if you really think about it the way that ITOFN and our security council works gives us a lot of freedom and autonomy. Joining ITOFN does not mean you have to join GCN and plus there is still some power to be grabbed in ITOFN

Sorry. Meeting with ITOFN is the same as meeting and joining GCN. Trust me. I'm the one that lets people pass at NATO. Have to experience the bureaucracy of having 2 sign-ups. One for NATO, one for GCN
