Kingdom of the UN, or known as the Lismanian Commonwealth, is effectively kicked out of KTO for their traiterous and fraudulent attempt to disarm KTO. Enforced upon immediately. This ruling cannot be overpowered.

Basically, under watch, not allowed to vote on KTO. Though they can participate on its activities, or contribute stuff. Oh and citizens of yours is not allowed to join the KTO joint force. Which is kinda similar to the UN force.

More akin to NATO than anything, given the UN force doesn't really do anything remotely useful beyond bombing the piss out of Korean farmland (if that)... And being an accessory to genocide in (former) Yugoslavia and Africa.
