I've ordered the Test of the new hypersonic go Nuclear Shark Missile.The Space Command Report on the missile launch states while in orbit the Texkentuck Space Command is able to have the rocket burn more fuel or save fuel while using weightlessness of space to keep the Shark missile swimming just above the atmosphere with other satellites. The report from Space Command stated If a satellite crashes into it will not cause harm! At any time Space Command can order the Shark to point downward and will act as a Artificially intelligent rocket on the target that was received from Space Command. As long as the rocket has fuel it can rotate and reach great speed for a target. It will stay in orbit forever if we let it. Also the report released stated the mechanism that causes nuclear fission may drop off into orbit in which a part of the rocket can be retrieved. The part of the rocket that drops off prevents nuclear fission, but the rocket is still just a rockit. This will make the rocket just like the non-nuclear shark missile but it has AI intelligence along with guided on the ground Space Command controllers. Now this makes it in which distance isn't an issue. It may be delivered faster to the target desired. The object of interest was tagged as EUROSTAR-01A, it's orbit deteriorating by the hour as it was pulled inextricably into the Earth's blue skies to it's destruction. However, it would not reach the Earth's embrace intact.

"Combat, do we have a lock?" Ardelov asked, the chief weapons officer looking at the screens, nodding.
"Aye, sir. 1A is tracked, we have a fix."

With the hatch open, the white-hot flare of the rocket's motor launched the interceptor missile towards the skies, the first stage burning out after just twenty seconds in flight. The missile streaked upwards as if it was challenging the lights in the skies themselves. However, the view within the CIC was far less visually impressive, just a new dot marked O-ASM-1X shooting up from the Federatsiy at unimaginable speeds.

"First stage booster separated!" The weapons officer called out to the silent CIC, the tension in the air rising. Ardeleov felt sweat manifest on his brow as the dot grew higher still. The seconds ticked by, a live feed from the Satellite Observation Centre showing the small white thermal dot of the booster amidst a dark grey background of space.

The missile had almost finished breaching the atmosphere now, a speed unlike any other weapon any of the sailors had seen. However, the awe remained unspoken between the various officers, their eyes all glued to the screen and the feed.

"Second Stage separated! Impact in 10 seconds!"
The white dot faded and split off from the final stage, the fairing separating as the kinetic kill vehicle boosted itself towards the failing satellite. At this range, both of them were naught but dots on the screen but the tension ramped up. An until-now untested kill vehicle with only one shot to hit this satellite. Hardly the most glamorous target for an initial attempt, but the two dots collided.

The missile was launched from the flagship of the fleet, the Federatsiy. The test was conducted earlier this morning, with a press release from the president.

"Earlier today, the Navy launched an early operational capability missile with the capability to shoot down targets in low-earth orbit. Despite claims of their invulnerability, satellites move in predictable patterns and speeds, allowing for ease of tracking and interception. Although no further tests are planned, operational capability with ours and the Polish-Prussian navy is expected for the near future."

When asked why this test was conducted, and if it had a relation to the Texkentuck missile and pulse satellite launches, the President had this to say

"I will not confirm or deny the reasons for the test, but should nations continue to weaponise space despite many treaties against it, the option remains to nullify such weapons quickly and efficiently. Better that 20 million dollars is spent on a missile than it causing untold damage to a city and it's infrastructure and the deaths of hundreds or thousands from infections due to water treatment being destroyed."

The Lauzannean government has received a message from the Arpasian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, asking the Lauzannean nation if it would stand side by side with Arpasia and many other nations, or stand with Texkentuck.

The missile test lined up both in this region to test the new O-ASM-1X missiles intended for anti-ballistic missile usage as well as anti-satellite work should the need arise in the future, along with demonstrating the fact that with this situation, orbital weapons are in current use and have shown a capacity to inflict large-scale damage.

It has become clear through monitoring this situation among many others that the Texkentuck government is a dangerous regime with little regard for it's actions on the international stage, breaking widespread and long-standing treaties against placing WMDs in space, advancing into foreign waters without provocation to drill for oil, building military and dual-purpose bases in international waters, threatening nuclear war with no prior escalation and threatening retaliation and war should they be condemned by any party under a blatantly imperialist doctrine that is named as "Force to Convey Power".

However, by that same margin, Lauzanne remains neutral in this current political feud. There is little interest to send her ships, her men and her women to their injury or death for either side, but the MFA would like to remind Texkentuck that any hostile gestures towards Lauzanne will not be tolerated. Should Lauzanne find these pulse satellites charging and it is suspected Lauzanne will be attacked, Texkentuck can expect it's satellites and fancy orbital missile to become debris fields and her government shall receive an invoice for the missiles fired, the fuel spent, maintenance hours carried out and the hourly rate for the operation for all soldiers involved. Should Texkentuck ships be found in the territorial waters of Lauzanne or her allies within the Black Sea, action will be taken.

It is entirely President Bram W. Schirkophf's decision to the future of any relations he may wish to have with the nation of Lauzanne. If he is smart, he will refrain from antagonising further nation-states and perhaps seek to de-escalate tensions with Arpasia, Erloane and others. However, should President Schirkophf decide that firing off more missiles and repeating the phrase "Force to Convey Power" is more important, he will find more and more nations turning against him, refusing trade and seeking to undermine his regime and nation.

To reiterate: Lauzanne does not have a quarrel with Arpasia and Erloane, and little quarrel with Texkentuck save for the constant missile tests and threatening the stability of the world. Should either party make hostile overtures towards Lauzanne, we will defend ourselves and our homeland.

It has intruded territorial waters to satisfy its need for oil, it regularly threatens and intimidates other nations to get its way through missile tests, violated international treaties against the weaponization of space, and maintains the openly imperialist foreign policy of "Force to convey power."
