the far south, as apartment and public buildings have begun to spring up in the mountains despite supply difficulties. Conditions in the north are less favorable, with slums and mines often present, which poses an issue that any electoral victor will have to solve. The first military base has been built slightly near Sealand's initial landing site, and more will be built across the entire border as time goes on.

Muqaddasia has officially left ULIBOR due to the Aquaria acting as a dictator and the KTO forcing the alliance to bow down to it, violating its neutrality in the process. Muqaddasia will not have a summit with the Aquaria and all trade with it is stopped. Vespica was called a “puppet of the KTO” and was officially placed on the National Enemies List, along with the Aquaria, Janpia and Galapagos. Muqaddasia calls for all ULIBOR members to leave alongside Muqaddasia and form a new alliance actually committed to the ideals ULIBOR was made for.
