I agree with SM. Working with fascists is terrible, but if it means you can help the rest of the world. Basically, it's the trolley problem. By switching the lever to the one guy, aka allying with authoritarianists, kills him, it saves four more, aka everybody that can be savedwith a bigger military and more influence.

No. I mean everyone on the tracks. If GCN is an ever loving democratic alliance, why would it ally with the non-democratic one? It only harms their alliance integrity and ideals in general. And maybe lowers its reputation. Oh wait, GCN rep is low anyways

Really like how new alliances are being formed. A lot has happened since the start of the GCN-KTO Cold War. ULIBOR’s taken care of slavery alongside AFAASA, Cypriot-Rhodes is back, a few trade deals and infrastructure agreements are in the works, and new superpowers and alliances are rising. This is something big for Civil War Season’s second half with June coming up in the next 2-3 weeks.

I believe that this second half would primarily be focused on redefining alliances. Alliances that will usually be able to stay around even during the third half in around August-September. It’s those alliances which usually last a long time that allow for new superpowers to rise, such as how GSA’s NATO helped Janpia become a superpower.

Then of course, there’s slaver crusades and rivals, but with the way things are, the Sixth Slaver Crusade will probably come in a month or two, and even then ULIBOR, AFAASA, and any major anti-slavery coalition that forms would have things in the bag. Any new rival that comes forth and opposes myself or any alliance I just so happen to be a part of will probably either ally with KTO, or KTO wouldn’t even be a rival anymore depending on the time GCN gets its 14th Alliance, as well as how big the alliance in question is. Regardless, prepare for some bangers.
