This follows increased socialist, fascist and independence movements across the nation due to many factors, mainly the economic crisis that hit North America and the recent second capitol storming massacre that claimed the lives of 200. NATO and the European Military Alliance has quickly begun extracting all nuclear assets from the region, giving them to multiple member nations and allies, adding countless new nuclear powers into the world and shattering the power of China and Russia in Eurasia. The world will never be the same, God bless America, God bless Earth.”

The United States (Dark Blue)
The heavily unpopular government and current nation, backed by NATO and some EU members.


The Coalition of Independent Nations (Yellow)
A very popular coalition of Independence factions across America, backed by China and Russia.


The Republics of America (Red)
Internationally and Nationally popular nation, based on Democratic Socialism, backed by most of Asia and Africa.


The Empire of America (Light Blue)
A heavily unpopular fascist nation, backed by no recognised nation.

"Northwestern Joint Command": Basically a cabal/alliance of several state governors, centered mostly on Minnesota and North + South Dakota, and large parts of the US Army/Air Force, esp. those associated with the Minnesota + North/South Dakota National Guards. Generally more libertarian in alignment than the US Government, though it will start as a 'subfaction' of sorts within the US Government and basically act with it to suppress revolts while trying to effect change from within.

Should the US Government weaken or begin resorting to measures the cabal sees as unjust/unconstitutional, however, they will mutiny and form their own rebel faction.

i would also like to note that the ostensibly 'socialist' rebel faction appears to have significant territory in the west and midwest...which historically has been heavily religious and conservative, and thus probably hostile to anything remotely resembling socialism.

i suggest you place them mostly in the northeast and on the west coast.
also i'd like a bigger map size please

Eh, I think the US already covers it. Also, in this world, socialism is a bit more tolerated in the US compared to the two parties stances as they have become really unpopular.

The point is that it probably will revolt, but it will not at first.

also no not really? socialism being more tolerated is a thing within the urban regions imo. rural regions will become more and more conservative as a reaction.
