Inner Circle, a Lakan “deciding unit”- holding powers nearly unlimited (only the military high command could rule over them in some cases) were holding ANOTHER meeting, this time busy with discussing not if they should intervene into American Civil War- this was out of question, for a state so fixated on waging a (potentially even thermonuclear) war was simply obligated to intervene in civil war, happening right outside of their borders, but rather the question was who and how they would support?

The debates certainly were as entertaining as they usually were. The military, headed by the current Commander-In-Chief, Fieldmarshall Otto Von Ludendorff, also represented by a notable opposition member (and extremely unpopular with the people) Geschwaderkommandant Asuka Langley-Soryu-Ikari-II and Groß-Admiral Von Retkins (both of whom were extremely hateful of each other, mainly for political reasons), as well as several medium-high ranking officers representing other branches were surprisingly unanimous in their judgement- they were fine with involvement “within reasonable limits”- these “limits” surprisingly enough including tactical nuclear weapons being supplied and/or used, but severely against involving anything below regular military units into this- for they feared that reserve or, even worse, axillary army units would suffer so heavy casualties that it would severely undermine any preparations for “The Big War” the country has been preparing for the the past 120 years.

Civilian government, presented by ministers and de-facto head of government (officially this position is occupied by Queen Alexandria but she is way too incompetent and outright considers it boring) First Minister Teilga, who, knowing of “civvies” having little to no word in the question simply asked “not to touch” any Kolonialtruppler units who were currently busy performing “maintenance” in the colonies due to it potentially damaging supply of resources from there as well as requesting for the possible minimization of nuclear weapons being used in the conflict (she was not fearing for citizens or herself dying but rather for the critically important industries being kicked out of working order due to lack of manpower and/or destruction), with the most of the Circle actually agreeing to the said demands (after that Alexandria has told the poor, paralyzed minister a few of newly-learned disabled slurs not because she disapproved of her ideas but simply because she can).

Finally- the intelligence agencies- everyone was here- the Miliz (Lakan police internationally notable for their borderline military level of armament and “very effective” way of dealing with hostage situations by killing both hostages and terrorists), Staatssicherheit (State Security, tasked with preventing foreign intrusions into the government as well as acting as a secret police of some sort), Auslandsgeheimdienst (Foreign Security, like GRU but without agents because they usually end up killing themselves after a few months, instead they usually rely on other methods of acquiring information), CSD (Counter-Intelligence, they consider murdering 10 suspects to gut 1 confirmed spy a good trade off) and the IRS (no explanation needed- nearly the most feared of all other services because they will stop at NOTHING to get payments back- even at international laws, state borders and space) have simply informed the Inner Circle that, if anything, the support should be directed towards the legitimate government- for starters, they still controlled a large part of Commonwealth and even larger part of New England- areas, bordering Laka and if anything NO ONE wanted to go to a “shooting war” with them at this moment, with reserve and axillary armies not fully mobilized, nuclear mines unprepared and industries unevacuated. What they proposed instead was trading off what support they would request for the creation of a demilitarized zone near Lakan border a few kilometers into the States- this would secure them from any American invasion for some time…

All in all, Alexandria was more than pleased with the plan drawn out by the IA’s, however would the US even consider, although for a sizeable assistance to create a one-sided demilitarized zone bordering, be it severely defense-focused stratocratic hellhole so fixated in war that they could actually be considered suicidal? Only time will tell…

“The US government is ineffective in many ways my Kaiser but they are in NATO and you know the drill with that. We have the Freedom movements, popular with the Russians and Chinese they can pose to be a useful ally if we win. I don’t fathom you picking the socialists and the Empire isn’t recognized by anyone and can cause trouble internationally if we side with them. Or we can peacekeep and protect the civilian populations of the states.”

The troops would board the HELO-C’s prepared for them, the wind felt cold on this January day, the fur of the seals fully well protected themselves from this but what could you expect? General Maegg addresses the marines by video address on his HELO-C. He would clear his throat and look to his sides before looking at the camera and giving teh mission debrief.

“You got chess? Or cards? This debrief is going to take two fucking hours. Hell you can give me wat stories of Orizatla or the mango war from your dad, or my dad even.” A soldier would whisper to his compatriot.

“Gentlemen, you know you have a mission, you rose through the ranks and trained vigorously to get to this point, some of you have seen this before and for others this is your hay day. Be grateful and don’t get cocky. You don’t want a bullet flying through your skull by a Burger bastard. Now let’s get to this”

The debrief was long and many just listened as they played chess and cards. Some in the back would here the engines of the HELO’s, old tech that’s refurnished. Some would even head to sleep, the others would tell them when they got there. Was it New York or DC they were gonna drop off in, or hell the wilderness. Who knew at the time.

0900 hours, over Atlanta.

The HELO’s would scan the perimeter, nothing fancy just yet, just a look after all so why not go there for some gun fights. Or maybe not, some woke up as they grabbed their guns and cleaned them. Others looked out windows Ti see the city of Atlanta. But now they would land, the scan showed that teh city was in Republican hands,bombs would be dropped on the city to clear the landing zone as the HELO-C’s began to land, as the doors opened soldiers woukd rush out, engaging in a gun fight with Amy soldier they could see. Tanks would arrive soon but for now they would use Anti-personnel rockets against therepublics

The push through Tennessee was dragging, most of the Northern half of the state, had painstakingly been taken by the Rangers, Airborne and Air Cavalry, but major casualties had been inflicted, the Marines were being moved to the position of these forces to hopefully push forward an offensive through Tennessee, all the way to the Gulf Of Mexico. If Tennessee can be taken.

Within an hour the An-12s arrived over America however there was change of plans they were to land further south and clear the area just jump out of aircraft, parachute your way down and hope you won’t get shot down simple as is.

The Jumpmaster was looking out the door Looking down at the ground he then turned on the red light and looked at his troops “alright y’all get up and hook your self in you are about to jump into battle -“ before he could even finish his sentence a burst from an enemy autocannon shredded through the aircraft killing him, after the shock the paratroopers got ready to jump but before green light came on the engine of the aircraft got hit and was on fire but wasn’t enough to take out the entire aircraft

“Shit shit come on turn green come on” KS-32 cursed under his breath as this wasn’t the way most wanted after few second the light finally turned green “finally I’m getting out of here” KS-32 before jumping out. Once out of the aircraft his parachute opened looking around he could see his fellow comrades make their way down and along with tanks being airdrop towards the ground and few An-12s being shot down

After a few minutes of trying to avoid get shot by enemy small arms KS-32 manage to made onto the ground after a rough landing which was him getting stuck in a tree and falling through the branches and then hitting the ground. After assessing his situation he grab his stgw-57 rifle and ran off to go find his group or what’s left of it

The deafening silence in the Baba Bouian Diplomatic Relations Department's Meeting Room is broken by the thunderous opening of the door; head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Charles B. Chungus, enters the room with a grin smug enough to rile up even the most peaceful of pacifists. He takes a seat, immediately making his presence known through an annoyingly loud cough, before signaling the beginning of the emergency meeting. "So this is about the civil war?"
"Yes, in the States. We are deciding if we should bother getting ourselves involved." The Marshal frowns. "You're late."
"Gotta keep you on your toes. If we need to get involved I say we just move in and take what we can get."
"We can't do that," cries a voice, "the Americans vastly outnumber us! We're already small enough as is, we can't risk becoming a target."
"They're right," says another. "We have to figure out a way to involve ourselves indirectly, to capitalize on the situation and reap the rewards without risking major losses."
It's not as easy as it sounds - ideas are suggested, then immediately shot down, then other ideas are suggested and shot down as well. After an exhausting 2 hours, the doors burst open again - however this time, instead of expressions of contempt, the faces of everyone else in the room give off expressions of fear.
"King Wichdokter? Er, I mean, Glorious Leader & Dictator of the Holy Empire of Baba Boui, King Wichdokter Oooeeeoooahahtingtangwallawallabingbangoooeeeoooahahtingtangwallawallabingbang I?"
The King glares at the Marshal for even daring to refer to him with an incorrect title before turning his attention to Charles. "Greetings, err, we were just, err, discussing our response to the war in the states."
"I heard everything. You cannot agree on anything, can you?" Charles jumps as a pile of papers are slammed on his desk. "These are your plans." The King smirks as he turns to leave. "I'll send the telegram in due time."
After reading over the papers, Chungus lays back in his seat with a look of accomplishment on his face. "It's perfect," he thinks to himself. "We've got nothing to lose."

We understand and sympathise with your struggle - your losses in the Midwestern and Southern front have brought with them low morale and heavy losses. The Capitalists and the Commies are rapidly moving in on what remains of your territory, with intent to crush the true American government, who only seek to help the United States reach its full potential. It seems as if all hope is lost; yet, there is a light at the end of the freedom-shaped tunnel. We are an admittedly small nation with deep pockets. Gun fire would be everywhere. Fire engulfed buildings as rubble falls upon the earth. The Seals are slowly liberating the city of Atlanta. And the generals are planning for a push on the western bit of the city to then encircle remaining Republic armies. Once that was done the army would liberate the rest of Georgia and target other southern states to relieve pressure on DC.

“Hell never seen Atlanta before and hopefully never again” the solider would tell his squad before throwing a grenade. His and other squads have engaged in fire fights for a long time now. But now air support was rumoured to be arriving and help the push on the western sector. A squad member would speak up “sir that republic squad seems to be half gone. We could rush them.” His answer was silently rejected as the squad radioed in for extra info. Air support had now arrived and the city was bombed. The order was given and the soldiers on the western sector rushed at the republic forces. Using melee if needed. By evening the push was still ongoing as the encirclement was planned to finally liberate Atlanta. Tanks would finally roll in as the armoured behemoths paved down rubble like it was mush. The encirclement was almost complete by nightfall as pressure on republic forces was increased.

“Just push, push those bastards out of Atlanta” the general would radio out. Troops on the eastern sector would charge out of cover and spray the republics men, capture higher ranks and anyone who surrenders. The troops would use blitzkrieg tactics to minimize casualties. By evening the next day the encirclement was done as the army pushed in in any remnants of the republic force and force them to surrender.

Aerial bombardments would ensue in neighbouring towns and cities to rat out any republic force. 644 seals died in the battle of Atlanta. It lasted two days, if anyone had doubts now. It was far too late.

The fighting in Tennessee had now become brutal, the 1ST Airborne in tandem with the Rangers were clearing the streets individually, helicopter gunships making quick work of fascist tanks. However, infantry fighting was intense, as the Fascists had every hope of making Imperialiss bleed for every inch of ground.

Meanwhile, the 2nd and 3rd Marine Divisions now had orders:Push into North Carolina from the west. And show no mercy to the communist forces in the state. No surrender is to be accepted, any Imperialiss casualties are worth the cost. But no doubt this would be even more difficult then the fighting in Teneessee, the Republics communists had much better moral, and international support. If Imperialiss had support from another Pro-US nation, perhaps they could co-ordinate.

Alaskan Independence
Following a diplomatic meeting in Alaska and a failed AE attack, Alaska had officially left the Union as the Republic of Alaska with the US government recognising the new nation. NATO forces have moved into Alaska to fight off Siberian forces, due to the new nation being accepted into the alliance.

West Coast Front
Despite heavy and bloody fighting, the entire region has fallen to CIN and AR forces mainly due to the continued focus on the east coast and south fronts. Many now wish to officially separate from the US due to their overwhelming victory and support, leading some US senators to call for the coast to be let go in exchange for sea access.

Greater Midwestern Front
While continuing to lose land, US forces managed to completely kick out the collapsing AE faction from the region as CIN and AR forces pushed to secure entire states from the United States.

Southern Front
Horrendous fighting in remaining AE territory would see thousands of civilians forced to fight, killing most of them as AR, US and CIN forces closed in. Eventually, the AE would fall and their land taken by the forces in the region. Other pushes would see CIN and AR forces taking more and more of Texas and neighbouring states, while US forces made small advances into AR land.

East Coast and New England Front
With the continued use of international and national forces, more land would be seized from the desperate but battle-hardened forces of the AR that have left the entire region devastated and destroyed. Evacuation of the AR forces may soon occur, yet this remains unclear.

The push into North Carolina continues, due to the ideological nature of the fighting between the republics and Imperialiss, the fighting is especially brutal and bloody, with high losses on both sides in multiple engagements.

Today the President of The Republic of Akatlar gave a speech in support of the government. 5 Hours after this speech, a decision was made to lend-lease equipment to the USA. This equipment will include massive numbers of small arms, heavy weaponry such as T493 Tanguk 155 MM Self Propelled Howitzers, and K-12 Multiple Rocket launcher platforms. A later shipment will also include large amounts of T-140 Angara Main Battle Tanks, and 10 FU-48 Dual-Role aircraft. Training crews will also be sent to train the Americans with their new equipment.

Seeing the current state of the frontlines, Akatlar decides to send the 34th armored corps in order to help stabilize the frontlines. Consisting of 45000 soldiers equipped with T140 Angara Main Battle Tanks, Rhino MGS Tank Destroyers, and numerous Infantry Fighting vehicles, the 34th armored corps is a veteran of the second tzatzikistani civil war. This corps also includes support units. Additionally, 200 F/A 181 Black Wasp 2 Air superiority fighters will be deployed.

Lakans (supposedly agreed to the terms issued by the US government), begin deploying Regular army troops to the area. For now, they will be tasked with guarding the rear of United States’ military as well as countering any possible attacks on their supply lines. Their deployment to frontline duty, for now, is just a question of time and training- they just need a little bit more time to spend studying the area, their enemies, etc. They do the necessary work to do in establishing the datalink with the Amerikans, share the necessities and etc.

Lakans begin preparations for an all-out war with Russians- it is well within possibility that they will strike first, and thus a usual strategy of counter-force first strike. It will be carried out by the Schuckert L.S.XIII space bomber (think X-20 Dyna Soar but with modern stuff). Initial targets for the attack primarily include Russian military installations, such as nuclear launch silos, Air Force bases and command centers.

Lakan Königliche Marine (the navy) will begin a blockade of New England, to hamper the evacuation efforts. It will be carried out by a fleet of guided missile destroyers, with an old Missile Cruiser (Varyag-class) as their flagship.

More Sealandian troops are sent to America, with most of Sealandian forces sent to the Midwest front, being more interested in fighting in the northern United States than the south, and viewing fighting in the surrounded AR forces on the east coast as suicidal. Sealand aims to make significant gains in Kentucky and Ohio.

A disgruntled King Wichdokter I slams his fists on the desk, knocking over his perfectly healthy beverage. The Head of the Ministry of Delivering-bad-news-to-people-in-positions-of-power, Ronald Duke, is as disgruntled as he is. "Their territory, sir," he says, hanging his head down. "They lost it. All of it."
The King's face turns red in fury as he slams his fists on the desk again, almost hard enough for it to break. "Confound them! Confound them confound them CONFOUND THEM! I throw all my money, MY hard earned money at them only to watch them crumble faster than you can say 'splickity lit'!"
"Err, sir, it technically wasn't your money, it was all that income we got from the existence tax we recently imposed. You know, the one that practically squeezes all the money out of our citizens?"
"THE GOVERNMENT'S MONEY IS MY MONEY! Money that I could've used to buy a plate of spaghetti the size of New York! You know how big New York is?! You can fit an entire football field on it and still have room for two more! Maybe even three!"
"Or four?"
"Be realistic, Duke, it's not a planet." The King's head falls to his desk in defeat. "Ugh, why do I always end up funding the losing side... like when I gave money to those Australians during the Second Emu War. Seriously, they had guns and everything and they still lost!"
"Well, look on the bright side - thanks to the non-disclosure agreements everyone signed, the word of our failure has not, and never will, get out."
Donald Ruke, head of the Ministry of Delivering-terrible-news-to-people-in-positions-of-power, bursts through the doors with quick breaths and sweat on his brow. "The word's gotten out!" he pants. "Some whistleblower told the guys at Channel 8 news about our secret funding and now it's all on TV! The people aren't happy!"
The King's face turns as pale as a ghost. "That's impossible! It violates the agreements! Who was it?!"
"We don't know yet, but we have bigger problems to deal with." He takes a moment to catch his breath. "Check outside."
The King turns to open the sound-proof curtains - outside are the poor, hungry civilians, taxed to the point of bankruptcy 'for the good of the country', furious at the government's lies. Their message, even through their intelligible chanting, is clear. They want the King dead, and to seize control over the corrupt government.
The King closes the curtains and slumps back in his chair. "I never thought I'd have to resort to this," he mumbles, "but if they don't want to sacrifice their wealth for the greater good, that's on them." He pulls out a bag from under his desk.
"I predicted a revolution would happen ever since I proclaimed myself King of Baba Boui - gentlemen, here are your hats and fake mustaches."
Duke holds them, confused. "I already have a mustache, sir."
"And now you have two. Put it on." The King stands up and walks towards the door. "Tell the Minister of Emergency-Transportation-in-times-of-national-emergencies to ready my jet, and tell the Minister of Defense to send in the military. He will be leading the country temporarily until the rebellion is over." His eyes turn dark as he glares towards the others. "We are fleeing to the Republic of Alaska, as they are the closest to us. We can't let them know it's us, as they're still recovering from the American Empire's invasion and are likely aware of our ties to them. The heavily convincing disguises should be good enough as is, but we'll need to be very careful just in case. If they find out, we'll be arrested, or worse. We shall return when it is safe to. And Duke..."
"Yes, King Wichdokter?"
"Please don't make snow angels. It makes us look childish, as if we haven't been humiliated enough already."
"No promises," he mumbles under his breath.

And with that, the Monarchy was in exile. In an attempt to play it safe while capitalizing on a Civil War overseas, the government had kickstarted a Civil War of their own. It was going to be a rough 2041.

President Martizov was sweating as he prepared to tell his people about Hantuonian involvement in the war, the camera crew gave him his queue to start speaking, Martizov coughed and composed himself.

His speech in a nutshell.. Not much effort was put into this.

"Hello citizens of Hantuonia, we all know the situation in the United States of America. The very reason I am talking to you now is due to this situation. The capital of the free world is in need of help and is calling upon it's allies for that help. We, the great nation of Hantuonia will extend our hand and pull America out of rubble, we will defend democracy. Hantuonian troops are being sent to the eastern front of America to help drive opposing forces out of South Carolina and parts of Florida."

10-thousand Hantuonian troops and 150 tanks were spilling into the Atlantic and prepared for some of the harshest fighting seen since the Kakozian wars. Colt Canada assault rifles were in their hands and shanties were coming from their mouths, they were prepared for the worst.

Nine Days Later..

The troops arrived in Stumpy Point Bay, NC. They planned on pushing back Imperialiss troops and eventually getting into South Carolina, capturing Florida would be pushing their luck.

Meanwhile, the small remaining AR force in New England continued to lose more ground but would continue their heavy resistance with every floor of each building being fought heavily for with supplies being airdropped in and makeshift weapons produced on mass. This slow progress would cause violent riots in Washington DC to end the war, as the killing of fellow Americans continues to be considering outrageous.

Peoples Republic of Dominion announces it will ally with Russia as it is a fellow Orthodox nation in this cause and will support any anti-democratic movement if it is requests aid in any form.

In response to the victories in the midwest, Sealand decides to focus on helping the southern front in a general advance, and reaching Pennsylvania. Sealand will focus on advancing in Kentucky, Ohio and later Pennsylvania and West Virginia for the time being, though the Sealandian military is preparing to link up with CIN forces in the south, and will launch an offensive there if they believe that there will be little opposition to such an advance. Sealand would condemn the riots in Washington DC as unnecessarily violent, while also calling for peace in the United States. However, Sealand has made attempts to increase the pressure for peace in the federal government by trying to keep resistance going in the east coast by sending aid by air to remaining AR forces in the region and reporting on the house to house fighting in the area in an attempt to lower morale and war support for the government forces and public. Propaganda leaflets supporting peace are also being distributed to help achieve this goal.
