I have personally tried on the GA RMB to convince ESS to create a new thread or create a thread in Moderation asking for an undo of the merge, but he has not done any of that.

How many times do I have to tell you that an alliance run by its members has nothing to do with bumping? Nobody is allowed to bump, myself included. It's not help, it's unnecessary spamming. You're being very uncivil and rude and continue to use logical fallacies such as appeal to hypocrisy to convince yourself that you are right.

I guess you have a point. I've done a very similar thing and had my threads accepted without a mod counter. That doesn't mean that they are willing to accept it this time, but I do find it very annoying especially since most threads were not "programs", but were threads that we genuinely needed to remain organized. At the very least and as a sort of compromise, we're going to need our OOC thread, our IC thread, our voting thread, and our 3 branch threads. This still amounts to 6 threads, but this shouldn't count as spamming since each are definitely needed, and all of our proposed and previous threads were establishments that were already active from the beginning. The branches, which I think you're assuming are the "programs we haven't even started", were actually already established before the alliance became a thing as a sort of successor to the board threads of the previous alliances, and as a method for each branch to function properly, and are something every Alliance Founder agrees on.
