The Civil Defense Force? That has yet to be set up because of the GLA.

Yes, I am SO, but I would prefer either a nation acting only as America, or a nation that is, in their canon, America play it. That or me. And in a case where another player plays, I determined the first few days of the war, including American responses, in the OP.
