10% of the combat troops that stayed behind are deployed, the lack of any advantage in surrendering (even to a coward) means they fight harder. In addition 20% of the logistics personnel are deployed.

OOC: he supported it. We were doing just fine as a nation but your selfish needs came first in your eyes, also I have offered to Spare them if the rebels surrender.

a trial of a Rebel Officer that was caught by the Kingmen Army was subject to a fair trial, after only 30 minutes the jury had reached the verdict, the jury announced that they were Guilty of attempting to overthrow the Government, after this was announced the judge had no other choice but to say this:
"Your crimes are one of several while plotting to overthrow the rightful Goverment, you are a disgrace, and that you are to be taken to a lawful prison, and then a Lawful place of execution, where you will suffer death by hanging."

The Kingmen Government decides to surrender, but only if these circumstances are met:
The Kingmen Government and Royal family can not be harmed or imprisoned,
We do not negotiate on Tyranti lands or Tyranti occupied lands as Tyrantis can't be trusted,
Tyrantio doesn't get any colonies of the former Kingmen Empire, this rule applies to other nations.
