Following Illegal and corrupt actions made by the RWF, the Imperial Senate has been dissolved and members of the RWF were arrested for corruption and treason. The Imperium is to pull out of the war at once and stop the blockade of the Kingdom of Armenia. Her Imperial Majesty Imperial Princess Julia Ivislla has taken full control of the Imperium and the Provinces and relief, as well as an official apology, will be provided to the People of Armenia. The Imperium condemns the Actions of the CIS and Zarnicovia Nova and all CIS vessels will be barred from entering the Mare Nostrum. By Imperial Order, the Imperial Princess and the Praetoria will be the main governing body, and amendments to the constitution have been made to secure Imperial Rights which were previously violated by the RWF. All Territories, Provinces, Commonwealths, Dominions, Protectorates, and Dependencies of the Imperium will be required to follow the Imperial order. The Imperial Armed Forces and Delphi are now at Defcon1 and prepared for a large-scale conflict. The 40,000 Neutron bomb (Nuke more powerful than hydrogen bomb) strong arsenal and ICBMs are on standby and all interceptors and MDS are on automatic interception and attack mode and will fire on enemy missiles, ships, planes, and land emplacements. Troops across Armenia have prepared for a potential invasion

His Majesty, King Gdridg II, appeared before a crowd of five-hundred thousand to announce that, after a bit of deliberation between the National Assembly and the court, the government of Armenia has decided to declare war against Zarnicovia Nova; which has long since perpetrated the most heinous of crimes against religious minorities - and is noted for having previously lost against the Armenians in humiliating fashion. Reactions to this decision were, unsurprisingly, mostly positive; with many a celebration being held in most major cities.

The Armenian government has requested that their allies, alongside other democratic nations, join them in this conflict; claiming that it would "liberate the Catholic people of Zarnicovia Nova, once and for all", and has attempted to appeal to the Christian diaspora by providing refuge to Catholic Zarnicovian emigres.

Those who've aligned themselves with Zarnicovia Nova have been described as "fools", and "traitors to democracy". Why shouldn't they be called such? They ARE aiding a genocidal dictatorship, after all. As per rising tensions, any and all sort of trade with the Awesome Imperium and Makko Ono, both of whom are prerequisites for the previous conditions, have ceased temporarily - citing concerns of espionage and sabotage.

Imperial Ships have Made it to Gibralters and are headed towards Britannia with Imperial Legions on the border of Austria. Any attempts by Kreig will result in war with the Imperium.

In the Mediterranean

The patrol ships the Free Kingdom Navy had in the Mediterranean were few in number – only two squadrons, composed each of an ELINT ship, an air defense cruiser and two frigates and four frigates.

Now, as the bell of war tolled, as the enemy fighters descended through the atmosphere, it would be the task of the air defense cruisers and the ELINT ships to spring to the cause.

Some people would look up to the skies and see untold hundreds of aircraft, fearsome, their engines roaring as they kept their angular bulk in the air, the might of the great Imperium of Man made manifest.

Presidential Election kicks off!

The Election of the highest office our nation has begun. The five candidates from all the parties have announced their candidacies and the debate is set to come soon. Many eyes are on this election as it will help determine an image for the Legislative elections coming just months later. The incumbent President, Cormac Farnan, who still enjoys a very good popularity at around 56%. However, there are multiple people who believe that an upset by Progressive leader Neil Kirvan due to a possible split between the current Majority coalition between the Republicans and the Saor Ier party, which looks to unify the island by any way possible. Not to mention, it the appearance of two new parties that could upset the current balance of power, the Irlandian Workers Party and the Irlandian Libertarian Party. We sent out feelers to around the nation asking people from each political party why they chose it.

First, we asked Nuala White, a registered Republican in Ceranvefinia Chiefdom why she's voting for Farnen. "Well, he's been doing good so far. He's way better than any of those socialists from the progressives who want to destroy the core values of the family. And he wants Irlandia to be unified peacefully. My Grandpa died right after my dad was born cause he was fighting the Sexish. I don't want to plunge IRlandia into even more death."

Afterwards, we asked Dallon Murphy of Avonversia chiefdom why he votes with Kirvan. "Well, he actually tries to help us. Farnen focuses more on the Western Chiefdoms, but Avonversia has the most population and have only the 2nd biggest budget. We have a couple of folks sleeping on the floor. We over here want to focus more on fixing ourselves up before we get the folks up north into this nation. I think he's just a more sharper and open minded man to new solutions."

We then continued on to Aberdaberia Chiefdom where we asked Liam Clarke on who he was voting for. "Definately Osred. He understands what most IRlandians want. We want a unified Irlandia. That 'Nor Irlandia' is just a puppet government installed by the Sexish government so they can make it look like they left. He understands that people in the north want to join in for a truly Irlandian government for Irlandian people. He understand the need of fossil fuels for us. Cormac is just to soft. He's a good politician, but he's not a true leader."

We then went to search for a IWP support until we found one in Lebodu Chiefdom called Tieve Healy. "Well, I mean she is one of the few women in politics. This country is run by old conservative men. We need a female in charge to keep us out of these wars. She understands the right of a woman to choose and she understands that we need change."

Finally we returned to Avonversia to find Brendon Flynn. "It's just smart to vote for Garon in. I'm friends with him and he has a sharp mind. We need to go into the world stage and increase our GDP. His plans will make Irlandia a strong economic power. He believes in people being smart enough to spend their money however they want."

As you can see the people are sizing up to see who will win the office. Something to note is that this is the first election where foreign reporters will be allowed special privileges to ask the candidates what people in their nation want to know. Condemnation of Armenia

"It is a sad world where nations no longer fight by there ideals, uphold those ideals or even believe in said ideals.
Armenia is an example of that hypocrisy. Armenia is a major nation in the IHC a peacekeeping organisation whose purpose is to help the victims of war and to help prevent war from beginning in the first place. It literally states in its charter that the IHC is to never engage in open warefare.

Yet Armenia is doing just that. Apparently sick with bloodlust they have decided to declare war on there neighbour Zarnicovia Nova who has done nothing against Armenia to warrant war declared and has been simply trying to rebuild from a previous war whom Armenia was apart of. Does this not fly in the face of everything IHC stands for?
A declaration of war, imperialism, the breaking of laws created by the IHC itself.

Of course Armenia may take part in war so long as its doing that separately to the IHC even though there's still clear hypocrisy given how Armenia is against other nations doing what it is doing now. However this isn't a simple war by Armenia. Armenia has called for allies and other nations to join the war, it has written a condemnation of the CIS an alliance Zarnicovia is apart of with part of the reasoning of this condemnation being linked directly to Zarnicovia, Armenia has spread lies in the attempt to garner support against Zarnicovia. Its clear Armenia thinks the charter of IHC is a rule for thee but not for me and so is attempting to have action taken against Zarnicovia by the IHC despite such a action being in open violation of IHC charter.

Sonakion will not stand for this. As an ally of Zarnicovia Nova via the CIS but also a nation of moral standing we won't stand by and let Armenia go through with its imperialist plans the IHC unknowingly going along with this.

Multiple Emperor-Class battleships had arrived over Armbruster. The sky over Armbruster was black and gray with aircraft nearly blotting out the sun. There had to be at least thousands of aircraft. Marshall Karis Venner was informing Krieg guardsmen that if Armbruster complied with the demands there would be no need for war. Multiple Transmissions were talking about "Operation Blackout". None of the aircraft or Battleships had fired at Armbruster just yet.
