SO, I will queue your space act, but I have seen the bill itself, and it looks like it dwells deep into PMT/FT territory. GCN is around PMT, but most of the current claims to space made by others on the GA thread are somewhat unrealistic to me.

That seems fair enough. Space shouldn’t be as much of a focus though. Let’s leave the focus more down to Earth.

I have to say that if such a thing ever goes through, I might just so happen to decanonize it from the lore, or make it canon for me that GCN won against KTO, because a merger with that not only screws over the already established lore, but it causes some minor OOC problems that I don't want to share as of yet.

That will never happen. It just doesn’t exist, and neither will any proposed merger due to it being essentially nonexistent.
