I find it extremely ironic of SM to “spread democracy” as their so called “democracy” only allows votes when it is in their favor. I would also like to point out the irony of a “democratic alliance” having colonies and the new bill for them basically ensures that any attempts at independence will be met by force

That is actually not entirely correct, as the ideas of being a democratic alliance that had colonies was not mine to begin with. Additionally, I really do not care if any bill goes in my favor or not. It's a system run by its members, so all members decide what happens. I'm just the original person who came up with the idea of GCN. The rest is just ideas from other members regardless if they founded the alliance or not. It's because of this very reason as to why GCN is democratic and yet has colonialism.

Galapagos nearly invaded me, I attacked their base on Cyprus, they ran away. So now The Williams Empire is blockading me and will probably invade me. Peaceful times, eh?

The Gold Leaf and the Liberal Democrats united after the Lib Dems. got crushed by the Gold Leaf, creating the Galapagos Republic that soon won the civil war. They then briefly intervened in ZN before failing to launch a crusade against IHS. Now the Galapagos is liberalising and it's economy is growing after the war. Oh yeah, and Gonswanza's world has erupted into nuclear war now.

That isn’t what I am doing. What I am doing is letting you know that your alliance is in decline so badly that the entire "cold war with GCN" is not bearing as much fruit as you may think.
