Following the detonation of nuclear weapons in Zarnicovia Nova the Imperial Government has announced a massive expansion to it's strategical deterrent within the near future. This expansion includes:

- An increase from 36000 to 50000 ICBMs for the nuclear forces as well as 500 additional SLBMs and 800 nuclear torpedoes for the Imperial Navy

- A massive increase in production and stockpile of the Mantikor chemical agent and construction of 300 additional Schimäre Chemical Missile Launchers and 600 ballistic missiles designed to carry Mantikor.

- A massive increase in production and stockpile of the Styx Virus and construction of 3500 UKD-B Nidhöggr drones capable of autonomously delivering the biological payload at vast distances

- An increase from 12 to 24 sattelites armed with heavy kinetic weapons

- Development of new anti-nuclear defense systems under the codename Phönix

The expansion of these weapon programs serves the purpose of deterring any attacks against the Greater Kaiserreich or the GENA with WMDs. The Greater Kaiserreich remains committed to the ideals of global peace and prosperity and will not hesitate to retaliate against any potential attackers. Furthermore the Imperial Government calls for the personnel responsible for the nuclear launch against Zarnicovia Nova to be handed over to an international court, ideally the court of the GENA.

[Gonswanza]

With the small incident occurring, Gonswanza decides to push forwards a test of their own, revealing their nuclear capabilities to the world... As they had done so in the past.

The Republic Type 3 Famine is pushed out to the north pacific, before launching a SLAM out into the open ocean. The missile of course flies along its intended route, flying straight for several kilometers, prior to ditching into the ocean. However, before it does finally enter its terminal phase, the missile would deploy its bombs, each one spreading a heavy dose of radioactive products. The flight is short-lived, as intended, though it would result in a horrific patch of ocean being heavily irradiated. Divers are later sent after the wreck to ensure its destruction, which is confirmed, as the weapon itself had been reduced to nothing but irradiated splinters of metal and other materials over a broad area.

Footage of the test is released to the public, with Gonswanza taking pride in it. A weapon to strike fear deep into others, equipped with warheads purpose-built to maximize the sheer destruction left behind. The immediate effects however were the deaths of fish and marine animals, as some fish rise to the surface, belly up.

Well, today has been a Wacky and Zany week for everyone here in Neptunvia, especially after Neptunvian Internal Affairs' Agent Hound, Discovered a conspiracy formed right here in Neptunvia Relating to the Insane backstory of Duke McHoul or how everyone calls him, Old Man Cobra. A retired Neptunvian Special forces agent with Amnesia.

Earlier this week, Agent Hound discovered something truly Crazy. Him and his AI partner (Venomous Fox) as well as a Dispatched Group from IT, where doing a routine server check to make Shure no one had uploaded any Viruses or there wasn't an information leak. There, They discovered a File that had been Declassified minutes before they arrived. "Things get Declassified all the time" Said Agent Hound, "Its usually just miner things, like Checks, Taxes, Military Documents, things like that." Why are all these Secretes getting out? Well, in order to save Space for important documents. Classified Documents, Documents are Declassified after they are deemed "Not a threat to National Security" This is usually the case in outdated designs, Failed projects, or Secrete Cargo that had been shipped to other countries. But, something was deferent about this file in particular.

"The file was coded with some sort of Advanced encryption. later we found out it was acutely a Small, but highly Sophisticated Artificial Intelligence. in the end, we where only able to get into the file by tricking it, and transferring the AI into a Deferent folder. The Son would eventually grow up into becoming Dude Excellent most powerful Solider, Colt. Meanwhile, back on the Rig, Lilith was obviously pretty distort by the whole situation, she would never come out of the room, except only to Eat, Sleep, and Train.

Until one day, in 2023, She found a Drinking buddy by the name of Davis, she trained with him, Learned with him, the whole shebang. There was no love, After the Incident, Lilith went off the market. Raiders and rioters control the streets of Zarnicovia Nova. Any authority Armenia made for the Mayfield and the Republic of Zarnicovia Nova is gone. AZNUP forces have taken a massive initiative across the whole frontline as supply and any morale break under the stress of the resent attacks. To add onto that the little economy Armenia made has collapsed in a mere hour or two following the bombing.

For the humanitarian crisis, the famine has been getting worse and worse with the death count now approaching half a million. There has been severe radioactive contamination across large parts of the country. The total death count of the war is now sitting at 12.3 million.

Tensions rise in Sealandian lunar dominion

Earlier this month, the Sealandian lunar dominion announced the beginning of relations with the LAR, a newly independent lunar state that used to be a Gonswanzan colony, which has decided to help the dominion economically and politically. The trade deals with the LAR has encouraged many large businesses that their future would be more stable under the current administration, resulting in the coalition government holding strong.

This, however, did not prevent the Communist Party from organizing increasingly large scale strikes and protests, which have constantly threatened to turn into a general strike, but have seemingly emboldened it, as they see the weakening of the Preservation League as an opportunity and the increasing power of the ruling coalition as a threat. In one instance in the capital city of Klesburgh, the dying Preservation League decided to organize a counter protest. Things soon escalated as the situation got violent, and the fighting grew larger as both sides brought paramilitary groups into what quickly became a street fight. The rioting, violence, and looting continued over the next few hours. After several hours, the local police finally intervened in a brutal crackdown that saw the arrest of several hundred that participated in the violence. The police used ballistic shields to protect themselves while slowly closing in on the street fight, and while most were using regular batons, some were using electric batons, that have caused roughly 50 hospitalizations and 2 deaths.

This has caused a dramatic increase in political tensions in the dominions, as protests, riots and strikes have only increased, the coalition government has begun to fracture and the PR and the Communists have become emboldened more aggressive and more assertive, partly due to rising confidence, and partly due to anger. The situation is currently extremely volatile, and Ira Rodney, the leader of the moderate, democratic coalition, is working hard to ensure that it doesn't collapse. Calvin Thompsett has warned of 'severe consequences' to rioters and revolutionaries if violence continues, though the government is unable to enforce this policy effectively.

As for the Preservation League, there are talks to peacefully dissolve the party, due to the party's internal balance of power shifting after the decline of the corporatist after trade deals with the LAR, but they would still be united under a coalition to ensure that the Communists don't dominate the political landscape. It will be split into pan-lunar 'nationalist', corporatist and monarchist lines, with fascists being completely side-lined, being without power, influence, popularity or representation, they have been ignored, with little probable consequences on the planned coalition. It is well known to all that recently GENA was formed, an attempt to restart the alliance on life-support previously known as the GCN. While there is multiple reasons why the KTO despite being much less centralized and much more lax can better respond as a unified structure against any aggression that we will be discussing later the answer to why the KTO has finally bested the GCN is simple, the GCN no longer exists. Now while GENA is basically the clone of the GCN technically speaking since the GCN no longer exists the KTO has won the Cold War.

Now obvious points aside there is many reasons why the KTO is better than the GCN. The first and most obvious is in warfare. While GENA nations often intervene on their own the collective militaries that make up GENA have almost never united against a common cause leaving the nations easy to invade in the situation of a unified invasion by the KTO, we have seen this in multiple wars such as, RI Civil War, Aursian Civil War, and the Maqqadashi invasion. While GENA leaves nations to fall on their own as per Article 1 any invasion of a KTO nation requires the entire alliance to come to said nations aid. Not only that, many times have KTO nations united to fight in interventions or offensive wars thus giving the KTO power within the military sector

KTO, these seemingly harmless letters have caused so much pain and suffering from the recent killings of civilians in Zarnicovia to the leveling of city's and massacres in Aursi. The Kalisight Treaty Organization better known as KTO is a name that many across the globe know of. KTO is led by the Communist nation of Janpia and the Dictatorship of Galapagos. While it seems like Janpia contains all the power, Galapagos also holds much power in th alliance.

When we look through the current and former member list of the KTO one thing stands out. The amount of country's well known for war crimes within their ranks is frankly a little terrifying. Currently the KTO has two or three notorious nations in their ranks. The two confirmed nations are Gonswanza and Greater Oceania, the possible third one is The Cult of the Grand unity, the reason why the third one is not confirmed is because I don't know if a cult really counts as a nation. Though Gonswanza and Greater Oceania are still to be feared. Gonswanza has commited war crimes in its own conquered territory and even when they attempted an attack on the United States. Greater Oceania on the other hand performs war crimes in all of their wars. In Aursi they massacred 10s of 1000s of civilians, during the Romanic civil war they deployed chemical weapons, murdered, and performed sexual misconduct agianst civilians.

Not only do they have nations that commit war crimes they also go out of their way to force their will upon other nations wether GCN or GENA is there or not. The shooter was finally identified by the Public Marshals, after investigating through the CCTV cameras, and checking along the assassinator's possible exit routes.
