Even though it's SIC, you know that action can potentially lead to a war should the Marajarbian Federation's Government find out. If there is a war, I have three questions. The first is if you have nukes. The second is regarding what specific parts of Latin America you control. The third one is regarding the location of the Gonswanzan capital.

You do know that Gov. Andrews isn’t in control, right? He doesn’t have that much power, and is working with SO's Gov. Vriken right now, which means he isn’t a threat. Gov. Andrews is calling for, not enforcing, the hard labor policy at all.
