I wouldn't have stuck my nose into it if you hadn't used a Meretican citizen. I wouldn't have said a word per my national sovereignty policies, but you dragged me into it by using a Meretican.

As I have said before he died over 200 years ago and was a Vikaniasian citizen who formerly was a Meretican soldier.

A.) In the eyes of Meretica, a Meretican citizen abroad is still a Meretican citizen, even if they hold dual citizenship.
B.) It's still grave robbery, which is heinous regardless of the circumstances.
C.) Neither the family nor the Meretican government was consulted, meaning that Vikanias was "found in the act of disturbing the grave without the consent of the proper authorities" per the Meretican Grave Interment Act of 1923.
D.) These clones are created purely to fight in wars and thus far they have been required to work in Vikanias's army. Even if there are Clones that say they wish to join the army:
-How can we be sure Vikanias hasn't/won't falsify records to keep its clone army intact?
-Or hasn't tampered with the thinking process of the brains of the clones to make them think that they want to serve in the army? (Which was a major issue in Star Wars: The Clone Wars in multiple episodes.)
E.) Assuming that E is true, and assuming that the Clones can and will be hurt in warfare, then it can reasonably be argued that any potential battles double as sessions to torture clones as they will be hurt physically, mentally, and spiritually against their will.

I want to hear the justification and clauses from the Vikanias about this adventurous project. Why Vikanias didn't consult with us in Nato before embarking on such an ambitious mission?
Secondly, If what Meretica has claimed to be found true then, it's a violation of some resolutions and the UN Charter and also becomes a legal matter and a case that should be held at International Criminal Court or European Union International Court.

I didn't think I needed to get involved in this argument. But with this info I just want to make a comment. So if the current rp year is 2035, and 200 years ago is 1835. there would be some serious problems in cloning anyone from that time period. Along with the fact that the body condition is probably not great(Hence the reason of death). And the fact that any human 200 years ago is probably suffering from many types of body problems. That includes lead poisoning, water poisoning, and food poisoning. And not only would you not be able to instantly make an entire army, but it would also take a while to teach a 200-year-old soldier to use a gun. As the man is used to single-shot muskets. Just my grain of salt.

And the fact that the country would go broke trying to mass produce clones with horrific imperfections and many, many deaths due to the mad dash to try to repair and correct genetic code due to errors in replication that occur naturally as mutations.
Even if it somehow works, out of 100 clones, about maybe 50-70 of them would have some kind of mutation (heterochromia, chronic disease, lactose intollerance, etc), 20 or so would die and the rest would be dead on copies of the original.
