With a total of 3,500 personnel being sent, including scientists, supports staff, sailors, etc.

Look man, there is no way you can bring all those ships and infantry, and still have only 3,500 personnel. Until you post a link to an RL Equivalent of each of your ships whose sailor count would be at that number, you'll have to revise your app. Also, "5 Battalions of 1500 Infantry" is 7,500, passing the cap by itself.

A large majority of men on ships like this are assigned to maintenance/command, so a skeleton crew would still put you over. You could take out one of your infantry divisions to put it under the limit, however.

We intend to have a squadron of B2 bombers or Warthogs patrol and bomb strategic targets around the capital 24/7. Our nation will take up to 1 million refugees and help them access citizenship for Texkentuck. We will fly them from the island to one of our battleships. The Battleship will help them access a point of departure to fly on a plane to a destination they are able to go. We will have nuclear submarines and battleships in patrol as well as our pulse Satellite armed to disrupt anything in a 10X10 mile radius on armed area. It takes a week for the weapon to power up and more and likely won't be used for this conflict. We may use it if enemy forces try to build any type of powerplant. For the sake of the people if it's nuclear in nature we will find another way. It sends down a non-lethal energy wave that disrupts unprotected electrical systems. It's non-lethal unless it continues to send energy of that force on an area for more than 10 minutes. It can only hold out for 3 min at this time so no one is able to get radiation poisoning. Space Command back in Texkentuck will have satallites in space monitoring the war. If a drone strike is necessary we may choose to do such actions. TFS Agents are here to help the Republic and are open to cooperation with allies to make the Republic win.
