I believe that trying to bring Lithuania into Visegrad's sphere of influence but with a population that hates Visegradians due to past conflicts could be interesting, it could lead to war, extermination or coup, there are many possible scenarios for lithuania

Essentially Phenyzia has been fueling a civil war in eastern france with rebels controlled and funded by them to force a secession of the region. Frozen Conflict has been heated up again by French troops trying to retake the area only for Phenyzia to start bombing them until they retreated. Usual accusations or warcrimes and crimes against humanity being committed by the rebels who refuse to let any international observers enter areas controlled by them.

Interesting, I could step in, what factions are at stake, besides you and these rebels?

Essentially just the French Government atm, a non-nuclear version of france economically completely ruined thanks to decades of Phenyzian funded insurgencies. And against them the East Burgundian Rebels who with Phenyzian aid declard the Free State of East Burgundy. It's a pretty clear cut conflict with East Burgundy really only being recognized and supported by Phenyzia. Final post on page 40 of the IC thread

I know that with peace talks between the KTO and the GCN, having a GCN-state's lunar colony get destabilized by corporatist and communist movements was bad timing on my part, but can someone respond to the political instability in my lunar dominion? I intend for it to become a proxy war (not necessarily a GCN-KTO proxy war), and that needs fuel to stoke the flames.

Given I have a (seldom acknowledged) presence on there, I could have the (now independent) lunar colony I have up there attempt to make amends and act as a diplomatic link between a group up there and Gonswanza proper... Even if it means sucking more resources out of Gonswanza proper.
