ZN basically did something similar almost exactly a year ago in another big European war RP, it made ZN the nation very unpopular and sanctioned by a very large coalition made up of not only many independent nations, but the big alliances of the time as well. Went so far to result in a regime change.

SM, the new Constitution has flaws. The biggest one is approving queued, but not passed bills, but I also disapprove of the Founders clause.
