We have a new official recognized partner alliance, known as the Liberation Army. The Liberation Army is primarily a Collective Pact Counterpart with the sole goal of having an active alliance military force. Signups for that can be found here and in OP.

Mostly true, but we’re going to exist and also act as the GCN’s main humanitarian wing until the GAF is created, and afterwards act independently. It’s a humanitarian organisation mostly independent from any other alliances that allows us to act outside of individual interests and do so quickly.

UNDA can merge, yes. Just make an alliance app. It doesn’t make you an official founder, but since you founded UNDA, that gives you a seat on the Founders Council.
