In a Party Central meeting, the People's Marshal, Yorischa Juneschen, has stated that the KTO has been successful on implementing the containment policy against the GCN. More specifically, the Marajarbian Government. She stated that the Marajarbian Government is nowhere to be seen in every international conflicts, even in to their own allies. "They are stuck on their own land, and in their delusional imperial ambitions of acquiring alliances". Recently, the People's Marshal delivered her letter to the Party Central, which declares the existence of the state of armed conflict between the Party, and the Medianist Government of Muqaddasia. The 3rd Largest Fleet of the Revolutionary Navy, the Sichanashi Fleet, were dispatched for the said conflict. The Marajarbian Government remained silent in the conflict, only focusing on a merger, which will destroy ULIBOR's neutrality. Furthermore, it is also noted in history that the Marajarbian Government also remained silent during the Aursian Civil War and the Visegrad Civil War.

The elected union representative of Semori Farmer's Union and Chikali Woodwork Union were shot down in an alleyway near the Morikava Hotel. A CCTV footage from the said Hotel shows 2 representatives passing by an alley. Seconds later, 2 people arrives in a motorcycle and halts the 2 representatives. One of them shows out a pistol, while the other searches the victims. After clearing the representatives, he shows out his gun, and shoots them dead. The victims is Periva Mukanov of the Semori Union and Ulyusha Warivasa of the Chikali Woodwork Union. Both representatives has voted aye on to the declaration of the state of armed conflict against the Muqaddasian Government at the Union of Party Members Committee. The murder happened at around 7:00PM WJT. The 2 Worker's Unions will launch a meeting later.

The Public Marshals has identified the 2 suspects, with another 3rd possible suspect who could've been the accomplice or planner. The 2 suspects is already on the hands of the Public Marshals for interrogation, to find out their motives and their possible planner. Evidences are also collected from the crime scene, along with the spotted AFIS, and their gun. The Public Marshals are also investigating how did they get handguns, despite the heavy ban of projectile weapons. For the sake of their safety, the Public Marshals did not release their names and will only be revealed once the suspects are proclaimed guilty on the court.
