Your leader/diplomat and Security Have walked through the doors of the UCCR and all World leaders walk through the medal detectors of Texkentuck Federation Security. Security Personal from your nations are asked to report all weapons and equimpment which they are supplied with before entering the building. Security that has arrived ahead of time have been through the process. The detectors on everyone including security is to check for explosive devices. It's UCCR protocol. We will be going down the hall to the left to the UCCR Dinner Hall. At this moment the only nation who is a member of our region is the Republic of Gholistan. In being an actual Member of the UCCR a nation must meet strict guidelines. It's not important to have more member nations, but to meet in our ranks of this organization. Welcome to the state Dinner? The President will arrive soon and so will the President of Gholistan. The President will be congratualating John Meno of Gholistan on our victory. The President will introduce the nations in attendance to our new purpose of the UCCR in holding a Grand Summit. Once a month for members nations of international order or not to come together. A place to express their views of world affairs or national affairs. No proposal is made here but expressed and possibly we can form a better union of understanding and coalition. The President will talk on this subject in a short speech. We are also unveiling a gift of a statue that will stand outside the UCCR for all Nations who Participate. The statue will simply be known as the Statue of Diplomacy. Thank you and please order your meal and the president will be here.

In walks a TFS agent with an ear peace dressed in a black suit and a few others. Proceeding between the agents is President Bram W. Schirkophf. President Schirkophf walks up the small stage like platform to the podium that was put in place. The President has a smile on his face and states.


Welcome to Dominion Square of Capitalist Bloc, Texkentuck....We are thankful you can join our dinner here tonight. We are here to celebrate the end to fascism beneath our border and to celebrate the new government we helped to carry out beneath our border. That nation is Gholistan. Gholistan is another nation in a far off land and when our nation called upon the international community the far off government and nation of Gholistan answered the call and helped us fight and put an end to the atrocity. Gholistan adopted the tribal lands beneath our border and we are still working to build the new republic up economically. Texkentucks' Government thanks John Meno for being here. President John Meno on numerous occasions would meet in Capitalist Bloc during the war and drew up a plan in the way he will mobilize troops from his nation to our southern half of the continent. We won that war and now we have a free and democratic government beneath our border in which for the first time citizens expeariance not being in worker camps but in owning a buisness or helping to build a buisness through hard work and get paid. We are thankful for Gholistan. We reveal our gift to the Gholistan Government this gift.

President John Meno we gift this jet to your nation as a jet to symbolize your nation in general and to remember this gift as an appreciation for helping Texkentuck end a war to the south that could have disrupted the very core of our nation. We bring to you waiting in St. Ignatius Loyola AirBase 3 of such jets for your nation and your presidency to use to spread your nations ideal. Please accept these presidential Jets built by us to your nation!

To end this speech I would like to thank all world leaders for being here today to help in this celebration. Our nation looks to enrich diplomacy. On your way to this hall you may have noticed another room that looks like a place for diplomacy for many nations. We invite your nations to please show up to our world summit to make your nations concerns heard, to form coalitions for your cause in the world assembly, and to discuss any matter or feeling your nation wishes for the world to here. Our Grand Summit is next month. We have sign ups. We want for nations to have more power and a voice in this mad world. Our nation may someday join the WA again but for now we will talk of issues that matter to our nation and we will join the WA when we have much support to make real change. The World Summit is an international gathering but not an organization that puts laws or proposals in place but simply a summit for nations to come together to voice their concerns or rhetoric. Towards the end of the dinner we will reveal our statue which will stand in Border Cove Ocean, Texkentuck as a symbol of this gathering. Thank you and enjoy...

Then he states bring the whole bottle of red wine and pour it into my glass. Also at the end of the dinner fill up this golden chalice full of brandy. I plan to get plastered.....

The president looks to the Republic of Republic Of Ludwigsburg and states are you planning to show up to the world summit? A guy walks over with a suit case and slides it next to the leader of Ludwigsburg. The President States that for you and you. We are going to make sure everyone gets a brief case for being here. It's a simple gesture of we are thankful you are here. In the suit case is 1 million TexkMarks just for you. No need to tell your government. If you can't accept just give it to your nations treasury.
