As you can see, I’m pretty much free to use ICDN because it’s dead, and the ruling stands with NATO I think. Now, I don’t want to take this to moderation, but if I have the right to use the IP, then I can just use it whenever I want so long as it’s an alliance long dead or the founder of those alliances somehow agrees to a merger. NATO has been dead for a very long time.

Because it has a place here, and you aren't respecting that. Forgot to mention that until the GENA is officially open, this sign up thread, as well as some GCN IC threads will remain open until the 11th of June. This is because on June 12th the GENA will be open and will be the transition period in which GCN becomes the true next World Assembly.
