The Desk of the Foreign Affairs Secretary of Namwenia, Jennifer Trotter Onaw • Westor Commissar Forestieri: The plans submitted on 9 July 2023 have been approved by the Onaw City Department of Permits and Construction have approved movement on construction. A plot has been set aside for the more permanent embassy near the Primary Government Complex (PGC) in Onaw. The permits have also been approved and work can begin within the next week whenever your team wishes to begin. Local Namwenian state-sponsored construction crews are available to assist if you wish to use local labor for the task. The Onaw Construction Union would be happy to work with your team to provide assistance with the job. Engineering and architects from the Westor Engineers Guild have a set of plans for constructing an embassy in Nova Sybaris and will provide them to the appropriate agencies for their review and approval. Ambassador Gahyeon Swanson will come with the plans as well as view potential locations for the proposed embassy. In the interim, she and her team will work with your local team on a location for a temporary work space for the Ambassador.
