IC: This is a message from the Government of Southeast Marajarbia:

After months of tense relationships between the Global Alliance and United Federation, which led to the decline and revival of the Global Alliance and the increased development of its breakaway, known as the United Federation, from the decline, the world is finally ready to move on to peace. In order to ensure that peace is secured, the world requires a new World Assembly, one with just and equal, free and fair laws, alongside elections taking place every now and again. We need an alliance with its own political parties to be established, and one with 3 assemblies to Legislate, Enforce, and Control to prevent power grabbers from power grabbing as well as to ensure and enforce legislation.

So far, the Global Confederation of Nations is an alliance of alliances dedicated to world peace and security, establishing trade routes, intervening in military affairs throughout the world to keep the peace, building cities, freeing slaves, ensuring democratic transitions of power, and laying the foundations for the future of alliances in the years to come. With over 12 alliances and still growing, the Global Confederation of Nations has proven itself to be the next big attempt at a genuine, reliable World Assembly successor, that isn't only dedicated to making its mark on the world, but also to setting examples and laying the necessary foundations for the future of the alliances that make up II and its future.
