'I reiterate that Janpia's suggestion for the Galapagosian military should replace Article 7. Both the GLA and the provisional government become disbanded within the next few months, the Galapagos should get to make their own constitution, army, economic policy both for trade and their economic model, and they can choose which country's troops are allowed on their soil as long as the constitution does not violate the treaty, the army stays out of politics and WMDs are not made, and I reiterate that the GLA and coalition should try to ease relations, to ensure that the coalition does not feel the need to invade the Galapagos and vice versa. If either side does not wish to improve relations, then both sides should sign a NAP. Neutral observers should ensure that the treaty is followed, rather than an organization that either side mistrusts. Socialist and communist parties could exist, as I don't believe that anyone in the Galapagos would vote for them, so they probably wouldn't win any elections anyway.
