The Government Shall Not Act Domestically, Except In The Case Of Minting The National government shall not act in domestic matters, and can only enact foreign and military policy. They also control the national currency.

An Armed Forces Shall Be Kept A army consisting of any branches the Tribus deems necessary shall be created. This force will be used to defend the Nations interest. It shall be maintained with Article 2 dues.

No Tribe Shall Ban Movement No Tribe can ban the movement of it’s citizens to another tribe, and this shall be open and without undue restrictions.
