Tell me, if the GCN only passed pro-Capitalist laws and exploited any local in any colony, then how is the GCN OEZ program failing? Also, please note that it’s an economic zone program. Anyone who recalls the SETZA knows that it took time for it to gain popularity.

I would also like to note that joining GCN would automatically enter the recruit into a series of free trade and infrastructure agreements. That’s purely because of economic policy.
