SIC: The Sealandian Parliament is now once again divided on which side to support, having agreed to support the GLA in secret as long as the GLA followed international law and allowed for democracy a well as seeing what some foreign powers have done to defeat the GLA, while also having sympathies for the Galapagosian government yet again due to their reforms, it decides to discreetly limit aid to the government to economical aid, while also sending similar amounts of aid to the GLA. Sealand is trying to keep the divisions and the policy secret from both SM, SO and the GLA, and Parliament privately wants to leave the Galapagos, while knowing that it must keep both sides happy to ensure that Sealand does not fall foul of either side.

Atlantica Endorses the Carlson Plan, Pledges to Uphold Galapagosian Freedom and Democracy 'against South Olpen' if Necessary

The Atlantican Senate voted overwhelmingly in favor of endorsing the Olpenese-proposed Carlson Plan, which aims to fully implement a Commonwealth-style democracy in the Galapagos within six years, with the vote tallying up at 91-9. The House of Representatives also passed the endorsement resolution 339-61 two days ago. The endorsement legislation formally positioned Atlantica firmly on the side of South Olpen in this conflict, and effectively diplomatically condemned the Galapagos Liberation Army for instigating unnecessary violence and chaos in the Galapagos.

However, the endorsement also now holds the Atlantican government under President Robert Carter liable to ensuring that Galapagosian freedom, democracy and self-determination are recognized by the South Olpenese government even after the full implementation of the Carson Plan. The resolution clearly states, 'the Commonwealth of Atlantic States also recognizes the fact that the Atlantican Government must now ensure, whatever the cost, the continued maintenance of freedom and democracy in the Galapagos'. Essentially, Atlantica could now intervene in the Galapagos against South Olpen should the Carlson Plan be implemented in a 'diluted or convoluted manner'.

The Inner Circle meeting concerning, generally, the undoing Galapagosian conflict and more precisely, the Carlson plan has been surprisingly calm, lacking any examples of usually uninterested Alexandria shouting and swearing at everyone involved (baring Ludendorff of course because even she is respectful of the man). From the beginning, Alexandria has stated that despite her severe dislike of the way Galapagos was treated by the Olpenese (which she still has a personal grudge against because of the First Trial) and the SM, in her beliefs, the duty the nation still holds to Meretica outweighs this. Neither the less, the debate were very active- Teilga has proposed and essentially defended her plan, which could be summed up to “Support no one, denounce no one, do not take in anyone, leave the KT (Kolonialtruppler) at home. Her opposition, headed by Ludendorff were instead pledging for the support of UF-backed government in the area, due to the possibilities which increased military cooperation could bring. Despite the relationships with us being better than any other time during the last 30 years, the threat of an active confrontation with NATO was as dangerous as it always was. Both sides have treated each other with respect, always remaining near the top of the Graham Pyramid. In the end, they’ve agreed that nominal support should be secretly proposed only to Meretica, however, no open actions should be taking regarding the action.

Frontlines
Oceanian Troops in trucks and Bear APCs were waving flags of Galapagos among them were the new Pariah tanks most of them were decorated with inscriptions either on the tank or on the gun barrel such as "152mm of liberation", "When there's death there's war when there's war there's Oceania", "Mirolovac fighters" however among them was the inscription relating to the KV-1 tank such "Living up to the KV-1 legacy", "Grandson of the KV-1", "Klimi or Kiwi" and "Medium turret KV" the troops will be enforcing and boosting manpower and firepower in places that are near the frontlines they are to deter anyone from taking the towns and cities they were told that if they get attacked they have the permission to return fire

Sealand on the lowering of aid to the coalition stated that it was necessary to limit aid so that Sealand could focus on building trains using those blueprints from the Balkans. Little news has been heard about the train blueprints since they were acquired, though it appears that Sealand had been preparing and planning for the construction. This is expected to take several years, and will help with commercial and military travel times. Sealand has also reached its previous targets for nuclear stockpiling, and it is now fitting hypersonic missiles to them. Little Brother says that this means that nuclear funding will be massively reduced, and military funding will instead be used on conventional warfare.

SIC: Sealand also lowers aid for the GLA, presumably for the same reason. Meanwhile, Parliament aims to send as little aid as possible to both sides using the train construction to justify this. They are doing this as they no longer show an interest in the Galapagos, believing that the coalition intends to create a democracy, and that the GLA will follow the UN's proposal to get aid as long as it is democratic. Due to this, Sealand is trying to send minimal aid to both sides.

It would be noted that Germany would be on the side of the coalition. Bavaria would also carry a detachment of 30 marines. Messages would be sent to the members of the coalition to inform them of this deployment.

German air squadrons are put on high alert in the northwest of Germany, with the government explaining that it is a 'precautionary measure'. It is, in fact, preparations for air deployments to the Galapagos.

Gonswanzan chatter within Kotun speaks of more intent to push this proxy war, given (supposed) signs of a coalition against SM, though it appears to be mild rumors for now given a lack of information. Alas, Gonswanza refuses to send infantry over, instead opting for more aid being pushed to the GLA via backdoors and even the black market, though this proves to be far slower than using a more direct delivery method. Alas, it's also more secure than flying small drones over and floating packages, given the risk of interception. It's a painfully slow burn, holding on to hope that the GLA manages to get the supplies they'd need to sustain their actions in spite of the Carlson Plan. Gonswanza is also opposed to the plan, being suspicious that it could simply be an attempt to force Galapagos under SM/SO rule, corrupting their government from within to serve as a puppet. It's an unfounded rumor for now, but Gonswanza is still acting upon it.
