The Arpasian Government hast stated that they had never shown negligence, nor do her allies show any negligence at all, for the Arpasian Military has been ordered to stand at the ready for a potential strike. Another statement is that the government is more than irritated by Texkentuck's Maritime incursion and unjustified erection of several oil rigs, and that they threaten to cut the stream of Arpasian oil from texkentuck by planting explosives on the derricks of several oil rigs and setting the spilt oil on fire as well as using the navy to blockade and deny access to any Texkentuck ship getting close to the rigs.

It seems that the Revolutionary Council is planning to do the same thing. As such, they will send in 12 Kalingrad-Class Destroyers and 20 Union-Class Frigates, along with 3 Alevayev Class LSD. This will also be followed up by 2 driller ships to take the sweet black gold in Texkentuck territory. Their main mission is to take the same quantity of oil lost by Arpasia, and give it for free. Knowing the terrorists are unpredictable, they set out a few submarines to scout any incoming projectiles or forces, so that the allied ships nearby can react with a RAM missile defense.

Satellites were also set on tracking for any possible hypersonic launch on Texkentuck mainland in order to react quickly. In order to avoid the PULSE satellite launches, the JURM sets out a few tiny explosive box-like satellites that will litter the drilling site's aerospace.

Interceptor aircraft equipped with hypersonic anti-satellite missiles began flying constantly over Erloane due to the nearing launch of the PULSE 2 satellite. Hypersonic ICBMs are aimed at critical military infrastructure and powerplants across Texkentuck in retaliation. After learning of the attack on the civilian oil tankers the Texkentuck Federation Security has added Arpasia as a terrorist nuclear state. The nation doesn't have capablilites to build nuclear weapons. We know that the only nation defending them is King Isles and it's questionable if they can even stop our nukes from Arpasia. A press conference will follow by the department of Texkentuck Homeland Security soon on the matter. President Bram W. Our nation would normally launch a nuke and we are prepared to do so but we intend to go to our allies of the international community on this matter. Texkentuck Royal Navy has given all Texkentuck Oil tankers more security. Our royal navy nuclear submarines have come in contact with the fleet that sunk the oil rig and have struck the ships. Of the ships sunk a crew on board survived and were floating by rafts. Our battleships near by in the waters had troops on board who have pulled sailers from Arpasia out of the water. The 40 sailors are held in Texkentucks' Militarized Prison in Snowland Plaines. The sailers will undergo treatment to make sure they don't have hyperthermia. Vaccinations have been forcefully injected into the captured crew. We didn't see the need to give them our newly developed vaccine. By my shell, has anyone here heard of free speech? After learning of the attack on the civilian oil tankers the Texkentuck Federation Security has added Arpasia as a terrorist nuclear state. The nation doesn't have capablilites to build nuclear weapons. We know that the only nation defending them is King Isles and it's questionable if they can even stop our nukes from Arpasia. Our nation has increased it's defense budget and we will be sending pulse 2 up and it will be operational.

Our nation would normally launch a nuke and we are prepared to do so but we intend to go to our allies of the international community on this matter. Of the ships sunk a crew on board survived and were floating by rafts. Our battleships near by in the waters had troops on board who have pulled sailers from Arpasia out of the water. The 40 sailors are held in Texkentucks' Militarized Prison in Snowland Plaines. The sailers will undergo treatment to make sure they don't have hyperthermia. The Arpasian Government CONDEMNS the TURTLESHROOM government for siding with the Texkentuck terrorists and taking horrendous actions against Arpasia such as the deportation of any Arpasian citizen in their country and an embargo of Arpasian goods which is considered a heinous act by most. In response, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Government has lodged a sanction against TURTLESHROOM and a boycott or all TURTLESHROOM goods entering Arpasia and has made an immediate border closure to deny any TURTLESHROOM or Texkentuckian citizen attempting to enter Arpasia.

In another public statement by the President and Minister of Foreign Affairs, they describe TURTLESHROOM as "deranged" for their overzealous Pro-Texkentuck national sentiment and statements against Arpasia and their actions. The government of Arpasia has called the international community to publicly condemn TURTLESHROOM, whom is now considered as a second enemy to global peace and cooperation.
