New Travel Bans and Trade Sanctions Announced as Tensions Rise

Yesterday, the Supreme Soviet voted to enact a total ban on all travel and trade between the Yitankan SSR and a number of nations that have aligned with the Marajarbian Federation. These include "members of the UADC, signatories of the BDS Document, and all others who would seek to attack the sovereignty of nations such as Janpian over their own territorial waters to lick the boot of Marajarbia" according to the Chairman Shinzu Taihau. The ban has taken place effective immediately, and all Marajarbian or otherwise affiliated shipping will now be subjected to search and seizure by the Navy. Citizens of sanctioned nations will be given a 1 month grace period to leave Yitanka, apply for Yitankan citizenship, or face deportation.

Chairman Taihau has called the Marajarbian response to Janpia "unnecessarily aggressive and overtly petty" stating that the Marajarbian Emperor, Jackson, "fancies himself King of the World, as all other inbred dictators do" and that his "newest attempt to establish a World Empire will die a quick and shameful death like his last, GENA".

After the tragic sinking of the civilian freighter MS Safugyu earlier this month, the Soviet Socialist Republic of Yitanka has committed itself to ending grievous violations of national sovereignty in rightfully controlled waters. Chairman Taihau has vowed that there will never be "another Safugyu" and that the Marajarbian Empire's aggressive moves against rightfully governed waters will not be tolerated "in even the smallest degree".

To aid in the fight against tyrranical nations like Marajarbia, Chairman Taihau has announced Yitanka's joining of the Kalsight Treaty Organization as a full member. The Yitankan government will be working together with other member states of the KTO to both help safeguard national waters and the sovereignty of nations.

"SIR! AGAIN! CONTACT, CONTACT, CONTACT!" The radarman yelled out across the bridge. The Captain was on his way off the bridge when he turned around and looked. He looked in complete shock, as it wasn't until a few minutes ago that there was supposed to be a ceasefire in place. Yet, more Ballistic Missiles were not in the air. He considered his next thoughts carefully for a couple seconds then walked back over to the intra-ship radio.

"Fire Control, this is the Bridge, We have birds in the air again, fire at will, fire at will." He stated into the radio.

"Sir," the comms officer stated from his station. "We have reports of more birds in the air on an orbital trajectory. The CGN's are firing more ABM's."

"What the actual fuck?" the sub-captain replied. "Get us as close to the surface as possible before breaching, then launch everything we have at that enemy fleet. I want it beneath us!"

With that, the Emperor's Wrath began its ascent towards the surface but stopped ~15m from the surface of the water. She closed the hatches that were emptied out and then flooded and opened up the remaining hatches for her VLS tubes. She also flooded her forward Torpedo Tubes and began getting firing solutions on a few different ships in the enemy fleet.

Within a minute, more than 3,000 missiles shot out from the varied ships of the fleet, hundreds streaking towards each vessel of Muqaddasia origin in the area with dozens shooting up into the air to take out any and all Ballistic Missiles that were shot into orbit against Imperial Satellites. In total, the fleet emptied out it's stock of fire-ready missiles, and began to quickly head towards a Dorian Port, where there were a couple Marine Air Corps heavy lift aircraft en route to reload the fleet.


At the same time, notification was sent from the theater to the Imperial palace, there would be hell to pay for this.

They have also pointed out that the men accused were out of JURIC's ground rule of ethics to their field work, and the description provided seems unfit for field service under JURIC public standard. However, during the convene session of the Party Central, the state organ stated that the rule of justice on the hands of a law, provided by a proper morality, must be the next course of action to be done by the state of NSAR to avoid injustice and to give everyone a fair chance. Furthermore, they claimed that the said accusation or evidence to be submitted for the trial must be strong and admissible, in order to rule out a proper justice. In other announcement, the Revolutionary Maritime Guards has stated that all KTO member-states' navy are now permitted to patrol along Janpian waters and use specified ports to relieve, resupply, and maintain their warships. This course of action was jointly decided by the Revolutionary Council and the Revolutionary Maritime Guards to further enhance cooperation, sea-presence, and protection of any vessels leaving or entering Janpian territory. According to Rear Admiral Toryuka Erschen, this course of action will increase cooperation among enforcing navies, which will further protect and increase KTO naval presence in the region, along with serving its goal of protecting Janpian vessels, and interdicting Marajarbian ships on international waters. The Rear Admiral also stated that the navy is currently drafting plans to further enhance the protection of Janpian civilian vessels by copying Countesian convoy system, or utilizing a standard communication and location sensor systems to all Janpian vessels. The Revolutionary Council reiterated that they will continue to learn and upgrade more ways to protect Janpian vessels, interdict Marajarbian ships, while also prioritizing the Revolutionary Ideals and safety among Janpian people.

The Meretican economy continues to falter by the day as the midterm elections near. Inflation has skyrocketed (ending the long-lasting cycle of small-time deflation), resulting in the employment rate entering a freefall. Conservative economic estimates placed unemployment at 25%, but the average rate across the nation was 35%, according to the International Workers' Union. No candidate for president is currently able to rally more than 15% of popular support according to polls; chaos ensues as the presidential debates plummet in viewership and violence begins to erupt in the streets. Conservatives, who are in the Senate minority, blame President Flores; Flores blames the Conservatives, but this backfires, resulting in many members of her administration resigning in protest. King Malcolm urges for public peace and unity, but behind closed doors, he is urging Flores to pull it together. This is released, and Flores drops from the race, having less than 2% of support from the public. She declines to issue an endorsement.

Riots begin to spread, especially in the urban centers of Meretica's western borders. New Sicily, Almaton, and Christine City host the worst of the riots; King Malcolm and several Royalists reloacte to Laenalaen, claiming that it is temporary though it is speculated that they do not wish to be associated with Flores's failures.

ISC: As the expected collapse of the current Meretican government seems increasingly likely, King Malcolm has gathered together his most trusted advisors (the Heads of Houses Goldwater, Holloway, Ridge, Gilmore, and Graycloak) alongside some of the top Senators (Hinterland, Kefauver, Hawthorne, Grayson, and many others) and other important current and former government officials (all former presidents, a number of former Cabinet members, ec). Together, they formed a secret society called the Syndicate. The Syndicate is led by the Entente-- King Malcom, Senator Hinterland, and former Chief Justice Mattox-- as they created the Syndicate together. Members of the Syndicate begin building safe houses in a number of places across the nation while investing in a number of key business and government projects. A number of business leaders and corporations are also granted membership in exchange for favors and other items.

These days I swear all you see is WAR,WAR,WAR I'm telling you, all people wanna do these days is conquer the world. Look I get, war is what gets you good things, influence, glory, pride, death, murder, crime, suffering, sadness, hunger, and most importantly suffering so obviously we would want war right? Christ sometimes it likes two children fighting over the most trivial of things I'm telling you, all the things I named off are just not worth fighting for sometimes, what you think glory or pride is worth dying for? Your delusional, so you might be wondering then "What is the point of this?" Ill tell you what the point is. When your countries care all about is war and flexing its giant military muscles like with there fancy missile tests or with their ships that to be completely fair don't look like they are not much of a upgrade to begin with but besides that, what is left for YOU. The individual, not these bureaucrats that are in office right now, YOU. I bet that a nation that focus's on ONLY its military dick seize will have poorer, less efficient, and unreliable cars. I bet there's good foreign cars out there I really do, but where those cars are limited to so little, LDM excels at what other foreign cars fall off. The Muqaddasi carrier group, finding itself under fire from many enemies, decided to retreat quickly. Muqaddasi pilots are ordered to escape. A message is sent to the enemy forces.

We do not want to fight. We never had the intention to fight. Allow us to retreat.

The third carrier group is ordered to stop in the face of this shocking defeat, and the secret development of the ICBMs is accelerated. The entire Persian Gulf fleet is ordered to be on high alert. Then another shockwave swept through Muqaddasia. Sovereign Mohammed Mousavi was dead, assassinated by unknown men. President Hassan Islami refused to take power, so the Council voted Fatima Ismail to be emergency Sovereign.

“We do not have much time,” she said at a speech. “I ask Guadalapador and the other nations against us to pay for their crimes in attacking our carrier groups. We had done nothing wrong. Their politicians may whine about it being a preemptive strike, or they can negotiate and do the right thing. We shall see if they choose to create an enemy or not. I also condemn Janpia’s ridiculous move in interdicting Marajarbian shipping, and also Countesia, who is now acting like a dog licking Janpia’s boots. I commend the Janpia BDS move,ent.”

"Incoming. Incoming. Incoming." was heard at the Command-Control center at Dagate as what was left of the Muqaddasi CSGs attempted to fire off their HGVs toward the naval base. Since the badly damaged Muqaddasi survivors were in a hurry to exfiltrate, the boost glide vehicles weren't entirely unexpected. Firing solutions were put in a panic it seems as the preliminary counter-measures from the Dorian side managed to mess with electronic guidance systems providing some sort of detection and given the fact that the tactically "incorrect" usage of hypersonic boost glide weaponry so close to their targets meant that they were susceptible to being intercepted by CIWS given that the boost phase to hypersonic speeds could only occur right before the missiles could hit their target.
"Invincible Superweapons" that the Muqaddasi had no reason to even have nor know how to use were for the most part dispatched, though two HGVs fired off in haste managed to weave their way through the robust anti-missile defense structure that the Dorians had set up and hit their targets: a drydock where the GFNS Garsulia was undergoing repairs. The hypersonic missile slammed into the bow of the Garsulia, ripping apart the corvette as the blast propelled parts of the ship outward across the drydock, collapsing the entire structure and killing eighteen marines guarding the dry dock and wounding twenty-three others in the ensuing carnage. The other hypersonic missile nearly missed its intended target, one of the main refueling stations and hit a supply depot nearby, completely destroying several warehouses and cratering the immediate area, another twenty-two sailors and marines were killed.
Guadalupadorian losses were nothing compared to what the Muqaddasi Navy had lost, and were still in the process of losing as the Shazite Navy was now bearing down on the survivors, which were still attempting to conduct a fighting retreat out into open ocean. Dozens of Dorian servicemembers killed compared to what possibly numbered in the thousands of Muqaddasi sailors and pilots making the cold, murky deeps of the Galacitha Ocean their final resting place would be considered a major victory in any sense of the word. The Guadalupadorians had won a decisive naval engagement and were prepared to keep the momentum going if the Muqaddasi government didn't relent. It seemed that the Muqaddasi navy was very unwisely attempting to continue the fight by launching several more ASATs.
"Captain Strestu, GARNET is on the line. They're detecting more ASATs." Strestu's XO informed the commander of Dagate Naval Base of Guadalupador's Aerospace Defense Network's flash information. "The Shazite Navy is engaging. Should we fire off our interceptors as well?"

"If the Shazites are dealing with it, it should be fine. I'm sure GFAM and GARNET are in the process of altering the orbits of any sats in the danger zone." Strestu said, leaving his chair in his secure CIC and walking up the stairs to the surface level of the base HQ. As soon as he opened the large metal door, he could smell the stench of burning fuel that was wafting across the base from the burning wreck of the Garsulia. He stared out the window, nearly dumbstruck as the smoke from both strikes started to blot out the sun. It was indeed a victory, but of course it didn't come without losses.

The Ministry of State Affairs only recieved one message from Muqaddasia regarding negotiations, the new regent of Muqaddasia, Fatima Ismail continued to demand payment for the Mawj, dictating terms like some conquering force. The irony was not lost on the Minister of State Affairs as she read through the statement, it was almost laughable. Minister Numa's largest challenge was to treat the Muqaddasi as a legitimate power in a diplomatic missive:

The Federal Union of Guadalupador is pleased to see that the Muqaddasi government is finally willing to negotiate, unfortunately it happened following the crushing and entirely preventable defeat of two of your carrier-strike-groups that were sent to intimidate and threaten Dorian sovereignty. Your country is not in any position to dictate any terms to the Federal Union and by extension, the International Freedom Coalition. With that being said, the Federal Union of Guadalupador has terms of its own to bring to the table during negotiations:

1. Any and all Muqaddasi vessels, civilian and military, will not cross into Guadalupadorian maritime territory, including the Dorian Exclusive Economic Zone. If they do so once more civilian ships will be interdicted, boarded and their cargo confiscated while military vessels will be sunk without warning.

2. The Medinaist Republic of Muqaddasia will pay the Federal Union of Guadalupador for damages incurred during this naval engagement numbering around $1 Billion (NSD.) Reparations can be made to the Federal Union of Guadalupador through a payment plan drawn out over several years or paid in full at once. The Federal Union can be paid in national paper currency which would be converted into NSD or gold bullion, bullion is preferred.

3. The Federal Union of Guadalupador will repatriate the crew of the Mawj that surrendered to the Medinaist Republic, and the bodies of those that were lost when the Mawj sank.

4. The Federal Union of Guadalupador will pay the families of those lost aboard the Mawj a one-time lump sum of $2000 (NSD) for each dead crewmember.

5. The Federal Union of Guadalupador will repatriate any living Muqaddasi sailors rescued from the recent naval engagement.

6. The Federal Union will also assist in the recovery of any human remains and repatriate them back to Muqaddasia for a proper burial according to Islamic customs.

7. The Medinaist Republic of Muqaddasia will cease any and all naval operations and navigation within a 500 nm radius of Guadaluapdorian territory permanently.

8. The Medinaist Republic of Muqaddasia will send a formal missive to the leadership of the United Alliance for Defense and Cooperation instructing its members not to cross into Guadalupadorian nautical territory or be interdicted.

9. The Medinaist Republic of Muqaddasia will cease any and all existing hostilities with the Federal Union of Guadaluapdor and the Empire of Shazbotdom immediately. If the Medinaist Republic of Muqaddasia continues hostilities with the Federal Union of Guadalupador and the Empire of Shazbotdom, a formal state of war will be declared.

Newly elected Szpada leadership ban on Communist ideals, raids on suspected Communist threats ensue

After the take over of the now Marshall Ayazan Remeny and the establishment of the Szpada, a new party/secret service under the guides of the Marshall. Marshall Remeny immediately took action this afternoon by passing a law allowing a ban on far-left ideology. The targets of the law have been from anarchists to communist ideals, although not a ban on left-leaning ideology the law is made to put down any sort of ideology that might bring a threat to the KUN. In a conference with leading Szpada member Dzmitre Angyal he states quote: "I myself have seen the worse in communism, it as a whole has brought destruction to nations for the sake of "revolution" and it has even been stated that the only way that a revolution or communism in general to work is through blood. A large raid in Varosa has also occurred which resulted in the arrests of 15 suspected communists. The bill however states that anyone who is visiting or lives in the KUN who has ties and origins to a nation currently under a Communist or far-left regime is a acceptation for such a law. However it is said they must still follow under the laws of the KUN or be deported. Currently their are also talks of giving the death penalty to communists, although this may or may not get passed since the only ones really talking about giving the penalty are radical members of the Szpada.

While the AGL program did finally (barely) muster up a new AGL system, that's not the only thing to reach Gonswanzan arsenals and float onto the wish lists of kids everywhere in Gonswanza as well! The FD-07 is hitting the market as well, with the unarmed model appearing on Gonswanzan shelves, while the 15th gets to enjoy a device to remotely engage infantry from, having a flying flamethrower to further augment themselves along with improved gear and some modified APCs intentionally made for combat in hellish environments.

Alas, the AGL isn't just for the army. In fact, with specially made incendiary shells, it's also being added to the armory of the 15th IWD, while the 71st SWD gets special chemical shells that vary in payload from VX to CX and even thioacetone if necessary, though it's primarily a support weapon rather than a proper method of attack, meant to suppress the enemy and swamp them with noxious chemicals before the infantry can engage properly under the veil of a chemical haze.

When the admiral's order was given, all the soldiers in the fleet began to move busily. The mechanics began checking the aircraft for any problems, and the pilots boarded the aircraft that had been repaired and prepared to take off. The entire fleet was ordered to prepare for battle, and the soldiers responsible for the weapons were ready to pull the trigger in case of emergency.

Destroyers and cruisers surrounded the aircraft carriers and prepared to defend themselves from enemy attacks. Meanwhile, fighter jets began to monitor enemy aircraft from the air.

Furthermore, the Marajarbian government has repeatedly denied their cultural genocide against the Galapagosians and has repeatedly attempted to switch narratives on the topic of giving a proper trial to the perpetrators. Of course, the opening act was rather fitting, or unfitting, given the context of the song. At least it was interesting to say the least, while funds pour in via donations.

Premier Albrecht stormed angrily down the halls of the Ministry of Finance building, heading for the Inspector-General’s office.

That damn lawyer will ruin everything, he thought. Inspector-General Auerswald had announced an investigation into the Director-General of the Mint for embezzlement of funds, funds that the Director-General was sending to Albrecht to further his own political causes in the Volksrat.

This investigation was also highly suspicious to Albrecht. The entire government was corrupt, and any corruption investigations were entirely politically motivated and targeted at political enemies. However, the Minister of Finance who appointed Inspector-General Auerswald was a political ally of Albrecht. He wouldn’t have ordered it unless he had switched sides. So, was it the Minister of Finance who ordered it, betraying the Premier in the process, or was it someone else entirely?

That was what Albrecht had come to find out. He arrived at Auerswald’s office, and knocked at the door. The door swung open, revealing Auerswald.

“Oh, hello Albrecht! To what do I owe this visit?” Auerswald said politely.

“Quit the pleasantries, Auerswald. You know why I’m here. Why did you start investigating Eichwald?” The Premier responded angrily.

“Well sir, I cannot allow corruption to manifest itself-” Albrecht cut Auerswald off.

“Cannot allow corruption to manifest itself? The whole government is corrupt, and you know it!” Albrecht sighed. “How much were you paid to begin investigating Eichwald?”

“Why should I tell you, Premier?” Auerswald asked.

“Because, if a certain Inspector-General were to get rid of my Director-General of the Mint, said Inspector-General would find themself very isolated politically. However, if that same Inspector-General instead pinned the blame on the Minister of Finance, that Inspector-General would become the front runner to take over for him. Tell me who paid you to do it and you will be rewarded.”

“In that case, it was Winzer, the Minister of Defense. He offered me five hundred thousand Volksmarks to do it.”

The Premier’s eyes shined with victory. Finally, a reason to get rid of Winzer, that man that had been a thorn in his side for so long.

This comes after the current trade war that began and the KUN's reentry into the KTO. The current trade war had put restrictions on where the KUN could actually import and export. However the solution had actually came in the form of South Olpen. It is actually South Olpen who came to the KUN and offered such a trade deal in the first place. Representatives meant in the city of Marley in Tulipany Lisamia to discuss the matters of the of trade deal. They came to the agreement that South Olpen would eliminate tariffs on salt and drop them on silk and buy a one time purchase of silt. SIC: The Meretican populace was politically dissatisfied while being politically engaged. That was hardly what the Syndicate needed to swiftly take the reins of government away from Flores and the radicals that were sending this economy in a spiral-- though Hinterland, an economic genius, knew how to solve most of these issues in a number of ways-- but they had to work with the hand they were dealt. Ideally, the nation was ripe for revolution-- rebellion-- but a regime change would have to satisfy the masses. Keeping civilian casualties to a minimum was the plan, but if anyone got in the way, then they would need to be dealt with quickly and appropriately.

At several levels, the government had already been infiltrated-- the Senate, the courts, the monarchy, even the Cabinet-- but there still was work to be done. Hinterland had determined their enemies, allies, government pragmatists, and the people in the middle. Unfortunately, there were many that at least believed in the idea of putting the nation first-- ultimately bending the knee to the nation, no matter what. Luckily, when the King is on your side, it makes it a bit easier to buy the support of key people. Today, he was meeting with one such person-- Senator Jessica Lang of New Sicily. Lang was an old Senator with a lot of tenure in the Royalist Caucus. Year after year, though, she had largely been ignored for major assignments and promotions. Her tenure would provide some much-needed legitimization, however, given her general popularity within her state. They met for nearly two hours, with Hinterland explaining how the King was on board, how the Noble Houses were supporting a regime change, and how many other Senators were supporting the plan. Lang agreed to lend her support, asking that she be recognized in some way for her service in the process. Hinterland agreed, promising a raise in status in the future, before going to a meeting with King Malcolm and retired Chief Justice Mattox.

"Lang is on board," the Senator said. "I convinced three others in addition to her today. The Secret Service is wiring her phones and watching her communications. A few more former Senators have also signed on. The governors that are on board are reaching out to the rest of the governors and the state legislatures. The only state I'm truly concerned about is Eris--"

Even with a new government, some things never change...

His Majesty, with the approval of the National Assembly, has decided to invite both Janpian AND Gonswanzan officials to negotiate better relations with said nations. This has come as a surprise to most, as both His Majesty and the Grand Alliance-dominated National Assembly are staunchly pro-Marajarbia...but have since grown distasteful with their handling of the recent 'trade war'. Most of this criticism falls upon not only Marajarbia, but its allies as well, especially the New San Andreas Republic and the Southern American Federation, citing their actions as a 'major threat to world peace'. This, of course, comes alongside the rising tensions with Muqaddasia, a nation which has - by all means - fallen into a state of irrelevancy.

This decision has not come without controversy, however...with some radicalists (of whom hold little to no power inside the government, and are very few in number) claiming that this decision is "yet another betrayal" of Armenia's "closest allies". These claims have, for the most part, have been brushed aside.

Marauder Bombers were carpet bombing the Chinese coast, trying to destroy the military bases that the Chaos Cultists had captured, as there simply wasn't enough men anymore to hold the entire area as efficiently. A Plan was set up to protect the Vitae Womb facilities so that more guardsmen can be created while the Krieg try to handle the destruction of the cults. A Request has been sent to all allies of Krieg to help with humanitarian operations so that Krieg can focus entirely on the destruction of the rebellion.

Help had arrived. From the R.S.D.F Quill a squadron of Reggio Fast attack bombers began using plasma bombs to carpet bomb the coast of Former Kreig China upt to 100 miles inland. The first squadron bombed the southern coast before having to back off to rearm. When they came back they weren't alone. Waves Of Reggio Bombers dodged enemy Flak and bombing anything larger than a Porta potty into dust. Explosions rocked the morning sky as Cultist anti air tried to take down the bombers. In return the bombers started turning the land into mulch carpet bombing the land leaving nothing but scorched earth I'm their wake. As the Sky's finally quieted. The Cultists looked up they saw the Hull of the R.S.D.F. Reliant a modified Vulcan Class Cruiser, that had been modified for humanitarian relief.

The Ukcrossian government is shocked at the attack on the three gorges dam against their ally, krieg. They send the 32nd and 2nd Conscript Division and the 55th Ukcrossian guard, and lastly 12th Support Brigade to reinforce the krieg forces in china, the force totals at 52,500 men. The force is sent to china by the 2nd Ukcrossian fleet, taking 3 months. The goal is to destroy the rebellion in China and to help stop any future attacks. A extra force for possible reinforcements is mobilized. The reserve is made up of 90th Regulars army, totaling 80,000 Soldiers.

Today, Victoria and Nika Delphina have been appointed to the Imperitoria Concilium by the Emperess and Imperial President. The Twins have previously served in the Imperialis Praetoria and have experience in their respective fields.

Marks of those battles could still be seen in Rome where A large Demon was theirs still giant cracks throughout the cultural site. In The City of Andorra surrounding mountains which had been their years ago were gone, Andorra is Where Chaos and his army faced off agianst a small Roman army which defeated him.
