Due to this being the dominion's first diplomatic encounter, there isn't a separate building for managing foreign affairs, so the Parliament would have to do. Before entering the city, the LAR delegates were warned to keep a low profile and to hide their flag and their weapons so that neither the far right nor the far left would notice the diplomatic encounter and attempt to sabotage it.
Hiding the flag would be a little hard (beyond the one on their rover(s), however that one was simply taken down and tucked away), given it's sown into the suit, but a roll of duct tape is used to cover up the flag patch instead, while arms are stowed in travel bags (usually used to store tools or misc equipment, carried as a "standard" kit for off-base operations. Be it a simple walk outside or a full-on expedition. Think of it as a plastic duffel bag that unfolds quickly with a strip of velcro to keep things from flying away.)...
... However, once in the base, and in atmosphere, the only weapons they'd have on them is a small survival knife, tucked away under their clothes and out of sight. No flag patches, no worries. Being 7 in all, the group consists of three females and four males, all of them tanned to various degrees, given the natural complexion of the average Gonswanzan. Yet, they seem to vary in terms of walks of life, two of the males being rather stocky and built for manual labor, the other two being more slender, with one having a scar over their cheek. The trio of females seem more akin to either researchers or nurses, however, all were trained as conscripts prior to life under the LAR and hence all have at least some form of combat training if they ever need to defend themselves.
The group of course moves along, acting as if they were civilians or merely visitors, rather than straightening up and acting professionally to further sell the guise of some non-delegates.
Luckily, the journey occurred without any major incidents, barring the occasional change of route due to strikes. After several hours of driving, everyone arrives at a modestly large, opaque circular dome, which is explained to be the dominion's Parliament.
'Welcome to our base of negotiations, where we will discuss greater ties and co-operation. From there, we will most likely trade radioactive elements in exchange for some resources or products that we need as well as political support,' said the Sealandian diplomat as he opens the door to Parliament and walks inside the building, while trying to ignore the heated debate in the next room.
