While 200 members of Piikalas elite special forces will be deployed into Sri Lanka to ensure that word of Piikalan involvement will be kept to a minimum. With five battalions of 1,000 Armored infantry marines being sent in to provide security for Piikalan humanitarian workers. A support fleet made up of 3 troop transport, 1 fuel tanker, 3 landing ships, Maintenance support barge(Essentially a floating machine shop, hanger, power station, sewer plant, water purification plant, helicopter pad, and bar all stacked into a two-story-high Ocean Barge), and two armored long-range Escort Tugboat. With a total of 3,500 personnel being sent, including scientists, supports staff, sailors, etc.

It’s probably not a good idea to attack them, especially since they’re keeping the IED problem from getting mount of control by helping guard roads from the NF.

In light of the updates about the state of the Republic of Ceylon, I would like to update my military presence to include the following:

1. A long-range artillery battalion (comprised of 18 Whirlwind rocket launchers) - 220 troops
2. A helicopter squadron comprised of 6 attack helicopters - 250 troops, to include a security detail for the helicopters.
3. A pipelaying battalion ¬ 500 troops and various pipelaying equipment
4. A Combined Drone Battalion, responsible for both piloting drones and instructing Ceylonese in their use - 500 troops, to include both drone operators and base security personnel. This will include also two SPC Athena-H solar-powred drones.
5. 50th Separate Combat Engineer Regiment - about 1300 men with assorted combat engineering equipment, road-layers, cranes, water purification stations, and so forth. 13 APCs are also present.

Between this and the 50 commandos mentioned in prior posts we're getting to just over half of the permitted number, with 2600 men. It will take several weeks IC time for all of these men to fully deploy.
