The Stalwart Syndicate of French-Kowloon-Meretican Cooperation serves as a major line of defense for democracy, civil rights, freedom, and national sovereignty. Members of the Syndicate work as economic, military, and political allies for the betterment of civilized society. The Syndicate encourages international cooperation but urges all member nations to stick to their political and philosophical beliefs as those with no beliefs have little chance of surviving the cruel, wicked game of international diplomacy.
The Stalwart Syndicate stands opposed to alliances and organizations that attempt, by dubious means, to compel or coerce nations to support the creation of an international treaty, group, or alliance. Many such organizations are created with the attempt to either publicly or privately control politics, economics, or policies within a region or nation. Organizations that prove to be particularly tenebrous or obscure shall be asked to adopt policies supporting transparency. Member nations are expected to be relatively transparent with their populace; the Syndicate does, however, understand that certain things are matters of national security that ought not to be released to the masses.
The Stalwart Syndicate stands opposed to the spread of blatant falsehoods, also referred to as lies. The sharing of falsified information is a great detriment to international security and has, on more than one occasion, led to great harm among international diplomatic groups. The intentional spreading of falsified information shall lead to immediate punishment within the Syndicate; the accidental spreading of falsified information shall also lead to punishment, though less severe. Opinions and facts are two different things. Opinions are based firmly on facts, philosophy, and (occasionally) speculation; they are fully informed.
The Stalwart Syndicate acknowledges the existence of other global alliances, such as the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), for holding similar goals to the Syndicate. The Syndicate is proud to share common interests with other alliances and hopes to eliminate tyranny wherever it may exist.
