E.) Assuming that E is true, and assuming that the Clones can and will be hurt in warfare, then it can reasonably be argued that any potential battles double as sessions to torture clones as they will be hurt physically, mentally, and spiritually against their will.

I want to hear the justification and clauses from the Vikanias about this adventurous project. Why Vikanias didn't consult with us in Nato before embarking on such an ambitious mission?

So if the current rp year is 2035, and 200 years ago is 1835. there would be some serious problems in cloning anyone from that time period. Along with the fact that the body condition is probably not great(Hence the reason of death). And the fact that any human 200 years ago is probably suffering from many types of body problems. That includes lead poisoning, water poisoning, and food poisoning. And not only would you not be able to instantly make an entire army, but it would also take a while to teach a 200-year-old soldier to use a gun. As the man is used to single-shot muskets. And the fact that the country would go broke trying to mass produce clones with horrific imperfections and many, many deaths due to the mad dash to try to repair and correct genetic code due to errors in replication that occur naturally as mutations.

Even if it somehow works, out of 100 clones, about maybe 50-70 of them would have some kind of mutation (heterochromia, chronic disease, lactose intollerance, etc), 20 or so would die and the rest would be dead on copies of the original.

In spite of minor setbacks with drones (EMP, cyberwarfare, jamming...) they are effectively superior. Cheaper, far less maintenance, far fewer imperfections, ease of manufacture.
