Are you interested in some good ole colonial wars with limited nuclear weapons involved? Here in Laka we do not consider nukes to be “OH GOD OH NO DONT EVEN THINK OF USING ONE” rather somewhat around “really big bomb we use for cases where conventional weapons are economically inefficient to use or when we need to utilize it”. I mean your men could probably nuke an outpost- the military would brush it off as just another terrorist attack with nuclear weapons- happens here few times in a decade.

I’d prefer not to turn my colonies (in which the conflict is strictly LIC/Guerrilla) or my mainland into a wasteland while I have only 6 Nuclear ICBMs in my Arsenal, thank you very much.
