Yes, probably. That FT thread could be the thread where that Krieg guy and those space people post, or even Gonswanza given the fact that they somehow believe they exist in GCN Canon despite GCN being ahead by 4 IC years or so based on their posts. A non-FT one would actually be good.

Nope. Tongan law states that Tongan soldiers can only be trained by Tongans. For the record, that law was made during the Han invasion.
