OOC: Only ground troops. Nothing more, nothing less.

OOC: 1) I would like to point out that air and navy is the only way I can be involved given that if I only intervene via ground, I would have no way to get in since as I take it, Hantuonia is literally across water from me. If I were to send troops I would have to use ships or planes to send in those troops...which means air or naval support. 2) Air and naval arguably is less involvement than ground given that air and naval ultimately can't take or hold ground. 3) this doesn't even affect you given that we're ignoring each other.

That's what we were trying to do until Hantuonia started harboring the terrorists, which resulted in violence, war, and death. This issue will be handled by the proper authorities. However, Hantuonia and its president are held accountable for playing a role in destabilizing the Galapagos. The Government has also proposed that the punishment of the Hantuonian Government be the same fate as the Galapagos. A GA colony with a democratic president that is both pro-GA and capable of actual diplomacy.

South Olpen agrees to give the Galapagos to the GA and it’s own citizens. South Olpen agrees saying that the punishment fits the crime and that no one in SO feels sorrow for the plight of either nation.

Captain Virgil Gallo, a large man with a quiet demeanor shifted his gaze towards the WO's screen before stating his order in a hushed tone, perhaps to respect his fellow crewman's belief. "Make ready the next nine, we're not terribly far from the next waypoint."

The command was acknowledged in a subtle nod as the submarine continued its silent crawl through the East Baltic. Pumpjet blades spun, hidden in their shroud as the last of the nine UMC/103 canister mines drifted away from the vessel through their flotation and positioning propulsion systems. The 7.7 meter-long near featureless tubes spread a moderate distance from their origin under integrated power before beginning the process of arming. Each mine would moor itself to the seafloor and allow the canister launcher section to float a distance above the catch. The UMC/103 being a influence mine system, possessed an array of undersea sensors capable of detecting sound emissions, magnetic abnormalities, and changes in the surrounding water. If the fused sensor data would ever meet the criteria for a launch, the canister section would release, swiftly floating to the surface and stabilizing, allowing the VMM/105 Chimera missile within to launch, guided based on programmed mine sensor data or under its own terminal seeker. In several hours with the Lich long departed, these mines would self-arm.

Proceeding in its mission, Minerva's SSGN would similarly mine several key waterways in the shallow Baltic. Acting on the intelligence provided by the PPC, these key fields would hopefully strike at the logistical inflow of those partaking in the Hantuonian Invasion.

We’re putting a complete end to the conflict, accepting the complete ceasefire from Hantuonia provided they immediately cease funding operations towards the Galapagos rebels.
